U istrazi složene prijevare s PDV-om na uvezena goriva, koju je vodio Ured europskog javnog tužitelja u Bologni (EPPO), talijanska Financijska policija (Guardia di Finanza) zamrznula je imovinu vrijednu 149 milijuna eura trojici muškaraca koje sumnjiče da su u Italiju ilegalno dovozili gorivo iz Hrvatske i Slovenije.

Na zahtjev EPPO-a, nalog je izdao istražni sudac iz Parme protiv pet pojedinaca i dvije tvrtke uključene u trgovinu gorivom. Sudska odluka o zapljeni gotovine, bankovnih računa i nekretnina izvršena je u Parmi, Potenzi i Salernu.

Tijekom pretresa Guardia di Finanza otkrila je milijune eura u gotovini skrivene ispod poda u prostorijama jedne od istraživanih tvrtki i to koristeći pse specijalizirane za traženje novčanica. Istražitelji sumnjaju na složenu kriminalnu operaciju koja iskorištava pravila EU-a o prekograničnim transakcijama između država članica jer su one izuzete od poreza na dodanu vrijednost. Istraga se odnosi na kriminalnu skupinu koju čine tri osobe, svi Talijani, koji rade iz Dubaija, Miamija i Salerna.

Osumnjičeni su da su gorivo unosili na talijanski teritorij iz Hrvatske i Slovenije i preprodavali ga po niskoj cijeni, koristeći niz fiktivnih tvrtki kao posrednike.

Gorivo su prodavali tvrtki sa sjedištem u Parmi, za koju se vjeruje da je počinila prijevaru u vezi s PDV-om, što joj je omogućilo preprodaju petrokemijskih proizvoda ispod tržišnih cijena, čime je stekla nezakonitu prednost u odnosu na ostale gospodarske subjekte. Prema istrazi, goriva su uvezena preko dviju tvrtki sa sjedištem u EU iz rafinerija u Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj vozilima hrvatskog transportnog poduzeća kojim je upravljao jedan od navodnih članova zločinačkog udruženja. Gorivo je prodavano na 17 benzinskih pumpi u talijanskim gradovima Parmi, Piacenzi, Reggio Emiliji, Modeni, Ferrari, Brescii, Lodiju i Veroni.

Prve sumnje pojavile su se još 2019. godine iako se sada otkrilo da je ovaj lanac funkcionirao od 2016. godine. Istražitelji su ušli u trag čak 31 tvrtki koja su postojale samo na papiru, a prevarantima su služile da umanjuju porez poslovnim obvezama koje uopće nisu postojale. Te tvrtke, utvrđeno je, nisu uredno prijavljivale porez, nisu imale tankove za skladištenje goriva, ni zaposlenike, ni cisterne, a prihod im je nevjerojatno brzo rastao.

Procjenjuje se da je talijanski proračunu oštećen za oko 92 milijuna eura neplaćenog poreza. Ured europskog tužitelja navodi kako je u nekim slučajevima kao posrednik korišteno poduzeće sa sjedištem u Potenzi, čija je jedina svrha bila uvođenje dodatnog fiktivnog člana u trgovačkom lancu, kako prevara ne bi bila izravno povezana s tvrtkom sa sjedištem u Parmi.

Kaznena djela koja se istražuju uključuju prijevaru financijske uprave, izdavanje i korištenje lažnih računa te krivotvorenje i lažne ili izostavljene prijave PDV-a i poreza na dohodak.

U istrazi složene prijevare s PDV-om na uvezena goriva, koju je vodio Ured europskog javnog tužitelja u Bologni (EPPO), talijanska Financijska policija (Guardia di Finanza) zamrznula je imovinu vrijednu 149 milijuna eura trojici muškaraca koje sumnjiče da su u Italiju ilegalno dovozili gorivo iz Hrvatske i Slovenije.

Na zahtjev EPPO-a, nalog je izdao istražni sudac iz Parme protiv pet pojedinaca i dvije tvrtke uključene u trgovinu gorivom. Sudska odluka o zapljeni gotovine, bankovnih računa i nekretnina izvršena je u Parmi, Potenzi i Salernu.

Tijekom pretresa Guardia di Finanza otkrila je milijune eura u gotovini skrivene ispod poda u prostorijama jedne od istraživanih tvrtki i to koristeći pse specijalizirane za traženje novčanica. Istražitelji sumnjaju na složenu kriminalnu operaciju koja iskorištava pravila EU-a o prekograničnim transakcijama između država članica jer su one izuzete od poreza na dodanu vrijednost. Istraga se odnosi na kriminalnu skupinu koju čine tri osobe, svi Talijani, koji rade iz Dubaija, Miamija i Salerna.

Osumnjičeni su da su gorivo unosili na talijanski teritorij iz Hrvatske i Slovenije i preprodavali ga po niskoj cijeni, koristeći niz fiktivnih tvrtki kao posrednike.

Gorivo su prodavali tvrtki sa sjedištem u Parmi, za koju se vjeruje da je počinila prijevaru u vezi s PDV-om, što joj je omogućilo preprodaju petrokemijskih proizvoda ispod tržišnih cijena, čime je stekla nezakonitu prednost u odnosu na ostale gospodarske subjekte. Prema istrazi, goriva su uvezena preko dviju tvrtki sa sjedištem u EU iz rafinerija u Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj vozilima hrvatskog transportnog poduzeća kojim je upravljao jedan od navodnih članova zločinačkog udruženja. Gorivo je prodavano na 17 benzinskih pumpi u talijanskim gradovima Parmi, Piacenzi, Reggio Emiliji, Modeni, Ferrari, Brescii, Lodiju i Veroni.

Prve sumnje pojavile su se još 2019. godine iako se sada otkrilo da je ovaj lanac funkcionirao od 2016. godine. Istražitelji su ušli u trag čak 31 tvrtki koja su postojale samo na papiru, a prevarantima su služile da umanjuju porez poslovnim obvezama koje uopće nisu postojale. Te tvrtke, utvrđeno je, nisu uredno prijavljivale porez, nisu imale tankove za skladištenje goriva, ni zaposlenike, ni cisterne, a prihod im je nevjerojatno brzo rastao.

Procjenjuje se da je talijanski proračunu oštećen za oko 92 milijuna eura neplaćenog poreza. Ured europskog tužitelja navodi kako je u nekim slučajevima kao posrednik korišteno poduzeće sa sjedištem u Potenzi, čija je jedina svrha bila uvođenje dodatnog fiktivnog člana u trgovačkom lancu, kako prevara ne bi bila izravno povezana s tvrtkom sa sjedištem u Parmi.

Kaznena djela koja se istražuju uključuju prijevaru financijske uprave, izdavanje i korištenje lažnih računa te krivotvorenje i lažne ili izostavljene prijave PDV-a i poreza na dohodak.
