Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara (HKMS) najoštrije je u subotu osudila fizički napad na medicinsku sestru koji se dogodio u ljekarni Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije u Zadru, u srijedu, 18. siječnja, o kojem smo prvi pisali, pri čemu je medicinska sestra zadobila lakše tjelesne ozljede i tešku psihološku traumu.

Medicinsku sestru, koju je slučajno sreo u ljekarni doma zdravlja, fizički je napao 73-godišnji pacijent ordinacije u kojoj radi jer je bio nezadovoljan budući da je doza lijeka koju je sestra poslala u ljekarnu bila manja od one koju je tražio.

S obzirom na to da je policija cijeli događaj zavela pod narušavanje javnog reda i mira, Komora će uputiti dopis MUP-u s prijedlogom za promjenom vrste djela, a koje je sada kvalificirano kao prekršajno, u kazneno djelo prisile prema zdravstvenom radniku.

- Naime, napadnuta medicinska sestra je u sklopu svog svakodnevnog posla iz ordinacije došla u ljekarnu kako bi podigla lijek za drugog pacijenta koji samo zdravstveni radnik može podići. Stoga ćemo tražiti da se ovaj napad pacijenta na medicinsku sestru okarakterizira kao prisila prema zdravstvenom radniku - rekao je predsjednik HKMS-a Mario Gazić i takvo nasilje prema medicinskih sestrama ocijenio nedopustivim i teško zabrinjavajućim.

- Čuo sam se s našom ozlijeđenom članicom i Komora joj je odmah po prijavi slučaja osigurala pravnu pomoć - dodao je.

Iz HKMS-a podsjetili su da, prema istraživanju koje je Komora medicinskih sestara provela prije četiri godine, čak 89 posto medicinskih sestara je doživjelo neki oblik nasilja na radnom mjestu, a 95 posto glavnih medicinskih sestara izjasnilo se kako fizička zaštita i sigurnost u zdravstvenim ustanovama nisu na odgovarajućoj razini.

Podsjetimo, izmjenama i dopunama Kaznenog zakona koje su na snazi od 5. siječnja 2019. godine propisano je kazneno djelo Prisile prema zdravstvenom radniku (članak 315. a), slijedom kojeg se počinitelj tog kaznenog djela koji doktora medicine, doktora dentalne medicine ili drugog zdravstvenog radnika koji zdravstvenu djelatnost obavlja kao javnu službu silom ili prijetnjom spriječi u obavljanju njegove zdravstvene djelatnosti kažnjava zatvorom do tri godine.

Ako je kaznenim djelom doveden u opasnost život ili tijelo doktora medicine, doktora dentalne medicine ili drugog zdravstvenog radnika ili mu je nanesena tjelesna ozljeda ili je uporabljeno oružje ili opasno oruđe, počinitelj će se kazniti kaznom zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina.

Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara (HKMS) najoštrije je u subotu osudila fizički napad na medicinsku sestru koji se dogodio u ljekarni Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije u Zadru, u srijedu, 18. siječnja, o kojem smo prvi pisali, pri čemu je medicinska sestra zadobila lakše tjelesne ozljede i tešku psihološku traumu.

Medicinsku sestru, koju je slučajno sreo u ljekarni doma zdravlja, fizički je napao 73-godišnji pacijent ordinacije u kojoj radi jer je bio nezadovoljan budući da je doza lijeka koju je sestra poslala u ljekarnu bila manja od one koju je tražio.

S obzirom na to da je policija cijeli događaj zavela pod narušavanje javnog reda i mira, Komora će uputiti dopis MUP-u s prijedlogom za promjenom vrste djela, a koje je sada kvalificirano kao prekršajno, u kazneno djelo prisile prema zdravstvenom radniku.

- Naime, napadnuta medicinska sestra je u sklopu svog svakodnevnog posla iz ordinacije došla u ljekarnu kako bi podigla lijek za drugog pacijenta koji samo zdravstveni radnik može podići. Stoga ćemo tražiti da se ovaj napad pacijenta na medicinsku sestru okarakterizira kao prisila prema zdravstvenom radniku - rekao je predsjednik HKMS-a Mario Gazić i takvo nasilje prema medicinskih sestrama ocijenio nedopustivim i teško zabrinjavajućim.

