Na sljedećoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća, koja će se održati 14. srpnja, odlučit će se o prodaji stambene zgrade koja se nalazi na Poluotoku. Zgrada je u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, a nalazi se na adresi Poljana Požarišće 4.

- Riječ je o staroj slobodnostojećoj stambenoj zgradi unutar povijesne jezgre Grada Zadra, koja je do unatrag nekoliko godina bila u funkciji. Međutim, zbog trajno narušene statike iseljeni su posljednji stanovnici te su preseljeni u ostale gradske stanove, kazao je pročelnik za gradsku imovinu Tomislav Korona dodajući kako je vrijednost zgrade koju Grad namjerava prodati 1,69 milijuna kuna. Zgrada je u lošem građevinskom stanju s vidljivim oštećenjima na krovu, a na kamenom oplošju zgrade vidljive su vertikalne pukotine. 

- Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom u više je navrata zaprimao usmene inicijative predstavnika stanara obližnjih zgrada sa zahtjevom da se na bilo koji način nešto poduzme kako bi se preveniralo daljnje propadanje ili urušavanje zgrade, kazao je pročelnik Korona, a gradonačelnik Branko Dukić dodao je kako je prodaja stare trošne zgrade dobra inicijativa Grada jer će se zgrada tako urediti i rekonstruirati, ali i kako će se popuniti gradski proračun koji je zbog pandemije koronavirusa osiromašen.

Na sljedećoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća, koja će se održati 14. srpnja, odlučit će se o prodaji stambene zgrade koja se nalazi na Poluotoku. Zgrada je u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, a nalazi se na adresi Poljana Požarišće 4.

- Riječ je o staroj slobodnostojećoj stambenoj zgradi unutar povijesne jezgre Grada Zadra, koja je do unatrag nekoliko godina bila u funkciji. Međutim, zbog trajno narušene statike iseljeni su posljednji stanovnici te su preseljeni u ostale gradske stanove, kazao je pročelnik za gradsku imovinu Tomislav Korona dodajući kako je vrijednost zgrade koju Grad namjerava prodati 1,69 milijuna kuna. Zgrada je u lošem građevinskom stanju s vidljivim oštećenjima na krovu, a na kamenom oplošju zgrade vidljive su vertikalne pukotine. 

- Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom u više je navrata zaprimao usmene inicijative predstavnika stanara obližnjih zgrada sa zahtjevom da se na bilo koji način nešto poduzme kako bi se preveniralo daljnje propadanje ili urušavanje zgrade, kazao je pročelnik Korona, a gradonačelnik Branko Dukić dodao je kako je prodaja stare trošne zgrade dobra inicijativa Grada jer će se zgrada tako urediti i rekonstruirati, ali i kako će se popuniti gradski proračun koji je zbog pandemije koronavirusa osiromašen.
