Poslodavci često žele ‘izgrađene’ ljude za radna mjesta

Da šefovi tvrtki prilikom odabira “savršenog” kandidata za radno mjesto žele “sve na pladnju”, odnosno “isklesanog” čovjeka, a ne nekoga bez dana radnog staža, potvrdilo je i naše istraživanje na uzorku od nekoliko malih i velikih tvrtki koje su na internetu posljednjih dana oglašavale radna mjesta.
Profil “savršenog“ radnika izgleda otprilike ovako: ima do 30 godina, završio je fakultet, prošao brojne seminare i tečajeve (koje je sam platio), ima radnog iskustva barem tri do četiri godine, informatiku naprosto “rastura“ i nema obiteljskih obveza.
Posao nam pati
Krunoslav Pokos iz varaždinske tvrtke “Prokon”, koja trenutačno traži projektanta konstrukcija s barem tri godine iskustva, otvoreno kaže kako je njihova tvrtka prije nekog vremena malo po malo zaposlila desetak ljudi bez iskustva koje bi sad pod nadzorom zapravo trebala držati osoba za koju je radno mjesto raspisano.
Mladen Stojak, član Uprave “Ciklopee”, zagrebačke tvrtke za prevođenje koja traži prevoditelja s trogodišnjim iskustvom, tvrdi da uzimaju samo kandidate s prethodnim iskustvom jer su imali negativna iskustva s pripravnicima.
- Nemamo vremena raditi s njima jer nam posao pati – ističe Stojak.
Istoga je mišljenja i Gojko Berlengi iz splitske tvrtke “GISplan”, koja, kaže on, iako je prije znala zaposliti kandidate bez iskustva, sada želi izgrađenog čovjeka za radno mjesto prostornog planera.
Želje i mogućnosti
- Neiskustvo si ne možemo priuštiti, a kamoli nekakvo obučavanje. Ako se država možda ponudi s nekakvim sufinanciranjem, onda nema problema – navodi Vedrana Pende, direktorica riječke tvrtke “Vemar”, čija tvrtka nudi radno mjesto grafičkog dizajnera s trogodišnjim iskustvom.
- Ma nije stvar samo u tome, kandidati precjenjuju svoje mogućnosti. Možda želju i imaju, ali ne žele priznati da ne znaju. Imam osjećaj kao da traže posao jer znaju da je to nešto što bi trebali, ali u sebi mole Boga da ga ne nađu - tvrdi prva žena “Vemara”.
S činjenicom da nije sve uvijek crno-bijelo, odnosno da uvjeti potencijalnim kandidatima ipak ovise o vrsti natječaja, slaže se Vesna Ivančević, pomoćnica direktora “Croita” iz Dugopolja, kao i Velimir Vilović, direktor Odjela ljudskih resursa “Cemexa” i “Dalmacijacementa”.
- Ako tražimo menadžera ili specijalista, podrazumijeva se da ona ili on imaju neka znanja, vještine i iskustvo. Ako je riječ o pripravnicima, tražimo samo završen fakultet i znanje jednog svjetskog jezika - kažu Ivančević i Vilović.
Iz komune na posao u SMS
Tvrtka SMS prije desetak godina pokrenula je projekt zapošljavanja bivših ovisnika. Većina sudionika dobro je integrirana u društvo, uspješni su u poslu, obitelji i društvenoj zajednici. “Sudionici SMS-ova programa bili su bivši ovisnici koji su prethodno završili neki od programa rehabilitacije i odvikavanja od ovisnosti, a dvije trećine sudionika i danas, 10 godina nakon početka programa, uspješno apstinira”, kažu u Odjelu za odnose s javnošću SMS-a.

Poslodavci često žele ‘izgrađene’ ljude za radna mjesta

Da šefovi tvrtki prilikom odabira “savršenog” kandidata za radno mjesto žele “sve na pladnju”, odnosno “isklesanog” čovjeka, a ne nekoga bez dana radnog staža, potvrdilo je i naše istraživanje na uzorku od nekoliko malih i velikih tvrtki koje su na internetu posljednjih dana oglašavale radna mjesta.
Profil “savršenog“ radnika izgleda otprilike ovako: ima do 30 godina, završio je fakultet, prošao brojne seminare i tečajeve (koje je sam platio), ima radnog iskustva barem tri do četiri godine, informatiku naprosto “rastura“ i nema obiteljskih obveza.
Posao nam pati
Krunoslav Pokos iz varaždinske tvrtke “Prokon”, koja trenutačno traži projektanta konstrukcija s barem tri godine iskustva, otvoreno kaže kako je njihova tvrtka prije nekog vremena malo po malo zaposlila desetak ljudi bez iskustva koje bi sad pod nadzorom zapravo trebala držati osoba za koju je radno mjesto raspisano.
Mladen Stojak, član Uprave “Ciklopee”, zagrebačke tvrtke za prevođenje koja traži prevoditelja s trogodišnjim iskustvom, tvrdi da uzimaju samo kandidate s prethodnim iskustvom jer su imali negativna iskustva s pripravnicima.
- Nemamo vremena raditi s njima jer nam posao pati – ističe Stojak.
Istoga je mišljenja i Gojko Berlengi iz splitske tvrtke “GISplan”, koja, kaže on, iako je prije znala zaposliti kandidate bez iskustva, sada želi izgrađenog čovjeka za radno mjesto prostornog planera.
Želje i mogućnosti
- Neiskustvo si ne možemo priuštiti, a kamoli nekakvo obučavanje. Ako se država možda ponudi s nekakvim sufinanciranjem, onda nema problema – navodi Vedrana Pende, direktorica riječke tvrtke “Vemar”, čija tvrtka nudi radno mjesto grafičkog dizajnera s trogodišnjim iskustvom.
- Ma nije stvar samo u tome, kandidati precjenjuju svoje mogućnosti. Možda želju i imaju, ali ne žele priznati da ne znaju. Imam osjećaj kao da traže posao jer znaju da je to nešto što bi trebali, ali u sebi mole Boga da ga ne nađu - tvrdi prva žena “Vemara”.
S činjenicom da nije sve uvijek crno-bijelo, odnosno da uvjeti potencijalnim kandidatima ipak ovise o vrsti natječaja, slaže se Vesna Ivančević, pomoćnica direktora “Croita” iz Dugopolja, kao i Velimir Vilović, direktor Odjela ljudskih resursa “Cemexa” i “Dalmacijacementa”.
- Ako tražimo menadžera ili specijalista, podrazumijeva se da ona ili on imaju neka znanja, vještine i iskustvo. Ako je riječ o pripravnicima, tražimo samo završen fakultet i znanje jednog svjetskog jezika - kažu Ivančević i Vilović.
Iz komune na posao u SMS
Tvrtka SMS prije desetak godina pokrenula je projekt zapošljavanja bivših ovisnika. Većina sudionika dobro je integrirana u društvo, uspješni su u poslu, obitelji i društvenoj zajednici. “Sudionici SMS-ova programa bili su bivši ovisnici koji su prethodno završili neki od programa rehabilitacije i odvikavanja od ovisnosti, a dvije trećine sudionika i danas, 10 godina nakon početka programa, uspješno apstinira”, kažu u Odjelu za odnose s javnošću SMS-a.
