Zašto već mjesecima nitko ne sanira rupu na pješačkom prijelazu kod Male pošte?
Na ovo pitanje iz "Super potjere", odgovor smo potražili kod Robertina Dujele, gradskog pročelnika za komunalne djelatnosti, koji radi i nedjeljom, kad ga bodu novinarski ubodi...
Prije toga spomenimo da koncesiju na održavanje gradskih cesta ima zajednica ponuditelja u kojoj su zadarski Filius i splitski Prvi treptač. Oni su s Gradom Zadrom 1. siječnja 2021. potpisali ugovor na četiri godine vrijedan 18,6 milijuna kuna. Posao su dobili nakon brojnih natezanja i žalbi s državnom komisijom za javnu nabavu, jer su na natječaju ponudili damping cijenu, gotovo 15 milijuna kuna nižu od drugog ponuditelja, Cesta Zadarske županije. Da smo zbog toga sretni, i nismo baš, jer svi dobro znamo u kakvom su stanju gradske ceste, a ova zadnja priča iz Strossmayerove ulice samo je točka na ”i”. Dakle...
- Ophodnja ugovorenog izvođača ima obvezu detektirati i sanirati udarne rupe bez odgode – kaže na početku Dujela.
- U ovom trenutku, kao što građani znaju, radovi na aglomeraciji su u gotovo svakom dijelu grada. Zbog toga izbjegavamo dodatno ograničenje prometa, kako ne bi dodatno stvarali probleme u prometu. No ovo križanje kod Male pošte planiramo sanirati cjelovito u većem obuhvatu zbog dotrajalosti kolnika i problema s instalacijama semafora. Izdvojit ćemo 48 sati povoljnih vremenskih prilika i do svibnja izvršiti sanaciju – obećava pročelnik. I nastavlja...
- U svezi obnove ulice Miroslava Krleže, tamo je potrebno prethodno položiti plinovod kao i obnoviti vodovodne instalacije. Koncesionar za plin EVN i Vodovod dobit će planirane termine za radove, vjerojatno neposredno nakon turističke sezone, a nastavno na dinamiku radova Odvodnje na Putu Dikla. Odgode nakon tog postavljenog roka više neće biti. Vjerujem da će nam i proračunska sredstva omogućiti rješavanje kako same ulice tako i parka uz nju, uz prethodno izrađen idejni projekt – poručuje Dujela.
Što se pak tiče ”treće sreće”, ulice Stanka Vraza, ona je već odavno evidentirana i u fazi je projektiranja, a naslonjena je na završetak aglomeracije u tom dijelu grada.
Dakle, čekamo radnike i strojeve Filiusa i Prvog treptača da do kraja mjeseca obnove raskrižje kod Male pošte. Kako će to utjecati na promet, teško je nagađati, ali ni to nije nerješivi problem. Radovi se mogu izvoditi noću, kada prometa nema, i kada će zatvaranje takvo važne ceste neće opteretiti gradski promet. Takva praksa postoji svugdje na zapadu, takvu je praksu u Zadar uveo bivši koncesionar ceste Zadarske županije. Šteta bi bila da se ”tradicija” izgubi...

Zašto već mjesecima nitko ne sanira rupu na pješačkom prijelazu kod Male pošte?
Na ovo pitanje iz "Super potjere", odgovor smo potražili kod Robertina Dujele, gradskog pročelnika za komunalne djelatnosti, koji radi i nedjeljom, kad ga bodu novinarski ubodi...
Prije toga spomenimo da koncesiju na održavanje gradskih cesta ima zajednica ponuditelja u kojoj su zadarski Filius i splitski Prvi treptač. Oni su s Gradom Zadrom 1. siječnja 2021. potpisali ugovor na četiri godine vrijedan 18,6 milijuna kuna. Posao su dobili nakon brojnih natezanja i žalbi s državnom komisijom za javnu nabavu, jer su na natječaju ponudili damping cijenu, gotovo 15 milijuna kuna nižu od drugog ponuditelja, Cesta Zadarske županije. Da smo zbog toga sretni, i nismo baš, jer svi dobro znamo u kakvom su stanju gradske ceste, a ova zadnja priča iz Strossmayerove ulice samo je točka na ”i”. Dakle...

- U svezi obnove ulice Miroslava Krleže, tamo je potrebno prethodno položiti plinovod kao i obnoviti vodovodne instalacije. Koncesionar za plin EVN i Vodovod dobit će planirane termine za radove, vjerojatno neposredno nakon turističke sezone, a nastavno na dinamiku radova Odvodnje na Putu Dikla. Odgode nakon tog postavljenog roka više neće biti. Vjerujem da će nam i proračunska sredstva omogućiti rješavanje kako same ulice tako i parka uz nju, uz prethodno izrađen idejni projekt – poručuje Dujela.
Što se pak tiče ”treće sreće”, ulice Stanka Vraza, ona je već odavno evidentirana i u fazi je projektiranja, a naslonjena je na završetak aglomeracije u tom dijelu grada.
Dakle, čekamo radnike i strojeve Filiusa i Prvog treptača da do kraja mjeseca obnove raskrižje kod Male pošte. Kako će to utjecati na promet, teško je nagađati, ali ni to nije nerješivi problem. Radovi se mogu izvoditi noću, kada prometa nema, i kada će zatvaranje takvo važne ceste neće opteretiti gradski promet. Takva praksa postoji svugdje na zapadu, takvu je praksu u Zadar uveo bivši koncesionar ceste Zadarske županije. Šteta bi bila da se ”tradicija” izgubi...
