Agencija za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN), u sklopu šestog po redu natječaja, do 12. travnja je zaprimila 2.204 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita, izvijestilo je u ponedjeljak resorno ministarstvo.

Zaprimanje zahtjeva započelo je 29. ožujka, a razmatrat će se prema vremenu zaprimanja u APN-u te odobravati do utroška planiranih sredstava, koje ove godine iznose 50 milijuna kuna, navedeno je u objavi na internetskoj stranici Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine. 

Iz Ministarstva su naveli i da na uzorku od 400 zahtjeva prosječni iznos subvencioniranog kredita iznosi 79 tisuća eura, prosječan rok otplate je 21 godina, prosječna životna dob korisnika kredita je 31 godina, pri čemu prosječni iznos mjesečnog anutiteta koji otplaćuju iznosi 420 eura odnosno 3.180 kuna, od čega mjesečna subvencija iznosi 135 eura, odnosno 1.030 kuna.

Podsjetimo, APN je 26. veljače sklopio ugovore s 14 banaka o davanju subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, pri čemu se najviše efektivne kamatne stope koje su banke ponudile kreću od 2,09 do 3,50 posto za kune, odnosno od 2,15 do 3,50 posto za kredite u eurima.

Na poziv se, kako je već poznato iz ranijih natječaja, mogu prijaviti svi građani mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobrava se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. Visina subvencije ovisi o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Od početka realizacije ove mjere odobreno je ili u realizaciji ukupno 17.510 subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, a iz državnog je proračuna za mjeru dosad isplaćeno oko 430 milijuna kuna, izvijestilo je Ministarstvo.

Inače, Hrvatski sabor je krajem prošle godine izmijenio Zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita, a njima je do kraja 2023. produljen rok u kojem će APN objavljivati javne pozive za subvencije. 

Izmjenama je regulirano i da će kandidati za te kredite morati imati prijavljeno prebivalište na adresi kupljene ili izgrađene nekretnine najmanje dvije godine nakon završetka subvencioniranja kredita. Također je regulirano i da će subvencije biti odbijene podnositeljima koji su ih već ranije dobili, te da uplaćena sredstva neće trebati vraćati ako se subvencionirani stan ili kuća prodaju radi kupnje većeg stana, kuće ili izgradnje kuće.

Agencija za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN), u sklopu šestog po redu natječaja, do 12. travnja je zaprimila 2.204 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita, izvijestilo je u ponedjeljak resorno ministarstvo.

Zaprimanje zahtjeva započelo je 29. ožujka, a razmatrat će se prema vremenu zaprimanja u APN-u te odobravati do utroška planiranih sredstava, koje ove godine iznose 50 milijuna kuna, navedeno je u objavi na internetskoj stranici Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine. 

Iz Ministarstva su naveli i da na uzorku od 400 zahtjeva prosječni iznos subvencioniranog kredita iznosi 79 tisuća eura, prosječan rok otplate je 21 godina, prosječna životna dob korisnika kredita je 31 godina, pri čemu prosječni iznos mjesečnog anutiteta koji otplaćuju iznosi 420 eura odnosno 3.180 kuna, od čega mjesečna subvencija iznosi 135 eura, odnosno 1.030 kuna.

Podsjetimo, APN je 26. veljače sklopio ugovore s 14 banaka o davanju subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, pri čemu se najviše efektivne kamatne stope koje su banke ponudile kreću od 2,09 do 3,50 posto za kune, odnosno od 2,15 do 3,50 posto za kredite u eurima.

Na poziv se, kako je već poznato iz ranijih natječaja, mogu prijaviti svi građani mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobrava se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. Visina subvencije ovisi o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Od početka realizacije ove mjere odobreno je ili u realizaciji ukupno 17.510 subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, a iz državnog je proračuna za mjeru dosad isplaćeno oko 430 milijuna kuna, izvijestilo je Ministarstvo.

Inače, Hrvatski sabor je krajem prošle godine izmijenio Zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita, a njima je do kraja 2023. produljen rok u kojem će APN objavljivati javne pozive za subvencije. 

Izmjenama je regulirano i da će kandidati za te kredite morati imati prijavljeno prebivalište na adresi kupljene ili izgrađene nekretnine najmanje dvije godine nakon završetka subvencioniranja kredita. Također je regulirano i da će subvencije biti odbijene podnositeljima koji su ih već ranije dobili, te da uplaćena sredstva neće trebati vraćati ako se subvencionirani stan ili kuća prodaju radi kupnje većeg stana, kuće ili izgradnje kuće.

Resorno ministarstvo otkrilo: u dva tjedna zaprimljeno je 2204 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita za mlade

Agencija za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN), u sklopu šestog po redu natječaja, do 12. travnja je zaprimila 2.204 zahtjeva za subvencioniranje stambenih kredita, izvijestilo je u ponedjeljak resorno ministarstvo.

Zaprimanje zahtjeva započelo je 29. ožujka, a razmatrat će se prema vremenu zaprimanja u APN-u te odobravati do utroška planiranih sredstava, koje ove godine iznose 50 milijuna kuna, navedeno je u objavi na internetskoj stranici Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine. 

Iz Ministarstva su naveli i da na uzorku od 400 zahtjeva prosječni iznos subvencioniranog kredita iznosi 79 tisuća eura, prosječan rok otplate je 21 godina, prosječna životna dob korisnika kredita je 31 godina, pri čemu prosječni iznos mjesečnog anutiteta koji otplaćuju iznosi 420 eura odnosno 3.180 kuna, od čega mjesečna subvencija iznosi 135 eura, odnosno 1.030 kuna.

Podsjetimo, APN je 26. veljače sklopio ugovore s 14 banaka o davanju subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, pri čemu se najviše efektivne kamatne stope koje su banke ponudile kreću od 2,09 do 3,50 posto za kune, odnosno od 2,15 do 3,50 posto za kredite u eurima.

Na poziv se, kako je već poznato iz ranijih natječaja, mogu prijaviti svi građani mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobrava se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. Visina subvencije ovisi o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Od početka realizacije ove mjere odobreno je ili u realizaciji ukupno 17.510 subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, a iz državnog je proračuna za mjeru dosad isplaćeno oko 430 milijuna kuna, izvijestilo je Ministarstvo.

Inače, Hrvatski sabor je krajem prošle godine izmijenio Zakon o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita, a njima je do kraja 2023. produljen rok u kojem će APN objavljivati javne pozive za subvencije. 

Izmjenama je regulirano i da će kandidati za te kredite morati imati prijavljeno prebivalište na adresi kupljene ili izgrađene nekretnine najmanje dvije godine nakon završetka subvencioniranja kredita. Također je regulirano i da će subvencije biti odbijene podnositeljima koji su ih već ranije dobili, te da uplaćena sredstva neće trebati vraćati ako se subvencionirani stan ili kuća prodaju radi kupnje većeg stana, kuće ili izgradnje kuće.
