Članovima mirovinskih fondova drugog stupa uplaćeno je početkom svibnja 57.585.662,58 kuna ranije zaračunate naknade za upravljanje, čime je smanjen stvarni iznos naplaćene naknade, izvijestili su iz Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa).

Kako je navedeno u objavi, izmjenama Zakona o obveznim mirovinskim fondovima koje su stupile na snagu 1. siječnja 2019. godine predviđeno je da mirovinsko društvo koje upravlja obveznim mirovinskim fondom mora na račun Središnjeg registra osiguranika (REGOS) vratiti određeni postotak više naplaćene naknade za upravljanje iz prošle godine, a taj se iznos onda raspodjeljuje na sve obvezne mirovinske fondove, razmjerno njihovoj veličini.

REGOS najkasnije do 5. svibnja svake kalendarske godine preraspodjeljuje navedeni iznos na sve mirovinske fondove, a što je ove godine po prvi puta provedeno, za više naplaćenu upravljačku naknadu u 2019. godini.

Iz Hanfe nadalje pojašnjavaju kako mirovinsko društvo ima pravo na iznos naknade za upravljanje u iznosu od 20 posto ukupno naplaćenog iznosa naknade za upravljanje od strane svih mirovinskih društava u Republici Hrvatskoj u prethodnoj kalendarskoj godini. Ukoliko društvo tijekom godišnjeg obračunskog razdoblja naplati naknadu za upravljanje koja čini više od tih 20 posto ono je dužno najkasnije do 30. travnja iduće kalendarske godine 55 posto tako više naplaćenog iznosa uplatiti na račun REGOS-a, a kako bi se izvršila preraspodjela sredstava.

REGOS će zaprimljeni iznos do najkasnije 5. svibnja rasporediti na sve mirovinske fondove u Republici Hrvatskoj, razmjerno njihovoj veličini, promatranoj prema neto vrijednosti imovine pojedinog mirovinskog fonda na dan raspodjele sredstava.

U skladu s navedenim, te prema izračunima za 2019. godinu, Erste mirovinsko društvo i PBZ CO mirovinsko društvo nisu bili u obvezi uplatiti višak upravljačke naknade, dok su AZ i Raiffeisen mirovinsko društvo imali tu obvezu i to AZ u iznosu od 36.144.396,76 kuna i Raiffeisen mirovinsko društvo u iznosu od 21.441.265,82 kune, što je ukupan iznos od 57.585.662,58 kune.

Hanfa je 5. svibnja 2020. REGOS-u dostavila neto vrijednosti imovine obveznih mirovinskih fondova, a on je istoga dana napravio preraspodjelu tih sredstava u sve obvezne mirovinske fondove (kategorija A, B i C), razmjerno njihovoj veličini, čime je u potpunosti izvršena propisana zakonska obaveza za 2019. godinu.

Članovima mirovinskih fondova drugog stupa uplaćeno je početkom svibnja 57.585.662,58 kuna ranije zaračunate naknade za upravljanje, čime je smanjen stvarni iznos naplaćene naknade, izvijestili su iz Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa).

Kako je navedeno u objavi, izmjenama Zakona o obveznim mirovinskim fondovima koje su stupile na snagu 1. siječnja 2019. godine predviđeno je da mirovinsko društvo koje upravlja obveznim mirovinskim fondom mora na račun Središnjeg registra osiguranika (REGOS) vratiti određeni postotak više naplaćene naknade za upravljanje iz prošle godine, a taj se iznos onda raspodjeljuje na sve obvezne mirovinske fondove, razmjerno njihovoj veličini.

REGOS najkasnije do 5. svibnja svake kalendarske godine preraspodjeljuje navedeni iznos na sve mirovinske fondove, a što je ove godine po prvi puta provedeno, za više naplaćenu upravljačku naknadu u 2019. godini.

Iz Hanfe nadalje pojašnjavaju kako mirovinsko društvo ima pravo na iznos naknade za upravljanje u iznosu od 20 posto ukupno naplaćenog iznosa naknade za upravljanje od strane svih mirovinskih društava u Republici Hrvatskoj u prethodnoj kalendarskoj godini. Ukoliko društvo tijekom godišnjeg obračunskog razdoblja naplati naknadu za upravljanje koja čini više od tih 20 posto ono je dužno najkasnije do 30. travnja iduće kalendarske godine 55 posto tako više naplaćenog iznosa uplatiti na račun REGOS-a, a kako bi se izvršila preraspodjela sredstava.

REGOS će zaprimljeni iznos do najkasnije 5. svibnja rasporediti na sve mirovinske fondove u Republici Hrvatskoj, razmjerno njihovoj veličini, promatranoj prema neto vrijednosti imovine pojedinog mirovinskog fonda na dan raspodjele sredstava.

U skladu s navedenim, te prema izračunima za 2019. godinu, Erste mirovinsko društvo i PBZ CO mirovinsko društvo nisu bili u obvezi uplatiti višak upravljačke naknade, dok su AZ i Raiffeisen mirovinsko društvo imali tu obvezu i to AZ u iznosu od 36.144.396,76 kuna i Raiffeisen mirovinsko društvo u iznosu od 21.441.265,82 kune, što je ukupan iznos od 57.585.662,58 kune.

Hanfa je 5. svibnja 2020. REGOS-u dostavila neto vrijednosti imovine obveznih mirovinskih fondova, a on je istoga dana napravio preraspodjelu tih sredstava u sve obvezne mirovinske fondove (kategorija A, B i C), razmjerno njihovoj veličini, čime je u potpunosti izvršena propisana zakonska obaveza za 2019. godinu.

Članovima mirovinskih fondova drugog stupa uplaćeno je početkom svibnja 57.585.662,58 kuna ranije zaračunate naknade za upravljanje, čime je smanjen stvarni iznos naplaćene naknade, izvijestili su iz Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa).

Kako je navedeno u objavi, izmjenama Zakona o obveznim mirovinskim fondovima koje su stupile na snagu 1. siječnja 2019. godine predviđeno je da mirovinsko društvo koje upravlja obveznim mirovinskim fondom mora na račun Središnjeg registra osiguranika (REGOS) vratiti određeni postotak više naplaćene naknade za upravljanje iz prošle godine, a taj se iznos onda raspodjeljuje na sve obvezne mirovinske fondove, razmjerno njihovoj veličini.
