Na području Policijske postaje Zadar i Postaje prometne policije Zadar u srijedu, 11. listopada od 6 do 13 sati u Zadru provedena je prometna akcija ‘Bicikli i osobna prijevozna sredstva‘ u cilju smanjenja broja prometnih nesreća i njihovih posljedica, kao i zbog poštivanja prometnih propisa u podizanju razine sigurnosti za sve sudionike u prometu.

Tijekom provođenja prometne akcije utvrđeno je ukupno 40 prekršaja. Čak 27 počinili su vozači osobnih prijevoznih sredstava zbog nenošenja zaštitne kacige tijekom upravljanja osobnim prijevoznim sredstvom, a evidentirano je i 13 prekršaja zbog upravljanja biciklom u pješačkoj zoni.

Od ukupnog broja evidentiranih prekršaja, policijski službenici su u prekršajima zatekli i šest maloljetnih osoba: četiri su zatečena u vožnji bicikla u pješačkoj zoni, a dvoje u vožnji osobnog prijevoznog sredstva bez zaštitne kacige.

- Svi prekršitelji su sankcionirani sukladno odredbama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, dok su u odnosu na maloljetne prekršitelje o njihovom zatjecanju u prekršaju upoznati roditelji ili skrbnici. Za vrijeme provođenja prometne akcije na području grada Zadar nisu evidentirane prometne nesreće u kojima su sudjelovali vozači bicikla ili osobnih prijevoznih sredstava. Korisnike osobnih prijevoznih sredstava podsjećamo i upozoravamo na obvezu pridržavanja svih zakonskih odredbi kojima je regulirano njihovo sigurno sudjelovanje u prometu: svi vozači osobnih prijevoznih sredstava dužni su nositi zaštitnu kacigu za vrijeme vožnje, kretati se mogu biciklističkim stazama i nogostupom, a ukoliko ne postoje mogu se koristiti na dionicama županijskih, lokalnih i nerazvrstanih cesta na kojima je brzina ograničena na 50 km ili manje i gdje je to dopušteno postavljenim prometnim znakom, i to krećući se što bliže desnom rubu kolnika, ne smiju upravljati vozilom koristeći slušalice na ili u oba uha, čime se umanjuje mogućnost reagiranja i sigurnog upravljanja vozilom, ne smije se voziti više od jedne osobe, u noći ili u vrijeme smanjene vidljivosti trebaju koristiti reflektirajući prsluk, reflektirajuću odjeću ili drugu reflektirajuću oznaku - navode u PU zadarskoj.

Navode Zakonske odredbe prema kojoma vozači osobnih prijevoznih sredstava na glavi moraju nositi zaštitnu kacigu za vrijeme vožnje, te se na osobnom prijevoznom sredstvu smije prevoziti samo osoba koja upravlja tim vozilom.

Za prekršaj zbog nenošenja zaštitne kacige predviđena je novčana kazna u iznosu od 30 eura. Sukladno Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama policija svakodnevno poduzima i mjere prema svim sudionicima u prometu, pa tako i prema biciklistima koji upravljaju biciklima po nogostupu i pješačkoj zoni te na prometnim površinama suprotno prometnom znaku.

Biciklisti se sankcioniraju zbog prekršaja iz članka 12. st.4. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, kažnjivo po članku 12.st.8. citiranog zakona – predviđena novčana kazna u iznosu od 60 eura.

Na području Policijske postaje Zadar i Postaje prometne policije Zadar u srijedu, 11. listopada od 6 do 13 sati u Zadru provedena je prometna akcija ‘Bicikli i osobna prijevozna sredstva‘ u cilju smanjenja broja prometnih nesreća i njihovih posljedica, kao i zbog poštivanja prometnih propisa u podizanju razine sigurnosti za sve sudionike u prometu.

Tijekom provođenja prometne akcije utvrđeno je ukupno 40 prekršaja. Čak 27 počinili su vozači osobnih prijevoznih sredstava zbog nenošenja zaštitne kacige tijekom upravljanja osobnim prijevoznim sredstvom, a evidentirano je i 13 prekršaja zbog upravljanja biciklom u pješačkoj zoni.

