- Više od 90 posto sudaca Općinskog suda u Zadru provodi mjere upozorenja i odgodili su radnje u postupcima, osim u hitnim predmetima u kojima bi mogla nastupiti nenadoknadiva šteta – rekao je glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru Josip Dušević.

Upravni odbor Udruge hrvatskih sudaca je, naime, zaključkom od srijede, 17. siječnja, donio odluku o poduzimanju mjera upozorenja u razdoblju od ponedjeljka, 22. siječnja do petka, 2. veljače, na način da se odgađaju sve radnje u prvostupanjskim postupcima, osim u hitnim predmetima u kojima bi mogla nastupiti nenadoknadiva šteta.

- Međutim bez obzira na provedbu mjera ne očekuju se veći zaostatci u radu, a koji neće moći biti nadoknađeni u kraćem roku – rekao je Dušević.

U mjerama upozorenja, kojima suci žele skrenuti pažnju na činjenicu da njihove plaće nisu usklađivane s gospodarskim kretanjima već 25 godina, sudjeljuju svi sudovi i državna odvjetništva. Četvrti dan mjera upozorenja na Županijskom sudu u Zadru sudjeluju svi suci, a na zadarskom Trgovačkom sudu četiri od ped sudaca.

U Udruzi hrvatskih sudaca (UHS) ističu kako je jedna od netočnih tvrdnji koje Ministarstvo učestalo plasira da su suci dobili već dvije povišice. Ističu kako je 2019. godine vraćeno šest posto osnovice koja im je bila oduzeta u vrijeme krize nekoliko godina ranije, te su izjednačeni koeficijenti svih prvostupanjskih sudaca. Godine 2023., nakon prvog ciklusa mjera upozorenja, osnovica sudaca porasla je 13 posto.

- Uzmemo li u obzir činjenicu da je, prema podacima DZS, inflacija u prethodne dvije godine bila gotovo 18 posto, jasno je kako je to povećanje osnovice – anulirano.- navode u UHS-u.

Naglašavaju kako je nedopustivo da u sudskom sustavu bilo koji sudski službenik ima veću plaću od prvostupanjskog, a kamoli suca drugostupanjskog suda jer je takvo zakonsko uređenje obeshrabrujuće za razvoj sudačke struke i jačanje sudačkog kadra.

- Uvidom u usporedbe plaća sudaca s prosječnom plaćom u RH, jasno je kako je od 2000. godine, kada je prosječna plaća općinskog suca bila 2,7 puta veća od prosječne plaće u državi, taj omjer danas pao na 1,77, iz čega se može zaključiti kako je vrijednost plaće, odnosno standard prvostupanjskog suca smanjen za 34 posto – ističu u Udruzi hrvatskih sudaca.

Naglašavaju kako suci, kao i u svibnju 2023. godine, traže izradu jedinstvenog zakona kojim bi se uvela indeksacija, usklađivanje osnovice s prosječnom bruto plaćom isplaćenom zaposlenima u pravnim osobama u RH u prethodnoj godini, prema izračunu DZS, te sustav platnih razreda. Ponudi li izvršna vlast način kojim će ispuniti javno obećanje iz svibnja 2023., mjere će se prekinuti i ranije.

- Više od 90 posto sudaca Općinskog suda u Zadru provodi mjere upozorenja i odgodili su radnje u postupcima, osim u hitnim predmetima u kojima bi mogla nastupiti nenadoknadiva šteta – rekao je glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru Josip Dušević.

Upravni odbor Udruge hrvatskih sudaca je, naime, zaključkom od srijede, 17. siječnja, donio odluku o poduzimanju mjera upozorenja u razdoblju od ponedjeljka, 22. siječnja do petka, 2. veljače, na način da se odgađaju sve radnje u prvostupanjskim postupcima, osim u hitnim predmetima u kojima bi mogla nastupiti nenadoknadiva šteta.