- Čuo sam se s našom ozlijeđenom članicom i Komora joj je odmah po prijavi slučaja osigurala pravnu pomoć - dodao je.

Iz HKMS-a podsjetili su da, prema istraživanju koje je Komora medicinskih sestara provela prije četiri godine, čak 89 posto medicinskih sestara je doživjelo neki oblik nasilja na radnom mjestu, a 95 posto glavnih medicinskih sestara izjasnilo se kako fizička zaštita i sigurnost u zdravstvenim ustanovama nisu na odgovarajućoj razini.

Podsjetimo, izmjenama i dopunama Kaznenog zakona koje su na snazi od 5. siječnja 2019. godine propisano je kazneno djelo Prisile prema zdravstvenom radniku (članak 315. a), slijedom kojeg se počinitelj tog kaznenog djela koji doktora medicine, doktora dentalne medicine ili drugog zdravstvenog radnika koji zdravstvenu djelatnost obavlja kao javnu službu silom ili prijetnjom spriječi u obavljanju njegove zdravstvene djelatnosti kažnjava zatvorom do tri godine.

Ako je kaznenim djelom doveden u opasnost život ili tijelo doktora medicine, doktora dentalne medicine ili drugog zdravstvenog radnika ili mu je nanesena tjelesna ozljeda ili je uporabljeno oružje ili opasno oruđe, počinitelj će se kazniti kaznom zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina.

Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara najoštrije osudila napad na njihovu kolegicu u ljekarni u Zadru: "Osigurali smo joj pravnu pomoć"

Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara (HKMS) najoštrije je u subotu osudila fizički napad na medicinsku sestru koji se dogodio u ljekarni Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije u Zadru, u srijedu, 18. siječnja, o kojem smo prvi pisali, pri čemu je medicinska sestra zadobila lakše tjelesne ozljede i tešku psihološku traumu.

Medicinsku sestru, koju je slučajno sreo u ljekarni doma zdravlja, fizički je napao 73-godišnji pacijent ordinacije u kojoj radi jer je bio nezadovoljan budući da je doza lijeka koju je sestra poslala u ljekarnu bila manja od one koju je tražio.

S obzirom na to da je policija cijeli događaj zavela pod narušavanje javnog reda i mira, Komora će uputiti dopis MUP-u s prijedlogom za promjenom vrste djela, a koje je sada kvalificirano kao prekršajno, u kazneno djelo prisile prema zdravstvenom radniku.

- Naime, napadnuta medicinska sestra je u sklopu svog svakodnevnog posla iz ordinacije došla u ljekarnu kako bi podigla lijek za drugog pacijenta koji samo zdravstveni radnik može podići. Stoga ćemo tražiti da se ovaj napad pacijenta na medicinsku sestru okarakterizira kao prisila prema zdravstvenom radniku - rekao je predsjednik HKMS-a Mario Gazić i takvo nasilje prema medicinskih sestrama ocijenio nedopustivim i teško zabrinjavajućim.

- Čuo sam se s našom ozlijeđenom članicom i Komora joj je odmah po prijavi slučaja osigurala pravnu pomoć - dodao je.

Iz HKMS-a podsjetili su da, prema istraživanju koje je Komora medicinskih sestara provela prije četiri godine, čak 89 posto medicinskih sestara je doživjelo neki oblik nasilja na radnom mjestu, a 95 posto glavnih medicinskih sestara izjasnilo se kako fizička zaštita i sigurnost u zdravstvenim ustanovama nisu na odgovarajućoj razini. 

Podsjetimo, izmjenama i dopunama Kaznenog zakona koje su na snazi od 5. siječnja 2019. godine propisano je kazneno djelo Prisile prema zdravstvenom radniku (članak 315. a), slijedom kojeg se počinitelj tog kaznenog djela koji doktora medicine, doktora dentalne medicine ili drugog zdravstvenog radnika koji zdravstvenu djelatnost obavlja kao javnu službu silom ili prijetnjom spriječi u obavljanju njegove zdravstvene djelatnosti kažnjava zatvorom do tri godine.

Ako je kaznenim djelom doveden u opasnost život ili tijelo doktora medicine, doktora dentalne medicine ili drugog zdravstvenog radnika ili mu je nanesena tjelesna ozljeda ili je uporabljeno oružje ili opasno oruđe, počinitelj će se kazniti kaznom zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina.
