Od početka 2024. u Hrvatskoj se primjenjuje novi model fiskalizacije napojnica, koje se sada mogu ostavljati i bezgotovinskim plaćanjem karticama, te je utvrđen i neoporezivi iznos od 3.360 eura godišnje po osobi, dok će se iznosi napojnica iznad toga oporezivati po stopi poreza na dohodak.

Udruženje ugostiteljskih djelatnosti HGK (Hrvatske gospodarske komore) snažno se zalagalo i ustrajalo na, kako ističu u utorak iz HGK, na primjeni modela fiskalizacije napojnica, što je implementirano i zadnjim krugom porezne reforme.

"Iznosi naplaćeni karticama nose u prosjeku 80 posto prihoda ugostiteljskog objekta, a sada gosti mogu i pri kartičnom plaćanju ostaviti napojnicu", kaže direktorica Sektora za turizam HGK Andreja Vukojević, koja ocjenjuje i da je to "stimulirajući potez za sektor ugostiteljstva i vrlo pozitivna stvar za privlačenje i zadržavanje djelatnika u sektoru".

Napojnica je najčešće dobrovoljni izbor gosta ili kupca neke usluge ili proizvoda hoće li prodavaču ili pružatelju usluge ostaviti neki dodatni novčani iznos, izvan redovne cijene.

Sada je to po novom modelu moguće i gotovinom i karticama, ako korisnici procijene žele li ostaviti napojnicu i u kojem iznosu, te se, objašnjavaju iz HGK, povezuje uz izdani račun i evidentiraju podaci o iznosu napojnice i načinu njezina davanja (gotovina ili kartica).

"Važno je napomenuti da se na računu ne prikazuje iznos napojnice. Na prijavu napojnica primjenjuju se sva pravila kao i kod izdavanja računa, a prijavljena napojnica je izuzeta iz blagajničkog maksimuma", dodaju iz HGK.

Mnoge prednosti uz fazu ‘uhodavanja‘

Predsjednica Udruženja ugostiteljskih djelatnosti HGK Jelena Tabak naglašava da bezgotovinska naplata napojnica donosi mnoge novosti pa zahtijeva i prilagodbe te fazu uhodavanja, zbog čega planiraju i kampanju za zaposlenike u HoReCa industriji (hoteli, restorani, caffe i dr.), vlasnicima tvrtki iz uslužnih djelatnosti i potrošačima s ciljem jasnog komuniciranja prednosti i mehanizama bezgotovinskog davanja napojnica.

"Nažalost, danas još uvijek ima ugostitelja koji zaziru od kartične naplate. Razlozi su raznoliki, od loših internetskih veza, nepovoljne provizije pa do činjenice da do sada nisu mogli dobiti napojnicu. Mnogi ugostitelji istovremeno ne percipiraju da postoje provizije i troškovi i kada se polaže gotovinu na bankomatu ili na šalteru", komentira Tabak.

Kako se udio bezgotovinskih oblika plaćanja stalno povećava, očekuje se i da će potrošači pozitivno reagirati i na ovu novost, no Tabak ističe i da udruženje HGK ne potiče jedan ili drugi način plaćanja, ali su "svjesni da mnogi kolege nisu u potpunosti informirani o ovom pitanju pa smo zamolili i kartične kuće i banke za podršku" i žele svima iz sektora olakšati provedbu.

Iz HGK dodaju i da se time ubuduće otvara i pitanje kartičnih provizija na napojnicu te načina na koji će banke kontrolirati naplate napojnica i isplate djelatnicima.

"Udruženje planira voditi razgovore s bankama i kartičnim kućama u pokušaju da se dio provizije za naplate napojnica smanji. Time će djelatnici biti zadovoljniji, ugostiteljima će se povećati priliv od kartica i u konačnici će imati bolje uvjete u kartičnim kućama. Konačno, bit će i manje sive ekonomije", poručuju iz Udruženja ugostiteljskih djelatnosti HGK.

Od početka 2024. u Hrvatskoj se primjenjuje novi model fiskalizacije napojnica, koje se sada mogu ostavljati i bezgotovinskim plaćanjem karticama, te je utvrđen i neoporezivi iznos od 3.360 eura godišnje po osobi, dok će se iznosi napojnica iznad toga oporezivati po stopi poreza na dohodak.

Udruženje ugostiteljskih djelatnosti HGK (Hrvatske gospodarske komore) snažno se zalagalo i ustrajalo na, kako ističu u utorak iz HGK, na primjeni modela fiskalizacije napojnica, što je implementirano i zadnjim krugom porezne reforme.

"Iznosi naplaćeni karticama nose u prosjeku 80 posto prihoda ugostiteljskog objekta, a sada gosti mogu i pri kartičnom plaćanju ostaviti napojnicu", kaže direktorica Sektora za turizam HGK Andreja Vukojević, koja ocjenjuje i da je to "stimulirajući potez za sektor ugostiteljstva i vrlo pozitivna stvar za privlačenje i zadržavanje djelatnika u sektoru".

