„Cijene nafte su najviše u zadnjih pet ili šest godina i dosta je teško predvidjeti dokle mogu dalje rasti. Pandemija je zaustavila svjetsko gospodarstvo i potrošnja energenata je značajno pala pa i njihova cijena. Sada kada je krenuo gospodarski oporavak, raste potražnja na tržištu i cijena je skočila. Proizvođačima se ne žuri povećati proizvodnju jer im porast cijena znači veći prihod“, kazao je u Briefingu stručnjak za energetiku prof. dr. sc. Igor Dekanić. On vjeruje da cijena barela neće premašiti sto dolara, piše Jutarnji list.
„Vlada je ograničila cijenu goriva jer da je ograničila svoje prihode od trošarina i PDV-a, došao bi u pitanje državni proračun. Hrvatska nema nacionalnu energetsku kompaniju i manevarski prostor Vlade je uzak jer ona ne može natjerati mađarski Mol ili slovenski Petrol da krše svoje tržišne principe. Našu opskrbu drže Slovenija i Mađarska. Ipak ne vjerujem da će doći do nestašica goriva. Vlada će držati ograničenje cijena goriva još koji mjesec, a nakon toga možda malo smanjiti trošarine“, predviđa Dekanić i podsjeća kako je od 11 kuna koliko košta litra goriva, 60 posto prihod države.

Ističe kako u cijeloj Europi pa i u Hrvatskoj pada proizvodnja plina zbog iscrpljenih ležišta i sve većeg pritiska ekologa pa se ne istražuju nove bušotine. Hrvatska je nekad iz domaće proizvodnje pokrivala dvije trećine svojih potreba za plinom, a sada samo jednu trećinu.
Europa je, kaže Dekanić ovisna o plinu iz Rusije, a kada se energent može koristiti kao oružje, onaj tko ga ima, koristi ga kao sredstvo pritiska. Vjeruje da će se Njemačka i Rusija dogovoriti oko puštanja u rad plinovoda Sjeverni tok 2 i da će europsko tržište ove zime biti dobro opskrbljeno i da cijene plina neće biti bitno veće nego prije.
„U Europskoj uniji su cijene plina za gospodarstvo niže nego za kućanstva, a kod nas je obrnuto što je nasljeđe iz bivšeg sustava“, upozorava Dekanić koji smatra da glavni uzrok inflacije nije poskupljenje energenata nego je ona prije svega posljedica recesije prouzročene pandemijom.
„Ako gledamo današnje potrebe, ugljena ima dovoljno za još 120 godina, a nafte i plina za barem 50 godina. Energije neće nedostajati, ali je glavni izazov kako izgraditi održivu energetiku s većim udjelom obnovljivih izvora energije koji su još uvijek skuplji od fosilnih izvora. Glavni problem će biti kako organizirati globalne subvencije da se još 20 ili 30 godina omogući ulaganje u manje profitabilnu energiju. Energija je omogućila kolosalni razvoj civilizacije, ali je korištenje fosilnih izvora energije dovelo do klimatskih promjena koje ugrožavaju opstanak cijele civilizacije“, govori Dekanić kojem uskoro izlazi nova knjiga „Energija i opstanak civilizacije“.
„Čovječanstvo je s plemenitim ciljevima pokušalo izgraditi socijalizam koji je nakon stotinu godina i nekoliko revolucija propao. Hoće li čovječanstvo u 21. stoljeću uspjeti socijalizirati energetsku tranziciju, to je veliko pitanje. Energetska tranzicija u Europi ništa ne znači ako se to ne dogodi i u ostatku svijeta, prvenstveno Kini i Indiju koje su glavni potrošači fosilne energije. Pitanje je hoće li svijet uspjeti provesti energetsku tranziciju bez sukoba i ratova. Bojim se da će se zbog energije opet ratovati, ali se nadajmo da će se ipak neke stvari rješavati za stolovima, a ne na bojištu“, naglašava Dekanić dodajući kako u fokus geopolitike ulaze rijetki metali poput kobalta i litija koji su sirovine za novu održivu energetiku, a najviše ih ima u Kongu, Gvineji, dijelovima Južne Amerike te u sjeverozapadnoj Kini gdje je većinsko islamsko stanovništvo.

