Hrvatska bolje stoji i znatno manje zaostaje u Europi produktivnošću svojih radnika nego standardom i razvijenošću.
Tako u novoj Eurostatovoj objavi o razlikama u regionalnoj razvijenosti i standardu nema velikih novosti za Hrvatsku jer je po razvijenosti mjerenoj bruto domaćim proizvodom (BDP) po stanovniku od 12.600 eura pretprošle godine bila ispred Rumunjske i Bugarske, a po standardu od 63 posto europskog prosjeka bolja samo od Bugarske.
No, prema produktivnosti stvari stoje bolje, Hrvatska je BDP-om po zaposlenom na razini 72 posto europskog prosjeka. Znači, produktivnošću za europskim prosjekom zaostajemo 28 posto.
Hrvatska je po tom pokazatelju bolja od Bugarske čiji je BDP po zaposlenom na razini od 47 posto europskog prosjeka te od 69 posto izmjerenih za Rumunjsku, Letoniju i Mađarsku.
Još je značajnije to što po ovom pokazatelju Hrvatska ne zaostaje kilometrima za Portugalom čija je produktivnost 74 posto europskog prosjeka, za Slovačkom, Estonijom i Poljskom čiji je BDP po zaposlenom na 77 posto europskog prosjeka, za Slovenijom koja je na 82 posto ili Češkom koja je na 83 posto...
Znatne razlike
Iz Eurostata objašnjavaju da su produktivnost računali BDP-om po zaposlenoj osobi jer mjerenje produktivnosti po satima rada može proizvesti znatne različite rezultate jer prosječni radni sati po zaposlenoj osobi značajno variraju u pojedinim zemljama.
Hrvatskih 12.600 eura pretprošlogodišnjeg BDP-a po stanovniku malo je bolje od 11.900 eura iz godine prije.
Jasno je da razvijenost gospodarstva nije sjajna zato što je Hrvatska na samo 42 posto europskog prosječnog BDP-a po stanovniku od 30.200 eura, što će reći da zaostaje 58 posto za prosječnom razvijenošću Europe.
Stvari su lošije kada se gleda standard kupovne moći kojim se eliminiraju razlike između razina cijena među zemljama, prema kojima je Hrvatska na 63 posto europskog prosjeka i bolja je samo od Bugarske.
Najveći BDP po stanovniku u Europi po regijama ima Luksemburg koji je na 263 posto europskog prosjeka standarda i ima 98.600 eura BDP-a po stanovniku, a slijede ga s 225 posto europskog prosjeka Južna te Istočna i Srednja Irska s 210 posto, Bruxelles u Belgiji s 203 posto, Hamburg u Njemačkoj sa 197 posto i Prag u Češkoj sa 192 posto.
Najlošije plasirana regija je francuski Mayotte sa samo 30 posto prosjeka EU-a i tri bugarske regije s 34 do 36 posto europskog prosjeka. Za Mayotte se ovakvi pokazatelji pripisuju tome što je 42 posto stanovništva mlađe od 15 godina.
Sporiji rast
Najveća razina BDP-a po stanovniku u Luksemburgu objašnjava se dijelom velikim udjelom prekograničnih radnika u ukupnom broju zaposlenih. Ti prekogranični radnici sudjeluju u stvaranju BDP-a, ali nisu rezidentno stanovništvo i stoga nisu uključeni u izračunavanje BDP-a po stanovniku.
Dvije hrvatske regije, kontinentalna Hrvatska s BDP-om od 12.800 eura po stanovniku i jadranska Hrvatska s 12.200 eura, odnosno sa standardom od 64 i 61 posto europskog prosjeka u skupini su 57 regija s najslabijim standardom u Europskoj uniji, odnosno onim s manjim BDP-om po stanovniku od 67 posto europskog prosjeka.
Tako se Hrvatskoj koja od sredine 2014. ima pozitivne gospodarske trendove i znatno sporiji rast u usporedbi s nekadašnjim tranzicijskim gospodarstvima, to zaostajanje lijepo vidi na europskim rang-listama razvijenosti i standarda.