Napojnica je najčešće dobrovoljni izbor gosta ili kupca neke usluge ili proizvoda hoće li prodavaču ili pružatelju usluge ostaviti neki dodatni novčani iznos, izvan redovne cijene.

Sada je to po novom modelu moguće i gotovinom i karticama, ako korisnici procijene žele li ostaviti napojnicu i u kojem iznosu, te se, objašnjavaju iz HGK, povezuje uz izdani račun i evidentiraju podaci o iznosu napojnice i načinu njezina davanja (gotovina ili kartica).

"Važno je napomenuti da se na računu ne prikazuje iznos napojnice. Na prijavu napojnica primjenjuju se sva pravila kao i kod izdavanja računa, a prijavljena napojnica je izuzeta iz blagajničkog maksimuma", dodaju iz HGK.

Mnoge prednosti uz fazu ‘uhodavanja‘

Predsjednica Udruženja ugostiteljskih djelatnosti HGK Jelena Tabak naglašava da bezgotovinska naplata napojnica donosi mnoge novosti pa zahtijeva i prilagodbe te fazu uhodavanja, zbog čega planiraju i kampanju za zaposlenike u HoReCa industriji (hoteli, restorani, caffe i dr.), vlasnicima tvrtki iz uslužnih djelatnosti i potrošačima s ciljem jasnog komuniciranja prednosti i mehanizama bezgotovinskog davanja napojnica.

"Nažalost, danas još uvijek ima ugostitelja koji zaziru od kartične naplate. Razlozi su raznoliki, od loših internetskih veza, nepovoljne provizije pa do činjenice da do sada nisu mogli dobiti napojnicu. Mnogi ugostitelji istovremeno ne percipiraju da postoje provizije i troškovi i kada se polaže gotovinu na bankomatu ili na šalteru", komentira Tabak.

Kako se udio bezgotovinskih oblika plaćanja stalno povećava, očekuje se i da će potrošači pozitivno reagirati i na ovu novost, no Tabak ističe i da udruženje HGK ne potiče jedan ili drugi način plaćanja, ali su "svjesni da mnogi kolege nisu u potpunosti informirani o ovom pitanju pa smo zamolili i kartične kuće i banke za podršku" i žele svima iz sektora olakšati provedbu.

Iz HGK dodaju i da se time ubuduće otvara i pitanje kartičnih provizija na napojnicu te načina na koji će banke kontrolirati naplate napojnica i isplate djelatnicima.

"Udruženje planira voditi razgovore s bankama i kartičnim kućama u pokušaju da se dio provizije za naplate napojnica smanji. Time će djelatnici biti zadovoljniji, ugostiteljima će se povećati priliv od kartica i u konačnici će imati bolje uvjete u kartičnim kućama. Konačno, bit će i manje sive ekonomije", poručuju iz Udruženja ugostiteljskih djelatnosti HGK.

Startala velika novost kod plaćanja računa u kafićima: ‘Očekujemo da će ljudi pozitivno reagirati...‘

Od početka 2024. u Hrvatskoj se primjenjuje novi model fiskalizacije napojnica, koje se sada mogu ostavljati i bezgotovinskim plaćanjem karticama, te je utvrđen i neoporezivi iznos od 3.360 eura godišnje po osobi, dok će se iznosi napojnica iznad toga oporezivati po stopi poreza na dohodak.

Udruženje ugostiteljskih djelatnosti HGK (Hrvatske gospodarske komore) snažno se zalagalo i ustrajalo na, kako ističu u utorak iz HGK, na primjeni modela fiskalizacije napojnica, što je implementirano i zadnjim krugom porezne reforme.

"Iznosi naplaćeni karticama nose u prosjeku 80 posto prihoda ugostiteljskog objekta, a sada gosti mogu i pri kartičnom plaćanju ostaviti napojnicu", kaže direktorica Sektora za turizam HGK Andreja Vukojević, koja ocjenjuje i da je to "stimulirajući potez za sektor ugostiteljstva i vrlo pozitivna stvar za privlačenje i zadržavanje djelatnika u sektoru".

Napojnica je najčešće dobrovoljni izbor gosta ili kupca neke usluge ili proizvoda hoće li prodavaču ili pružatelju usluge ostaviti neki dodatni novčani iznos, izvan redovne cijene.

Sada je to po novom modelu moguće i gotovinom i karticama, ako korisnici procijene žele li ostaviti napojnicu i u kojem iznosu, te se, objašnjavaju iz HGK, povezuje uz izdani račun i evidentiraju podaci o iznosu napojnice i načinu njezina davanja (gotovina ili kartica).
