Ministrica zaštite okoliša Mirela Holy nedavno je najavila da će uskoro doći do ukidanja naknade za ambalažni otpad.

Kako sada stvari stoje, čini se da će ta odluka biti odgođena sve dok se ne analiziraju iskustva drugih zemalja vezano uz tu problematiku i dok se ne ispitaju sve moguće opcije kojima bi se građanima kojima egzistencija ovisi o skupljanju PET ambalaže, olakšala novonastala situacija. Potvrdila je to za Vjesnik ministrica Holy.

Problem s dosadašnjim sustavom naknade za ambalažni otpad bio je financijske prirode. Naime, Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost proizvodio je ogromne gubitke za državni budžet. Navodno je izgubljeno čak 750 milijuna kuna.

Ministrica Holy je najavila da novi Zakon o otpadu koji je već napisan, a sada se dovršavaju posljednji detalji, uz ostalo predviđa obvezu jedinica lokalne samouprave da organiziraju primarnu selekciju otpada što znači da će se mijenjati i gotovo svi podzakonski propisi vezani uz otpad, pa tako i Pravilnik o ambalažnom otpadu, piše Vjesnik.

Ministrica zaštite okoliša Mirela Holy nedavno je najavila da će uskoro doći do ukidanja naknade za ambalažni otpad.

Kako sada stvari stoje, čini se da će ta odluka biti odgođena sve dok se ne analiziraju iskustva drugih zemalja vezano uz tu problematiku i dok se ne ispitaju sve moguće opcije kojima bi se građanima kojima egzistencija ovisi o skupljanju PET ambalaže, olakšala novonastala situacija. Potvrdila je to za Vjesnik ministrica Holy.

Problem s dosadašnjim sustavom naknade za ambalažni otpad bio je financijske prirode. Naime, Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost proizvodio je ogromne gubitke za državni budžet. Navodno je izgubljeno čak 750 milijuna kuna.

Ministrica Holy je najavila da novi Zakon o otpadu koji je već napisan, a sada se dovršavaju posljednji detalji, uz ostalo predviđa obvezu jedinica lokalne samouprave da organiziraju primarnu selekciju otpada što znači da će se mijenjati i gotovo svi podzakonski propisi vezani uz otpad, pa tako i Pravilnik o ambalažnom otpadu, piše Vjesnik.
