Konobari, kuhari i čistačice odnosno spremačice posljednjih godina u Dalmaciji traženiji su od IT inženjera! A kako je krenulo, i plaće će im uskoro biti vrlo slične. Da, i ptice na grani već znaju da se posao u ugostiteljstvu plaća kao suho zlato!

Tako ćete za čišćenje dvosobnog apartmana u Zadru platiti od 40 do 50 eura. Prema riječima iskusnih iznajmljivača, jednoj čistačici treba oko tri sata za taj posao. To je satnica od oko 16 eura!

Kako tvrde vlasnici apartmana, cijene rada dosežu i do 20 eura po satu, a ove godine, dodaju, nema čišćenja apartmana ispod 13 eura, što je povećanje od 30 do 40 posto u odnosu na prošlu godinu. 

Ako se čistačicu uzima preko agencije, cijena raste za dodatnih 50 eura, što je oko 100 eura po apartmanu.

Pregledom Facebook grupa, gdje se traže i nude poslovi u Zadarskoj županiji, žena koja nudi svoje usluge čišćenja je vrlo brzo "kaparana" i zaposlena u rekordnom roku što se vidi i po komentarima ispod objava.

Što se tiče osoblja u kuhinji, plaća kuhara kreće se od 2000 do 2200 eura što je dnevnica od 84 eura! Pomoćni kuhar mjesečno zaradi oko 1300 eura, a tolika je plaća i konobaru, s tim da ne zaboravite na manču koja se kreće od 50 pa sve do 100 eura po danu. Ovisi, naravno, o njegovoj vještini i simpatičnosti. 

Osim što je lutrija pronaći kvalitetnu radnu snagu, dodatni je bingo pronaći one koji već imaju osigurani smještaj, tako da su za poslodavca i to dodatni problemi kao i - troškovi.

- Prošle godine sam za šest radnika morao pronaći smještaj u blizini restorana, što sam jedva uspio. Koliko me koštalo? Točno 135 eura po radniku! Pa vi računajte koliko je to za tri mjeseca... - rekao nam je jedan ugostitelj koji je ove godine napravio poseban smještaj za radnike u sklopu kuće u kojoj se nalazi restoran, kako bi barem taj trošak smanjio.

Osim plaće i smještaja, on nudi i dva obroka dnevno. Većina ih nudi jedan, a rijetki su oni danas koji ne nude nijedan. Naime, s obzirom na manjak radne snage, radnici ove godine s lakoćom postavljaju vlastite uvjete. Znaju: ako poslodavac ne ispuni iste, jako će teško pronaći novog radnika. Osobito u srcu sezone. Zato poslodavac pristaje na pregovore.

Jedan vlasnik malog gradskog hotela tako je morao svojim spremačicama osigurati dva slobodna dana u tjednu.

- One su kod mene na cjelogodišnjoj plaći od 1200 eura. Rade šest sati dnevno i imaju oko 12 soba za očistiti. Prošle godine imale su jedan slobodan dan tjedno, a ove godine ne žele raditi ako im ne dam dva. Luksuz izbora nemam, no ukoliko bude kakvih problema oko održavanja urednosti soba, jer najavljuju rekordnu sezonu, morat ću zapošljavati dodatno osoblje kako bih pokrio njihove slobodne dane – otkriva nam vlasnik hotela.

Umjesto zaključka, samo kratki podsjetnik: prema službenim podacima za listopad 2022., nastavno osoblje u osnovnim školama – što obuhvaća učitelje, stručne suradnike i odgajatelje – ima prosječnu mjesečnu neto plaću od oko 1100 eura.

Liječnik/ica opće prakse, prema podacima iz ove godine, obično mjesečno zarađuje između 830 i 1670 eura bruto na početku radnog odnosa, a nakon pet godina radnog staža, plaća se penje između 930 i 1820 eura mjesečno za radni tjedan od 40 sati.

Inženjer/ka građevine obično mjesečno zarađuje između 710 i 1750 eura bruto na početku radnog odnosa. Nakon pet godina radnog staža, to je između 800 i 1180 eura mjesečno za radni tjedan od 40 sati.

