Prvi rezultati toksikološkog nalaza za Filipa Zavadlava (25) pojašnjavaju zašto se nakon trostrukog ubojstva prije mjesec dana u splitskom Varošu udaljio od mjesta zločina opuštenim laganim korakom te je prve reakcije pokazao tek nakon više sati.

U njegovoj krvi nađen je metadon, tvar koja se koristi u terapiji odvikavanja od ovisnosti od heroina, a koja djeluje kao sedativ.

Osim metadona, koji nije uzimao u sklopu ikakve propisane terapije jer nije bio na popisu ovisnika o drogi, nalazi su pokazali i da je bio pod djelovanjem lijekova za koje je imao pokriće u svom liječničkom kartonu. Krv i urin analiziraju se u Centru za forenzična ispitivanja, istraživanja i vještačenja “Ivan Vučetić”.

Kada se nalaz kompletira i dostavi u Split na Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu će ga staviti među dokaznu materiju o ubojstvima za koja oni smatraju da su počinjena iz bezobzirne osvete. Te krvave subote prije mjesec dana ubijeni su: Marin Boban (25), Marin Ožić Paić (25) i Jurica Torlak (38). Prema javnom pogovoru motiv je upravo osveta zbog maltretiranja koja je obitelj Zavadlav doživjela od trojice sada pokojnih.

Radilo se o dugovima mlađeg brata Filipa Zavadlava Stanislava koji je ovisnik o heroinu. Treći brat, također ovisnik je na liječenju u Crnoj Gori, a nalaz koji pokazuje prisutnost metadona u krvi je prvi trag da je Filip bio konzument opojne droge.

Nakon uhićenje je prvih par sati bio miran te je tek tijekom noći u pritvorskoj jedinici i kasnije nakon privođenja na državno odvjetništvo pokazao znakove duševnog rastrojstva. Nije bio u stanju iznijeti obranu tako da nije ni govorio o iznudama od strane ubijenih. Isto tako ni njegov otac ni brat Stanislav kada su pozvani da svjedoče na sudu nisu potvrdili priču o tome već su se pozvali na zakonsku privilegiju da kao članovi obitelji ne moraju svjedočiti.

Rezultati nalaza krvi koje neslužbeno saznajemo pojašnjavaju video snimku na kojoj se Zavadlav vidi neposredno nakon trostrukog ubojstva kako hoda ulicom s kalašnjikovom u ruci bez vidljivog grča i nervoze u pokretima.

Kada je djelovanje metadona i ostalih lijekova popustilo, prve reakcije pokazale su pravo stanje psihe. Radi li se o duševnoj bolesti ili akutnoj reakciji na stresni događaj utvrdit će tim vještaka u bolnici Vrapče koji provode vještačenje nad njim. Tijekom vještačenja u obzir će se uzeti i toksikološki nalazi.

- Ja sam od vas novinara doznao za rezultate vještačenja, nalaz nisam dobio i nisam ga morao dobiti. Taj nalaz bit će važan za daljnji tijek psihijatrijsko-psihološkog vještačenja koje se provodi u Psihijatrijskoj bolnici Vrapče i koje je još uvijek u tijeku. O rezultatima vještačenja znat ću nešto više nakon uvida u spis - komentirao je večeras za Jutarnji list odvjetnik Branko Šerić, branitelj 25-godišnjeg Filipa Zavadlava.

Prvi rezultati toksikološkog nalaza za Filipa Zavadlava (25) pojašnjavaju zašto se nakon trostrukog ubojstva prije mjesec dana u splitskom Varošu udaljio od mjesta zločina opuštenim laganim korakom te je prve reakcije pokazao tek nakon više sati.

U njegovoj krvi nađen je metadon, tvar koja se koristi u terapiji odvikavanja od ovisnosti od heroina, a koja djeluje kao sedativ.

