Nadzorni odbor Valamar Riviere odobrio je dokapitalizaciju austrijske podružnice Valamar A GmbH s ciljem akvizicije hotela Marietta u skijaškoj destinaciji Obertauern, koji će time postati drugi hotel u Austriji pod upravljanjem Valamara, izvijestili su u utorak iz te turističke kompanije.

"Hotel Marietta s četiri zvjezdice i sa 120 ključeva danas je jedan od najvećih i najboljih hotela u poznatoj skijaškoj destinaciji Obertauern. Završetkom ove transakcije Valamar će u Austriji upravljati s dva hotela koji će tijekom zime zaposliti više od 130 Valamarovih djelatnika iz Hrvatske", istaknuto je u priopćenju Valamara, iz kojeg su naveli i da u sljedeće dvije godine planiraju daljnja ulaganja u Austriji, koja uključuju i investicije u podizanje kvalitete hotela Marietta i hotela Valamar Obertauern.

Iz kompanije su poručili da dokapitalizacija austrijske podružnice Valamar A GmbH od strane Gustava Wurmboecka, koji je jedan od najvećih austrijskih dioničara Valamar Riviere, ima za cilj ubrzati daljnje širenje portfelja Valamar grupe, pri čemu akvizicija hotela Marietta predstavlja novi značajan korak na tom putu.

Naime, Gustav Wurmboeck je predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Valamar Riviere, a kako stoji u odvojenoj obavijesti objavljenoj na Zagrebačkoj burzi, taj odbor je, bez sudjelovanja predsjednika Wurmboecka, dao prethodnu suglasnost na transakcije u društvu kćeri Valamar A GmbH, kojima će se temeljni kapital i njegove rezerve povećati uplatom investitora, novog člana društva, tvrtke Wurmböck Beteiligungs (WB), čiji je jedini član upravo Wurmboeck, s ukupnim iznosom dokapitalizacije od 11,07 milijuna eura.

Slijedom dokapitalizacije Valamar će imati poslovni udio od 24,54 posto a WB udio od 75,46 posto temeljnog kapitala društva Valamar A. Cilj transakcije je akvizicija društva ContiEstates AG, koje je i vlasnik hotela Marietta u Obertauernu, stoji između ostalog u obavijesti.

Predsjednik Uprave Valamar Riviere Željko Kukurin u izjavi koja se prenosi u priopćenju je rekao da je daljnje širenje portfelja u smjeru zimskog odmorišnog turizma važan iskorak u internacionalizaciji poslovanja i korištenju upravljačkih sinergija Valamara.

"Dosadašnje iskustvo pokazalo je da gosti koji dolaze kod nas ljeti žele i zimi svoje praznike provesti u Valamaru. Osim toga, širenjem na zimski turizam omogućavamo našim djelatnicima cjelogodišnje stalno zaposlenje, povećana primanja te priliku da steknu međunarodno iskustvo i da svoju karijeru dugoročno razvijaju u Valamaru", izjavio je Kukurin.

Nadzorni odbor Valamar Riviere odobrio je dokapitalizaciju austrijske podružnice Valamar A GmbH s ciljem akvizicije hotela Marietta u skijaškoj destinaciji Obertauern, koji će time postati drugi hotel u Austriji pod upravljanjem Valamara, izvijestili su u utorak iz te turističke kompanije.

"Hotel Marietta s četiri zvjezdice i sa 120 ključeva danas je jedan od najvećih i najboljih hotela u poznatoj skijaškoj destinaciji Obertauern. Završetkom ove transakcije Valamar će u Austriji upravljati s dva hotela koji će tijekom zime zaposliti više od 130 Valamarovih djelatnika iz Hrvatske", istaknuto je u priopćenju Valamara, iz kojeg su naveli i da u sljedeće dvije godine planiraju daljnja ulaganja u Austriji, koja uključuju i investicije u podizanje kvalitete hotela Marietta i hotela Valamar Obertauern.

Iz kompanije su poručili da dokapitalizacija austrijske podružnice Valamar A GmbH od strane Gustava Wurmboecka, koji je jedan od najvećih austrijskih dioničara Valamar Riviere, ima za cilj ubrzati daljnje širenje portfelja Valamar grupe, pri čemu akvizicija hotela Marietta predstavlja novi značajan korak na tom putu.

Naime, Gustav Wurmboeck je predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Valamar Riviere, a kako stoji u odvojenoj obavijesti objavljenoj na Zagrebačkoj burzi, taj odbor je, bez sudjelovanja predsjednika Wurmboecka, dao prethodnu suglasnost na transakcije u društvu kćeri Valamar A GmbH, kojima će se temeljni kapital i njegove rezerve povećati uplatom investitora, novog člana društva, tvrtke Wurmböck Beteiligungs (WB), čiji je jedini član upravo Wurmboeck, s ukupnim iznosom dokapitalizacije od 11,07 milijuna eura.

Slijedom dokapitalizacije Valamar će imati poslovni udio od 24,54 posto a WB udio od 75,46 posto temeljnog kapitala društva Valamar A. Cilj transakcije je akvizicija društva ContiEstates AG, koje je i vlasnik hotela Marietta u Obertauernu, stoji između ostalog u obavijesti.

Predsjednik Uprave Valamar Riviere Željko Kukurin u izjavi koja se prenosi u priopćenju je rekao da je daljnje širenje portfelja u smjeru zimskog odmorišnog turizma važan iskorak u internacionalizaciji poslovanja i korištenju upravljačkih sinergija Valamara.

"Dosadašnje iskustvo pokazalo je da gosti koji dolaze kod nas ljeti žele i zimi svoje praznike provesti u Valamaru. Nadzorni odbor Valamar Riviere odobrio je dokapitalizaciju austrijske podružnice Valamar A GmbH s ciljem akvizicije hotela Marietta u skijaškoj destinaciji Obertauern, koji će time postati drugi hotel u Austriji pod upravljanjem Valamara, izvijestili su u utorak iz te turističke kompanije.

"Hotel Marietta s četiri zvjezdice i sa 120 ključeva danas je jedan od najvećih i najboljih hotela u poznatoj skijaškoj destinaciji Obertauern. Završetkom ove transakcije Valamar će u Austriji upravljati s dva hotela koji će tijekom zime zaposliti više od 130 Valamarovih djelatnika iz Hrvatske", istaknuto je u priopćenju Valamara, iz kojeg su naveli i da u sljedeće dvije godine planiraju daljnja ulaganja u Austriji, koja uključuju i investicije u podizanje kvalitete hotela Marietta i hotela Valamar...