„Cijene nafte su najviše u zadnjih pet ili šest godina i dosta je teško predvidjeti dokle mogu dalje rasti. Pandemija je zaustavila svjetsko gospodarstvo i potrošnja energenata je značajno pala pa i njihova cijena. Sada kada je krenuo gospodarski oporavak, raste potražnja na tržištu i cijena je skočila. Proizvođačima se ne žuri povećati proizvodnju jer im porast cijena znači veći prihod“, kazao je u Briefingu stručnjak za energetiku prof. dr. sc. Igor Dekanić. On vjeruje da cijena barela neće premašiti sto dolara, piše Jutarnji list.
„Vlada je ograničila cijenu goriva jer da je ograničila svoje prihode od trošarina i PDV-a, došao bi u pitanje državni proračun. Hrvatska nema nacionalnu energetsku kompaniju i manevarski prostor Vlade je uzak jer ona ne može natjerati mađarski Mol ili slovenski Petrol da krše svoje tržišne principe. Našu opskrbu drže Slovenija i Mađarska. Ipak ne vjerujem da će doći do nestašica goriva. Vlada će držati ograničenje cijena goriva još koji mjesec, a nakon toga možda malo smanjiti trošarine“, predviđa Dekanić i podsjeća kako je od 11 kuna koliko košta litra goriva, 60 posto prihod države.

Ističe kako u cijeloj Europi pa i u Hrvatskoj pada proizvodnja plina zbog iscrpljenih ležišta i sve većeg pritiska ekologa pa se ne istražuju nove bušotine. Hrvatska je nekad iz domaće proizvodnje pokrivala dvije trećine svojih potreba za plinom, a sada samo jednu trećinu.
Europa je, kaže Dekanić ovisna o plinu iz Rusije, a kada se energent može koristiti kao oružje, onaj tko ga ima, koristi ga kao sredstvo pritiska. Vjeruje da će se Njemačka i Rusija dogovoriti oko puštanja u rad plinovoda Sjeverni tok 2 i da će europsko tržište ove zime biti dobro opskrbljeno i da cijene plina neće biti bitno veće nego prije.
„U Europskoj uniji su cijene plina za gospodarstvo niže nego za kućanstva, a kod nas je obrnuto što je nasljeđe iz bivšeg sustava“, upozorava Dekanić koji smatra da glavni uzrok inflacije nije poskupljenje energenata nego je ona prije svega posljedica recesije prouzročene pandemijom.
„Ako gledamo današnje potrebe, ugljena ima dovoljno za još 120 godina, a nafte i plina za barem 50 godina. Energije neće nedostajati, ali je glavni izazov kako izgraditi održivu energetiku s većim udjelom obnovljivih izvora energije koji su još uvijek skuplji od fosilnih izvora. Glavni problem će biti kako organizirati globalne subvencije da se još 20 ili 30 godina omogući ulaganje u manje profitabilnu energiju. Energija je omogućila kolosalni razvoj civilizacije, ali je korištenje fosilnih izvora energije dovelo do klimatskih promjena koje ugrožavaju opstanak cijele civilizacije“, govori Dekanić kojem uskoro izlazi nova knjiga „Energija i opstanak civilizacije“.
„Čovječanstvo je s plemenitim ciljevima pokušalo izgraditi socijalizam koji je nakon stotinu godina i nekoliko revolucija propao. Hoće li čovječanstvo u 21. stoljeću uspjeti socijalizirati energetsku tranziciju, to je veliko pitanje. Energetska tranzicija u Europi ništa ne znači ako se to ne dogodi i u ostatku svijeta, prvenstveno Kini i Indiju koje su glavni potrošači fosilne energije. Pitanje je hoće li svijet uspjeti provesti energetsku tranziciju bez sukoba i ratova. Bojim se da će se zbog energije opet ratovati, ali se nadajmo da će se ipak neke stvari rješavati za stolovima, a ne na bojištu“, naglašava Dekanić dodajući kako u fokus geopolitike ulaze rijetki metali poput kobalta i litija koji su sirovine za novu održivu energetiku, a najviše ih ima u Kongu, Gvineji, dijelovima Južne Amerike te u sjeverozapadnoj Kini gdje je većinsko islamsko stanovništvo.