Od ukupnog broja evidentiranih prekršaja, policijski službenici su u prekršajima zatekli i šest maloljetnih osoba: četiri su zatečena u vožnji bicikla u pješačkoj zoni, a dvoje u vožnji osobnog prijevoznog sredstva bez zaštitne kacige.

- Svi prekršitelji su sankcionirani sukladno odredbama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, dok su u odnosu na maloljetne prekršitelje o njihovom zatjecanju u prekršaju upoznati roditelji ili skrbnici. Za vrijeme provođenja prometne akcije na području grada Zadar nisu evidentirane prometne nesreće u kojima su sudjelovali vozači bicikla ili osobnih prijevoznih sredstava. Korisnike osobnih prijevoznih sredstava podsjećamo i upozoravamo na obvezu pridržavanja svih zakonskih odredbi kojima je regulirano njihovo sigurno sudjelovanje u prometu: svi vozači osobnih prijevoznih sredstava dužni su nositi zaštitnu kacigu za vrijeme vožnje, kretati se mogu biciklističkim stazama i nogostupom, a ukoliko ne postoje mogu se koristiti na dionicama županijskih, lokalnih i nerazvrstanih cesta na kojima je brzina ograničena na 50 km ili manje i gdje je to dopušteno postavljenim prometnim znakom, i to krećući se što bliže desnom rubu kolnika, ne smiju upravljati vozilom koristeći slušalice na ili u oba uha, čime se umanjuje mogućnost reagiranja i sigurnog upravljanja vozilom, ne smije se voziti više od jedne osobe, u noći ili u vrijeme smanjene vidljivosti trebaju koristiti reflektirajući prsluk, reflektirajuću odjeću ili drugu reflektirajuću oznaku - navode u PU zadarskoj.

Navode Zakonske odredbe prema kojoma vozači osobnih prijevoznih sredstava na glavi moraju nositi zaštitnu kacigu za vrijeme vožnje, te se na osobnom prijevoznom sredstvu smije prevoziti samo osoba koja upravlja tim vozilom.

Za prekršaj zbog nenošenja zaštitne kacige predviđena je novčana kazna u iznosu od 30 eura. Sukladno Zakonu o sigurnosti prometa na cestama policija svakodnevno poduzima i mjere prema svim sudionicima u prometu, pa tako i prema biciklistima koji upravljaju biciklima po nogostupu i pješačkoj zoni te na prometnim površinama suprotno prometnom znaku.

Biciklisti se sankcioniraju zbog prekršaja iz članka 12. st.4. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, kažnjivo po članku 12.st.8. citiranog zakona – predviđena novčana kazna u iznosu od 60 eura.

Čak 27 prekršaja u Zadru zbog nenošenja zaštitne kacige, a 13 zbog upravljanja biciklom u pješačkoj zoni!

Na području Policijske postaje Zadar i Postaje prometne policije Zadar u srijedu, 11. listopada od 6 do 13 sati u Zadru provedena je prometna akcija ‘Bicikli i osobna prijevozna sredstva‘ u cilju smanjenja broja prometnih nesreća i njihovih posljedica, kao i zbog poštivanja prometnih propisa u podizanju razine sigurnosti za sve sudionike u prometu.

Tijekom provođenja prometne akcije utvrđeno je ukupno 40 prekršaja. Čak 27 počinili su vozači osobnih prijevoznih sredstava zbog nenošenja zaštitne kacige tijekom upravljanja osobnim prijevoznim sredstvom, a evidentirano je i 13 prekršaja zbog upravljanja biciklom u pješačkoj zoni.

Od ukupnog broja evidentiranih prekršaja, policijski službenici su u prekršajima zatekli i šest maloljetnih osoba: četiri su zatečena u vožnji bicikla u pješačkoj zoni, a dvoje u vožnji osobnog prijevoznog sredstva bez zaštitne kacige.

- Svi prekršitelji su sankcionirani sukladno odredbama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, dok su u odnosu na maloljetne prekršitelje o njihovom zatjecanju u prekršaju upoznati roditelji ili skrbnici. Za vrijeme provođenja prometne akcije na području grada Zadar nisu evidentirane prometne nesreće u kojima su sudjelovali vozači bicikla ili osobnih prijevoznih sredstava.
