Regres, neoporeziva nagrada koju svaki poslodavac ima pravo isplatiti na račun zaposlenika, mnogima dobro dođe tijekom ljetnih mjeseci kako bi im se barem malo ublažio udar troškova što ih donose godišnji odmor i putovanje na koje se odluče. Iako svaki poslodavac može isplatiti regres radnicima, to ne rade svi niti su obvezni ‘pomoći‘ im s troškovima ljetovanja, piše Tprotal.

Po definiciji, regres je materijalno pravo zaposlenika koje se može ostvariti na temelju važećeg akta, bilo ugovora o radu, bilo kolektivnog ugovora ili internog pravilnika tvrtke u kojoj radi zaposlenik.

Ako isplata regresa nije propisana bilo kojim dokumentom, poslodavac ga može, ali i ne mora, isplatiti na temelju volje.

Prema Pravilniku o porezu na dohodak, isplata regresa može biti oporeziva i neoporeziva. Pri tome, radniku se godišnje neoporezivo može isplatiti iznos od 663,62 eura (5000 kuna). U taj iznos spadaju regres, božićnica i ostale prigodne nagrade. Ako godišnji iznos isplata i nagrada radniku premašuje taj iznos, on se oporezuje kao plaća.

Valja opet podsjetiti da je isplata regresa, ako nije propisana, čista dobra volja poslodavca te on može samostalno odrediti hoće li uopće isplatiti regres, koliko će on iznositi i hoće li svim radnicima isplatiti isti iznos.

Ako je pravo radnika na isplatu regresa utvrđeno ugovorom o radu ili nekim drugim važećim aktom, onda ga se poslodavac mora i pridržavati.

Regres se može isplatiti u novcu, ali i dati u naravi, kao neka roba ili usluga. Regres koji se daje u naravi do visine neoporezivog iznosa ne smatra se plaćom.

On se može isplatiti i svim radnicima koji kod poslodavca rade manje od godinu dana, u bilo kojem dijelu godine i ovisno o tome kad radnik ide na godišnji odmor. Uvjet za dobivanje regresa je dobra volja poslodavca i korištenje godišnjeg odmora, no poslodavac ga ne mora isplatiti radnicima na porodiljnom, bolovanju ili roditeljskom dopustu. Njih može bez prepreke počastiti božićnicom ili uskrsnicom.

Regres do neoporezivog iznosa (do 663,62 eura godišnje, odnosno 5000 kuna godišnje) izuzet je od ovrhe sukladno Ovršnom zakonu, ako ga poslodavac isplaćuje na zaštićeni račun radnika.

No ako radnik nema otvoren zaštićeni račun, pa poslodavac isplati regres na njegov tekući račun, tako isplaćeni regres podliježe ovrsi.

Polovina očekuje regres

Hrvati u prosjeku na raspolaganju imaju 24,7 dana godišnjeg odmora, jednako kao i prošle godine, potvrdilo je istraživanje portala MojPosao, u kojem je sudjelovalo više od 400 ispitanika.

Najviše dana godišnjeg odmora imaju ispitanici zaposleni u državnim i javnim službama, u prosjeku čak 28,3 dana, slijede zaposleni u državnim tvrtkama s 27,8 dana. Najmanje dana na raspolaganju imaju zaposleni u privatnim tvrtkama u pretežno domaćem vlasništvu - 23,5 dana.

I dok je krizne 2020. godine regres očekivalo 24 posto ispitanika, taj postotak je 2021. godine iznosio 39 posto, prošle godine 49 posto, a ove godine čak 52 posto ispitanika očekuje regres. Ove godine građani očekuju regres u prosječnom iznosu od 302 eura.

Regres, neoporeziva nagrada koju svaki poslodavac ima pravo isplatiti na račun zaposlenika, mnogima dobro dođe tijekom ljetnih mjeseci kako bi im se barem malo ublažio udar troškova što ih donose godišnji odmor i putovanje na koje se odluče. Iako svaki poslodavac može isplatiti regres radnicima, to ne rade svi niti su obvezni ‘pomoći‘ im s troškovima ljetovanja, piše Tprotal.

Po definiciji, regres je materijalno pravo zaposlenika koje se može ostvariti na temelju važećeg akta, bilo ugovora o radu, bilo kolektivnog ugovora ili internog pravilnika tvrtke u kojoj radi zaposlenik.

Ako isplata regresa nije propisana bilo kojim dokumentom, poslodavac ga može, ali i ne mora, isplatiti na temelju volje.

Prema Pravilniku o porezu na dohodak, isplata regresa može biti oporeziva i neoporeziva. Pri tome, radniku se godišnje neoporezivo može isplatiti iznos od 663,62 eura (5000 kuna). U taj iznos spadaju regres, božićnica i ostale prigodne nagrade. Ako godišnji iznos isplata i nagrada radniku premašuje taj iznos, on se oporezuje kao plaća.