Hrvatska bolje stoji i znatno manje zaostaje u Europi produktivnošću svojih radnika nego standardom i razvijenošću.
Tako u novoj Eurostatovoj objavi o razlikama u regionalnoj razvijenosti i standardu nema velikih novosti za Hrvatsku jer je po razvijenosti mjerenoj bruto domaćim proizvodom (BDP) po stanovniku od 12.600 eura pretprošle godine bila ispred Rumunjske i Bugarske, a po standardu od 63 posto europskog prosjeka bolja samo od Bugarske.
No, prema produktivnosti stvari stoje bolje, Hrvatska je BDP-om po zaposlenom na razini 72 posto europskog prosjeka. Znači, produktivnošću za europskim prosjekom zaostajemo 28 posto.
Hrvatska je po tom pokazatelju bolja od Bugarske čiji je BDP po zaposlenom na razini od 47 posto europskog prosjeka te od 69 posto izmjerenih za Rumunjsku, Letoniju i Mađarsku.
Još je značajnije to što po ovom pokazatelju Hrvatska ne zaostaje kilometrima za Portugalom čija je produktivnost 74 posto europskog prosjeka, za Slovačkom, Estonijom i Poljskom čiji je BDP po zaposlenom na 77 posto europskog prosjeka, za Slovenijom koja je na 82 posto ili Češkom koja je na 83 posto...
Znatne razlike
Iz Eurostata objašnjavaju da su produktivnost računali BDP-om po zaposlenoj osobi jer mjerenje produktivnosti po satima rada može proizvesti znatne različite rezultate jer prosječni radni sati po zaposlenoj osobi značajno variraju u pojedinim zemljama.
Hrvatskih 12.600 eura pretprošlogodišnjeg BDP-a po stanovniku malo je bolje od 11.900 eura iz godine prije.
Jasno je da razvijenost gospodarstva nije sjajna zato što je Hrvatska na samo 42 posto europskog prosječnog BDP-a po stanovniku od 30.200 eura, što će reći da zaostaje 58 posto za prosječnom razvijenošću Europe.
Stvari su lošije kada se gleda standard kupovne moći kojim se eliminiraju razlike između razina cijena među zemljama, prema kojima je Hrvatska na 63 posto europskog prosjeka i bolja je samo od Bugarske.
Najveći BDP po stanovniku u Europi po regijama ima Luksemburg koji je na 263 posto europskog prosjeka standarda i ima 98.600 eura BDP-a po stanovniku, a slijede ga s 225 posto europskog prosjeka Južna te Istočna i Srednja Irska s 210 posto, Bruxelles u Belgiji s 203 posto, Hamburg u Njemačkoj sa 197 posto i Prag u Češkoj sa 192 posto.
Najlošije plasirana regija je francuski Mayotte sa samo 30 posto prosjeka EU-a i tri bugarske regije s 34 do 36 posto europskog prosjeka. Za Mayotte se ovakvi pokazatelji pripisuju tome što je 42 posto stanovništva mlađe od 15 godina.
Sporiji rast
Najveća razina BDP-a po stanovniku u Luksemburgu objašnjava se dijelom velikim udjelom prekograničnih radnika u ukupnom broju zaposlenih. Ti prekogranični radnici sudjeluju u stvaranju BDP-a, ali nisu rezidentno stanovništvo i stoga nisu uključeni u izračunavanje BDP-a po stanovniku.
Dvije hrvatske regije, kontinentalna Hrvatska s BDP-om od 12.800 eura po stanovniku i jadranska Hrvatska s 12.200 eura, odnosno sa standardom od 64 i 61 posto europskog prosjeka u skupini su 57 regija s najslabijim standardom u Europskoj uniji, odnosno onim s manjim BDP-om po stanovniku od 67 posto europskog prosjeka.
Tako se Hrvatskoj koja od sredine 2014. ima pozitivne gospodarske trendove i znatno sporiji rast u usporedbi s nekadašnjim tranzicijskim gospodarstvima, to zaostajanje lijepo vidi na europskim rang-listama razvijenosti i standarda.