- Međutim bez obzira na provedbu mjera ne očekuju se veći zaostatci u radu, a koji neće moći biti nadoknađeni u kraćem roku – rekao je Dušević.

U mjerama upozorenja, kojima suci žele skrenuti pažnju na činjenicu da njihove plaće nisu usklađivane s gospodarskim kretanjima već 25 godina, sudjeljuju svi sudovi i državna odvjetništva. Četvrti dan mjera upozorenja na Županijskom sudu u Zadru sudjeluju svi suci, a na zadarskom Trgovačkom sudu četiri od ped sudaca.

U Udruzi hrvatskih sudaca (UHS) ističu kako je jedna od netočnih tvrdnji koje Ministarstvo učestalo plasira da su suci dobili već dvije povišice. Ističu kako je 2019. godine vraćeno šest posto osnovice koja im je bila oduzeta u vrijeme krize nekoliko godina ranije, te su izjednačeni koeficijenti svih prvostupanjskih sudaca. Godine 2023., nakon prvog ciklusa mjera upozorenja, osnovica sudaca porasla je 13 posto.

- Uzmemo li u obzir činjenicu da je, prema podacima DZS, inflacija u prethodne dvije godine bila gotovo 18 posto, jasno je kako je to povećanje osnovice – anulirano.- navode u UHS-u.

Naglašavaju kako je nedopustivo da u sudskom sustavu bilo koji sudski službenik ima veću plaću od prvostupanjskog, a kamoli suca drugostupanjskog suda jer je takvo zakonsko uređenje obeshrabrujuće za razvoj sudačke struke i jačanje sudačkog kadra.

- Uvidom u usporedbe plaća sudaca s prosječnom plaćom u RH, jasno je kako je od 2000. godine, kada je prosječna plaća općinskog suca bila 2,7 puta veća od prosječne plaće u državi, taj omjer danas pao na 1,77, iz čega se može zaključiti kako je vrijednost plaće, odnosno standard prvostupanjskog suca smanjen za 34 posto – ističu u Udruzi hrvatskih sudaca.

Naglašavaju kako suci, kao i u svibnju 2023. godine, traže izradu jedinstvenog zakona kojim bi se uvela indeksacija, usklađivanje osnovice s prosječnom bruto plaćom isplaćenom zaposlenima u pravnim osobama u RH u prethodnoj godini, prema izračunu DZS, te sustav platnih razreda. Ponudi li izvršna vlast način kojim će ispuniti javno obećanje iz svibnja 2023., mjere će se prekinuti i ranije.

- Više od 90 posto sudaca Općinskog suda u Zadru provodi mjere upozorenja i odgodili su radnje u postupcima, osim u hitnim predmetima u kojima bi mogla nastupiti nenadoknadiva šteta – rekao je glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru Josip Dušević.

Upravni odbor Udruge hrvatskih sudaca je, naime, zaključkom od srijede, 17. siječnja, donio odluku o poduzimanju mjera upozorenja u razdoblju od ponedjeljka, 22. siječnja do petka, 2. veljače, na način da se odgađaju sve radnje u prvostupanjskim postupcima, osim u hitnim predmetima u kojima bi mogla nastupiti nenadoknadiva šteta.

- Međutim bez obzira na provedbu mjera ne očekuju se veći zaostatci u radu, a koji neće moći biti nadoknađeni u kraćem roku – rekao je Dušević.

U mjerama upozorenja, kojima suci žele skrenuti pažnju na činjenicu da njihove plaće nisu usklađivane s gospodarskim kretanjima već 25 godina, sudjeljuju svi sudovi i državna odvjetništva. Četvrti dan mjera upozorenja na Županijskom sudu u Zadru sudjeluju svi suci, a na zadarskom Trgovačkom sudu četiri od ped sudaca.

U Udruzi hrvatskih sudaca (UHS) ističu kako je jedna od netočnih tvrdnji koje Ministarstvo učestalo plasira da su suci dobili već dvije povišice.
