Iako se imenovanje Renata Švorinića za novog/starog ravnatelja HNK Zadar nije trebalo naći na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća, zbog proceduralne greške Grada, ta će se točka po žurnom postupku ipak uvrstiti na sjednicu.

No, na Dnevnom redu je i točka kojom se Grad prilagođava novom Zakonu o kazalištima. Naime prema starom zakonu, koji je vrijedio u vrijeme kada se raspisivao natječaj za ravnatelja, Gradsko vijeće potvrđuje ravnatelja. Novim zakonom ta se klauzula mijenja te će prema novom Statutu ravnatelje imenovati gradonačelnici. 

S obzirom da točka imenovanja Švorinića nije prošla na Odboru za imenovanje, na kojem se nije trebala niti naći jer je Kazališno vijeće to koje direktno Gradskom vijeću treba predložiti imenovanje, za očekivati je kako će većina na današnjoj sjednici glasati protiv toga da se Švorinić imenuje novim ravnateljem. 

To znači da će Kazališno vijeće, po treći puta, morati raspisati novi natječaj za ravnatelja, ali ovog puta prema novom Zakonu o kazalištima, što otvara priliku Švoriniću za ponovno prijavu i uzimanje šestog mandata jer za svoje imenovanje neće trebati većinu u Gradskom vijeću već samo dobru volju gradonačelnika Branka Dukića. 

Podsjetimo kako je na drugom, odnosno ponovljenom natječaju Upravno vijeće HNK Zadar, na čijem je čelu Živko Nižić, dosadašnjeg dugogodišnjeg ravnatelja Renata Švorinića predložilo i za šesti mandat. To nije bio teško jer je Švorinić bio jedini kandidat na ponovljenom natječaju. Prvi natječaj za ravnatelja, na kojeg su se uz Švorinića javili Maja Šimić te Nebojša Gunjević, bio je poništen jer je raspisan protivno Statutu. Umjesto na 30 dana, Kazališno vijeće je raspsialo natječaj na osam dana te je to bio razlog poništenja prvog natječaja.

Iako se imenovanje Renata Švorinića za novog/starog ravnatelja HNK Zadar nije trebalo naći na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća, zbog proceduralne greške Grada, ta će se točka po žurnom postupku ipak uvrstiti na sjednicu.

No, na Dnevnom redu je i točka kojom se Grad prilagođava novom Zakonu o kazalištima. Naime prema starom zakonu, koji je vrijedio u vrijeme kada se raspisivao natječaj za ravnatelja, Gradsko vijeće potvrđuje ravnatelja. Novim zakonom ta se klauzula mijenja te će prema novom Statutu ravnatelje imenovati gradonačelnici. 

S obzirom da točka imenovanja Švorinića nije prošla na Odboru za imenovanje, na kojem se nije trebala niti naći jer je Kazališno vijeće to koje direktno Gradskom vijeću treba predložiti imenovanje, za očekivati je kako će većina na današnjoj sjednici glasati protiv toga da se Švorinić imenuje novim ravnateljem. 

To znači da će Kazališno vijeće, po treći puta, morati raspisati novi natječaj za ravnatelja, ali ovog puta prema novom Zakonu o kazalištima, što otvara priliku Švoriniću za ponovno prijavu i uzimanje šestog mandata jer za svoje imenovanje neće trebati većinu u Gradskom vijeću već samo dobru volju gradonačelnika Branka Dukića. 

Podsjetimo kako je na drugom, odnosno ponovljenom natječaju Upravno vijeće HNK Zadar, na čijem je čelu Živko Nižić, dosadašnjeg dugogodišnjeg ravnatelja Renata Švorinića predložilo i za šesti mandat. To nije bio teško jer je Švorinić bio jedini kandidat na ponovljenom natječaju. Prvi natječaj za ravnatelja, na kojeg su se uz Švorinića javili Maja Šimić te Nebojša Gunjević, bio je poništen jer je raspisan protivno Statutu. Umjesto na 30 dana, Kazališno vijeće je raspsialo natječaj na osam dana te je to bio razlog poništenja prvog natječaja.

Hoće li Gradsko vijeće potvrditi imenovanje Švorinića za novog ravnatelja HNK Zadar i kako mu novi Zakon o kazalištima može pomoći?

Iako se imenovanje Renata Švorinića za novog/starog ravnatelja HNK Zadar nije trebalo naći na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća, zbog proceduralne greške Grada, ta će se točka po žurnom postupku ipak uvrstiti na sjednicu.

No, na Dnevnom redu je i točka kojom se Grad prilagođava novom Zakonu o kazalištima. Naime prema starom zakonu, koji je vrijedio u vrijeme kada se raspisivao natječaj za ravnatelja, Gradsko vijeće potvrđuje ravnatelja. Novim zakonom ta se klauzula mijenja te će prema novom Statutu ravnatelje imenovati gradonačelnici. 

S obzirom da točka imenovanja Švorinića nije prošla na Odboru za imenovanje, na kojem se nije trebala niti naći jer je Kazališno vijeće to koje direktno Gradskom vijeću treba predložiti imenovanje, za očekivati je kako će većina na današnjoj sjednici glasati protiv toga da se Švorinić imenuje novim ravnateljem. 

To znači da će Kazališno vijeće, po treći puta, morati raspisati novi natječaj za ravnatelja, ali ovog puta prema novom Zakonu o kazalištima, što otvara priliku Švoriniću za ponovno prijavu i uzimanje šestog mandata jer za svoje imenovanje neće trebati većinu u Gradskom vijeću već samo dobru volju gradonačelnika Branka Dukića. 

Podsjetimo kako je na drugom, odnosno ponovljenom natječaju Upravno vijeće HNK Zadar, na čijem je čelu Živko Nižić, dosadašnjeg dugogodišnjeg ravnatelja Renata Švorinića predložilo i za šesti mandat. To nije bio teško jer je Švorinić bio jedini kandidat na ponovljenom natječaju. Prvi natječaj za ravnatelja, na kojeg su se uz Švorinića javili Maja Šimić te Nebojša Gunjević, bio je poništen jer je raspisan protivno Statutu. Umjesto na 30 dana, Kazališno vijeće je raspsialo natječaj na osam dana te je to bio razlog poništenja prvog natječaja.