Valja opet podsjetiti da je isplata regresa, ako nije propisana, čista dobra volja poslodavca te on može samostalno odrediti hoće li uopće isplatiti regres, koliko će on iznositi i hoće li svim radnicima isplatiti isti iznos.

Ako je pravo radnika na isplatu regresa utvrđeno ugovorom o radu ili nekim drugim važećim aktom, onda ga se poslodavac mora i pridržavati.

Regres se može isplatiti u novcu, ali i dati u naravi, kao neka roba ili usluga. Regres koji se daje u naravi do visine neoporezivog iznosa ne smatra se plaćom.

On se može isplatiti i svim radnicima koji kod poslodavca rade manje od godinu dana, u bilo kojem dijelu godine i ovisno o tome kad radnik ide na godišnji odmor. Uvjet za dobivanje regresa je dobra volja poslodavca i korištenje godišnjeg odmora, no poslodavac ga ne mora isplatiti radnicima na porodiljnom, bolovanju ili roditeljskom dopustu. Njih može bez prepreke počastiti božićnicom ili uskrsnicom.

Regres do neoporezivog iznosa (do 663,62 eura godišnje, odnosno 5000 kuna godišnje) izuzet je od ovrhe sukladno Ovršnom zakonu, ako ga poslodavac isplaćuje na zaštićeni račun radnika.

No ako radnik nema otvoren zaštićeni račun, pa poslodavac isplati regres na njegov tekući račun, tako isplaćeni regres podliježe ovrsi.

Hrvati u prosjeku na raspolaganju imaju 24,7 dana godišnjeg odmora, jednako kao i prošle godine, potvrdilo je istraživanje portala MojPosao, u kojem je sudjelovalo više od 400 ispitanika.

Najviše dana godišnjeg odmora imaju ispitanici zaposleni u državnim i javnim službama, u prosjeku čak 28,3 dana, slijede zaposleni u državnim tvrtkama s 27,8 dana. Najmanje dana na raspolaganju imaju zaposleni u privatnim tvrtkama u pretežno domaćem vlasništvu - 23,5 dana.

I dok je krizne 2020. godine regres očekivalo 24 posto ispitanika, taj postotak je 2021. godine iznosio 39 posto, prošle godine 49 posto, a ove godine čak 52 posto ispitanika očekuje regres. Ove godine građani očekuju regres u prosječnom iznosu od 302 eura.

Regres, neoporeziva nagrada koju svaki poslodavac ima pravo isplatiti na račun zaposlenika, mnogima dobro dođe tijekom ljetnih mjeseci kako bi im se barem malo ublažio udar troškova što ih donose godišnji odmor i putovanje na koje se odluče. Iako svaki poslodavac može isplatiti regres radnicima, to ne rade svi niti su obvezni ‘pomoći‘ im s troškovima ljetovanja, piše Tprotal.

Po definiciji, regres je materijalno pravo zaposlenika koje se može ostvariti na temelju važećeg akta, bilo ugovora o radu, bilo kolektivnog ugovora ili internog pravilnika tvrtke u kojoj radi zaposlenik.

Ako isplata regresa nije propisana bilo kojim dokumentom, poslodavac ga može, ali i ne mora, isplatiti na temelju volje.

Prema Pravilniku o porezu na dohodak, isplata regresa može biti oporeziva i neoporeziva. Pri tome, radniku se godišnje neoporezivo može isplatiti iznos od 663,62 eura (5000 kuna). U taj iznos spadaju regres, božićnica i ostale prigodne nagrade. Ako godišnji iznos isplata i nagrada radniku premašuje taj iznos, on se oporezuje kao plaća.

Valja opet podsjetiti da je isplata regresa, ako nije propisana, čista dobra volja poslodavca te on može samostalno odrediti hoće li uopće isplatiti regres, koliko će on iznositi i hoće li svim radnicima isplatiti isti iznos.

Ako je pravo radnika na isplatu regresa utvrđeno ugovorom o radu ili nekim drugim važećim aktom, onda ga se poslodavac mora i pridržavati.

Regres se može isplatiti u novcu, ali i dati u naravi, kao neka roba ili usluga. Regres koji se daje u naravi do visine neoporezivog iznosa ne smatra se plaćom.

On se može isplatiti i svim radnicima koji kod poslodavca rade manje od godinu dana, u bilo kojem dijelu godine i ovisno o tome kad radnik ide na godišnji odmor. Uvjet za dobivanje regresa je dobra volja poslodavca i korištenje godišnjeg odmora, no poslodavac ga ne mora isplatiti radnicima na porodiljnom, bolovanju ili roditeljskom dopustu. Njih može bez prepreke počastiti božićnicom ili uskrsnicom.

Regres do neoporezivog iznosa (do 663,62 eura godišnje, odnosno 5000 kuna godišnje) izuzet je od ovrhe sukladno Ovršnom zakonu, ako ga poslodavac isplaćuje na zaštićeni račun radnika.

No ako radnik nema otvoren zaštićeni račun, pa poslodavac isplati regres na njegov tekući račun, tako isplaćeni regres podliježe ovrsi.
