Policijski službenici Policijskog nacionalnog ureda za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta - Služba Split, u koordinaciji s Uredom za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta, započeli su rano jutros realizaciju kriminalističkog istraživanja zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv službene dužnosti - sve u vezi zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem obuhvaćeno je pet osoba s područja policijskih uprava zagrebačke i šibensko-kninske.

Tijekom dana provode se hitne dokazne radnje, a po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja PNUSKOK - Služba Split podnijet će kaznenu prijavu Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta.

Akcija se odnosi se na izgradnju kampa na Murteru investitora Zorana Pripuza koji je obuhvaćen ovom akcijom, isto kao i Dario Filipi, vlasnik još jednog ilegalnog kampa na Murteru. Akcijom su obuhvaćeni i Eduard Maržić, svojedobno predsjednik Hrvatske udruge kampova, koji je i sam prije 15-ak godina bio osumnjičen za protuzakonito izvlačenje novca.

Također, tu je i Boris Kulušić, lokalni ugostitelj i poduzetnik koji se također bavio kampovima. Posljednja u nizu osoba koje istražuje USKOK je Neda Livljanić, sada već bivša službenica odjela za gospodarstvo i turizam Šibensko-kninske županije, koja je i izdala rješenje za gradnju kampa i smještaja u domaćinstvu. 

U akciji je, dakle, za sada uhićeno pet osoba.

Po neslužbenim informacijama, na temelju ranije podnesenih kaznenih prijava, istražuje se mogućnost da je bivša županijska službenica primila još uvijek nepoznati iznos mita kako bi izdala nezakonito rješenje, a kojeg su joj posrednici, koji imaju veze s poslovanjem kampova, predali u ime investitora.

Večeras je pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu izjavu novinarima dao odvjetnik Nede Livljanić, Krešimir Škarica, koji je rekao da zasad ne smije iznositi detalje, ali da se njegova branjenica zasad bran i šutnjom. Kako će postupiti sutra pred istražnim sucem ovisi o njezoinom psihofizičkom stanju, a danas je - napomenuo je Škarica - pod razumljivo velikim stresom.

Policijski službenici Policijskog nacionalnog ureda za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta - Služba Split, u koordinaciji s Uredom za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta, započeli su rano jutros realizaciju kriminalističkog istraživanja zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv službene dužnosti - sve u vezi zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem obuhvaćeno je pet osoba s područja policijskih uprava zagrebačke i šibensko-kninske.

Tijekom dana provode se hitne dokazne radnje, a po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja PNUSKOK - Služba Split podnijet će kaznenu prijavu Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta.

Akcija se odnosi se na izgradnju kampa na Murteru investitora Zorana Pripuza koji je obuhvaćen ovom akcijom, isto kao i Dario Filipi, vlasnik još jednog ilegalnog kampa na Murteru. Akcijom su obuhvaćeni i Eduard Maržić, svojedobno predsjednik Hrvatske udruge kampova, koji je i sam prije 15-ak godina bio osumnjičen za protuzakonito izvlačenje novca.

Također, tu je i Boris Kulušić, lokalni ugostitelj i poduzetnik koji se također bavio kampovima. Posljednja u nizu osoba koje istražuje USKOK je Neda Livljanić, sada već bivša službenica odjela za gospodarstvo i turizam Šibensko-kninske županije, koja je i izdala rješenje za gradnju kampa i smještaja u domaćinstvu. 

U akciji je, dakle, za sada uhićeno pet osoba.

Po neslužbenim informacijama, na temelju ranije podnesenih kaznenih prijava, istražuje se mogućnost da je bivša županijska službenica primila još uvijek nepoznati iznos mita kako bi izdala nezakonito rješenje, a kojeg su joj posrednici, koji imaju veze s poslovanjem kampova, predali u ime investitora.

Večeras je pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu izjavu novinarima dao odvjetnik Nede Livljanić, Krešimir Škarica, koji je rekao da zasad ne smije iznositi detalje, ali da se njegova branjenica zasad bran i šutnjom. Kako će postupiti sutra pred istražnim sucem ovisi o njezoinom psihofizičkom stanju, a danas je - napomenuo je Škarica - pod razumljivo velikim stresom.
