Biznismen Filip Zepter u jednom od rijetkih intervjua govorio je o svome poslovanju, uspjesima i neuspjesima, kao i o usponima i padovima u biznisu.

"Poslao sam ekipu u Rusiju 1990./1991. i ljudi su rekli - je li moguće da idete tamo. Već treće godine smo imali 120 milijuna dolara prometa. Ja poslije 20 godina rada pola svojih firmi nisam posjetio. Naravno da znam generalne direktore s godišnjih sastanaka. E sad to o meni ili govori da sam loš šef ili sam jako dobar organizator ako pravim posao, a ne idem nigdje. A uspio sam organizirati posao zbog svoga nezavisnog sistema rada. Ne tražim nikakve privilegije ni od države ni od institucija. Imam proizvod koji je jedinstven i koji radi. Nisam se bavio politikom niti ću se baviti", rekao je Zepter u emisiji "Šta sam tebi i ko sam sebi", prenosi Mondo.

'Ja poslije 20 godina rada pola svojih firmi nisam posjetio'

On kaže da u svome biznisu, koji je razvio po cijelom svijetu, nije netko tko sve kontrolira.

"Znaš li što znači voditi firmu koja ima 100 generalnih menadžera? Onda postoje internacionalni menadžeri koju menadžiraju ovih sto – po regijama i po proizvodima. I onda oni meni kažu – ti mora da si genij kada sve to kontroliraš. Kontroliram nulu. Nemam pojma. Sporadično pogledam izvještaje i to je to", rekao je Zepter.

Uspjeh kao ograničavajući faktor

Prema njegovim riječima, svaki veliki uspjeh dramatično ograničava čovjeka jer si u sve užem kolosijeku.

"Ako si u biznisu, ne baviš se puno kulturom, znanošću, nekim javnim stvarima. Samo si u tome svom. Imao sam sreću da sam malo i u kulturi jer mi je supruga uzela sve do posljednje pare – otvara opere i muzeje. I onda stjecajem okolnosti idem u operu kada sam je već napravio", rekao je on.

Ističe kako nikada nije razmišljao o tome što je sreća jer zaista ne zna što je to.

"Inače, ja ne slavim uspjehe. Čim završim, okrećem se na drugu stranu. Ali isto tako ne patim za neuspjehom ni sekunde. Nema kajanja jer sve u što ulazim, ulazim s velikom sigurnošću da ću uspjeti. A ako ne uspijem, znam da sam radio najbolje i onda se ne kajem. Ako promašim, što da radim. Što da radim zbog rata u Ukrajini. Za 15 dana smo izgubili 100 milijuna prometa. Pa što da radiš, moraš se konsolidirati. A u Ukrajini sam izgubio sve. Nema ničega, a imao sam 50-60 ureda, tisuće suradnika. A suradnici su tu, plaćamo ih da ih ne bismo izgubili", rekao je Zepter.

Kaže kako je bio u situaciji da netko dođe da ga s namjerom prevari.

"Mene je stotine njih prevarilo. Ranije, dok sam bio bankar u Srbiji, nekada su ljudi dolazili s namjerom da me prevare. Razumijem ja da netko hoće, ali ne može vratiti kredit. Ali to nije problem banke, već njegov problem. Sjećam se da smo desetine milijuna izgubili u pogrešnim kreditima. E onda sam uveo da kada firma uzima kredit, mora direktor potpisati mjenicu, vlasnik, njegova žena, svi koji su tu. E onda nitko nije htio uzimati kredit", rekao je on, prenosi Mondo.

Biznismen Filip Zepter u jednom od rijetkih intervjua govorio je o svome poslovanju, uspjesima i neuspjesima, kao i o usponima i padovima u biznisu.

"Poslao sam ekipu u Rusiju 1990./1991. i ljudi su rekli - je li moguće da idete tamo. Već treće godine smo imali 120 milijuna dolara prometa. Ja poslije 20 godina rada pola svojih firmi nisam posjetio. Naravno da znam generalne direktore s godišnjih sastanaka. E sad to o meni ili govori da sam loš šef ili sam jako dobar organizator ako pravim posao, a ne idem nigdje. A uspio sam organizirati posao zbog svoga nezavisnog sistema rada. Ne tražim nikakve privilegije ni od države ni od institucija. Imam proizvod koji je jedinstven i koji radi. Nisam se bavio politikom niti ću se baviti", rekao je Zepter u emisiji "Šta sam tebi i ko sam sebi", prenosi Mondo.

On kaže da u svome biznisu, koji je razvio po cijelom svijetu, nije netko tko sve kontrolira.

"Znaš li što znači voditi firmu koja ima 100 generalnih menadžera? Onda postoje internacionalni menadžeri koju menadžiraju ovih sto – po regijama i po proizvodima. I onda oni meni kažu – ti mora da si genij kada sve to kontroliraš. Kontroliram nulu. Nemam pojma. Sporadično pogledam izvještaje i to je to", rekao je Zepter.

Uspjeh kao ograničavajući faktor

Prema njegovim riječima, svaki veliki uspjeh dramatično ograničava čovjeka jer si u sve užem kolosijeku.

"Ako si u biznisu, ne baviš se puno kulturom, znanošću, nekim javnim stvarima. Samo si u tome svom. Imao sam sreću da sam malo i u kulturi jer mi je supruga uzela sve do posljednje pare – otvara opere i muzeje. I onda stjecajem okolnosti idem u operu kada sam je već napravio", rekao je on.

Ističe kako nikada nije razmišljao o tome što je sreća jer zaista ne zna što je to.

"Inače, ja ne slavim uspjehe. Čim završim, okrećem se na drugu stranu. Ali isto tako ne patim za neuspjehom ni sekunde. Nema kajanja jer sve u što ulazim, ulazim s velikom sigurnošću da ću uspjeti. A ako ne uspijem, znam da sam radio najbolje i onda se ne kajem. Ako promašim, što da radim. Što da radim zbog rata u Ukrajini. Za 15 dana smo izgubili 100 milijuna prometa. Pa što da radiš, moraš se konsolidirati. A u Ukrajini sam izgubio sve. Nema ničega, a imao sam 50-60 ureda, tisuće suradnika. A suradnici su tu, plaćamo ih da ih ne bismo izgubili", rekao je Zepter.

Kaže kako je bio u situaciji da netko dođe da ga s namjerom prevari.

"Mene je stotine njih prevarilo. Ranije, dok sam bio bankar u Srbiji, nekada su ljudi dolazili s namjerom da me prevare. Razumijem ja da netko hoće, ali ne može vratiti kredit. Ali to nije problem banke, već njegov problem. Sjećam se da smo desetine milijuna izgubili u pogrešnim kreditima. E onda sam uveo da kada firma uzima kredit, mora direktor potpisati mjenicu, vlasnik, njegova žena, svi koji su tu. E onda nitko nije htio uzimati kredit", rekao je on, prenosi Mondo.