Konobari, kuhari i čistačice odnosno spremačice posljednjih godina u Dalmaciji traženiji su od IT inženjera! A kako je krenulo, i plaće će im uskoro biti vrlo slične. Da, i ptice na grani već znaju da se posao u ugostiteljstvu plaća kao suho zlato!

Tako ćete za čišćenje dvosobnog apartmana u Zadru platiti od 40 do 50 eura. Prema riječima iskusnih iznajmljivača, jednoj čistačici treba oko tri sata za taj posao. To je satnica od oko 16 eura!

Kako tvrde vlasnici apartmana, cijene rada dosežu i do 20 eura po satu, a ove godine, dodaju, nema čišćenja apartmana ispod 13 eura, što je povećanje od 30 do 40 posto u odnosu na prošlu godinu. 

Ako se čistačicu uzima preko agencije, cijena raste za dodatnih 50 eura, što je oko 100 eura po apartmanu.

Pregledom Facebook grupa, gdje se traže i nude poslovi u Zadarskoj županiji, žena koja nudi svoje usluge čišćenja je vrlo brzo "kaparana" i zaposlena u rekordnom roku što se vidi i po komentarima ispod objava.

Što se tiče osoblja u kuhinji, plaća kuhara kreće se od 2000 do 2200 eura što je dnevnica od 84 eura! Pomoćni kuhar mjesečno zaradi oko 1300 eura, a tolika je plaća i konobaru, s tim da ne zaboravite na manču koja se kreće od 50 pa sve do 100 eura po danu. Ovisi, naravno, o njegovoj vještini i simpatičnosti. 

Osim što je lutrija pronaći kvalitetnu radnu snagu, dodatni je bingo pronaći one koji već imaju osigurani smještaj, tako da su za poslodavca i to dodatni problemi kao i - troškovi.

- Prošle godine sam za šest radnika morao pronaći smještaj u blizini restorana, što sam jedva uspio. Koliko me koštalo? Točno 135 eura po radniku! Pa vi računajte koliko je to za tri mjeseca... - rekao nam je jedan ugostitelj koji je ove godine napravio poseban smještaj za radnike u sklopu kuće u kojoj se nalazi restoran, kako bi barem taj trošak smanjio.

Osim plaće i smještaja, on nudi i dva obroka dnevno. Većina ih nudi jedan, a rijetki su oni danas koji ne nude nijedan. Naime, s obzirom na manjak radne snage, radnici ove godine s lakoćom postavljaju vlastite uvjete. Znaju: ako poslodavac ne ispuni iste, jako će teško pronaći novog radnika. Osobito u srcu sezone. Zato poslodavac pristaje na pregovore.

Jedan vlasnik malog gradskog hotela tako je morao svojim spremačicama osigurati dva slobodna dana u tjednu.

- One su kod mene na cjelogodišnjoj plaći od 1200 eura. Rade šest sati dnevno i imaju oko 12 soba za očistiti. Prošle godine imale su jedan slobodan dan tjedno, a ove godine ne žele raditi ako im ne dam dva. Luksuz izbora nemam, no ukoliko bude kakvih problema oko održavanja urednosti soba, jer najavljuju rekordnu sezonu, morat ću zapošljavati dodatno osoblje kako bih pokrio njihove slobodne dane – otkriva nam vlasnik hotela.

Umjesto zaključka, samo kratki podsjetnik: prema službenim podacima za listopad 2022., nastavno osoblje u osnovnim školama – što obuhvaća učitelje, stručne suradnike i odgajatelje – ima prosječnu mjesečnu neto plaću od oko 1100 eura.

Liječnik/ica opće prakse, prema podacima iz ove godine, obično mjesečno zarađuje između 830 i 1670 eura bruto na početku radnog odnosa, a nakon pet godina radnog staža, plaća se penje između 930 i 1820 eura mjesečno za radni tjedan od 40 sati.

Inženjer/ka građevine obično mjesečno zarađuje između 710 i 1750 eura bruto na početku radnog odnosa. Nakon pet godina radnog staža, to je između 800 i 1180 eura mjesečno za radni tjedan od 40 sati.