Osim metadona, koji nije uzimao u sklopu ikakve propisane terapije jer nije bio na popisu ovisnika o drogi, nalazi su pokazali i da je bio pod djelovanjem lijekova za koje je imao pokriće u svom liječničkom kartonu. Krv i urin analiziraju se u Centru za forenzična ispitivanja, istraživanja i vještačenja “Ivan Vučetić”.

Kada se nalaz kompletira i dostavi u Split na Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu će ga staviti među dokaznu materiju o ubojstvima za koja oni smatraju da su počinjena iz bezobzirne osvete. Te krvave subote prije mjesec dana ubijeni su: Marin Boban (25), Marin Ožić Paić (25) i Jurica Torlak (38). Prema javnom pogovoru motiv je upravo osveta zbog maltretiranja koja je obitelj Zavadlav doživjela od trojice sada pokojnih.

Radilo se o dugovima mlađeg brata Filipa Zavadlava Stanislava koji je ovisnik o heroinu. Treći brat, također ovisnik je na liječenju u Crnoj Gori, a nalaz koji pokazuje prisutnost metadona u krvi je prvi trag da je Filip bio konzument opojne droge.

Nakon uhićenje je prvih par sati bio miran te je tek tijekom noći u pritvorskoj jedinici i kasnije nakon privođenja na državno odvjetništvo pokazao znakove duševnog rastrojstva. Nije bio u stanju iznijeti obranu tako da nije ni govorio o iznudama od strane ubijenih. Isto tako ni njegov otac ni brat Stanislav kada su pozvani da svjedoče na sudu nisu potvrdili priču o tome već su se pozvali na zakonsku privilegiju da kao članovi obitelji ne moraju svjedočiti.

Rezultati nalaza krvi koje neslužbeno saznajemo pojašnjavaju video snimku na kojoj se Zavadlav vidi neposredno nakon trostrukog ubojstva kako hoda ulicom s kalašnjikovom u ruci bez vidljivog grča i nervoze u pokretima.

Kada je djelovanje metadona i ostalih lijekova popustilo, prve reakcije pokazale su pravo stanje psihe. Radi li se o duševnoj bolesti ili akutnoj reakciji na stresni događaj utvrdit će tim vještaka u bolnici Vrapče koji provode vještačenje nad njim. Tijekom vještačenja u obzir će se uzeti i toksikološki nalazi.

- Ja sam od vas novinara doznao za rezultate vještačenja, nalaz nisam dobio i nisam ga morao dobiti. Taj nalaz bit će važan za daljnji tijek psihijatrijsko-psihološkog vještačenja koje se provodi u Psihijatrijskoj bolnici Vrapče i koje je još uvijek u tijeku. O rezultatima vještačenja znat ću nešto više nakon uvida u spis - komentirao je večeras za Jutarnji list odvjetnik Branko Šerić, branitelj 25-godišnjeg Filipa Zavadlava.

Prvi rezultati toksikološkog nalaza: Filip Zavadlav je za vrijeme trostrukog ubojstva bio drogiran

Prvi rezultati toksikološkog nalaza za Filipa Zavadlava (25) pojašnjavaju zašto se nakon trostrukog ubojstva prije mjesec dana u splitskom Varošu udaljio od mjesta zločina opuštenim laganim korakom te je prve reakcije pokazao tek nakon više sati.

U njegovoj krvi nađen je metadon, tvar koja se koristi u terapiji odvikavanja od ovisnosti od heroina, a koja djeluje kao sedativ.

Osim metadona, koji nije uzimao u sklopu ikakve propisane terapije jer nije bio na popisu ovisnika o drogi, nalazi su pokazali i da je bio pod djelovanjem lijekova za koje je imao pokriće u svom liječničkom kartonu. Krv i urin analiziraju se u Centru za forenzična ispitivanja, istraživanja i vještačenja “Ivan Vučetić”.

Kada se nalaz kompletira i dostavi u Split na Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu ...
