Policijska uprava zagrebačka javlja o slučaju 38-godišnjaka koji je pod zabranom upravljao osobnim automobilom marke Opel Astra zagrebačkih registarskih oznaka kolnikom ulice Srednjaci, gdje su ga zaustavili policijski službenici.

Obavljenim nadzorom vozila i vozača utvrđeno da je isteklo važenje prometne dozvole za vozilo, da vozač nije bio vezan sigurnosnim pojasom, da kod sebe ne posjeduje osobnu iskaznicu, dok je ponuđeni test na droge odbio, piše HAK Revija.

Po utvrđenom vozač je uhićen, a vozilo privremeno oduzeto zbog više pravomoćnih presuda zbog počinjenih prekršaja u prometu.

Na sudu je 38-godišnjak proglašen krivim te kažnjen zatvorskom kaznom u trajanju od 30 dana, novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 950 kuna te mu je sud izrekao i zaštitnu mjeru zabrane upravljanja vozilima B kategorije u trajanju od 12 mjeseci, dok je predmetno vozilo s pripadajućim ključem oduzeto i postaje vlasništvo Republike Hrvatske, piše HAK Revija.

Policijska uprava zagrebačka javlja o slučaju 38-godišnjaka koji je pod zabranom upravljao osobnim automobilom marke Opel Astra zagrebačkih registarskih oznaka kolnikom ulice Srednjaci, gdje su ga zaustavili policijski službenici.

Obavljenim nadzorom vozila i vozača utvrđeno da je isteklo važenje prometne dozvole za vozilo, da vozač nije bio vezan sigurnosnim pojasom, da kod sebe ne posjeduje osobnu iskaznicu, dok je ponuđeni test na droge odbio, piše HAK Revija.

Po utvrđenom vozač je uhićen, a vozilo privremeno oduzeto zbog više pravomoćnih presuda zbog počinjenih prekršaja u prometu.

Na sudu je 38-godišnjak proglašen krivim te kažnjen zatvorskom kaznom u trajanju od 30 dana, novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 950 kuna te mu je sud izrekao i zaštitnu mjeru zabrane upravljanja vozilima B kategorije u trajanju od 12 mjeseci, dok je predmetno vozilo s pripadajućim ključem oduzeto i postaje vlasništvo Republike Hrvatske, piše HAK Revija.

Policijska uprava zagrebačka javlja o slučaju 38-godišnjaka koji je pod zabranom upravljao osobnim automobilom marke Opel Astra zagrebačkih registarskih oznaka kolnikom ulice Srednjaci, gdje su ga zaustavili policijski službenici.

Obavljenim nadzorom vozila i vozača utvrđeno da je isteklo važenje prometne dozvole za vozilo, da vozač nije bio vezan sigurnosnim pojasom, da kod sebe ne posjeduje osobnu iskaznicu, dok je ponuđeni test na droge odbio, piše HAK Revija.

Po utvrđenom vozač je uhićen, a vozilo privremeno oduzeto zbog više pravomoćnih presuda zbog počinjenih prekršaja u prometu.

Na sudu je 38-godišnjak proglašen krivim te kažnjen zatvorskom kaznom u trajanju od 30 dana, novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 950 kuna te mu je sud izrekao i zaštitnu mjeru zabrane upravljanja vozilima B kategorije u trajanju od 12 mjeseci, dok je predmetno vozilo s pripadajućim ključem oduzeto i postaje vlasništvo Republike Hrvatske, piše HAK Revija.
