Jedno malo, površno provedeno i slobodno interpretirano istraživanje nedavno je podiglo puno prašine. S dobrim razlogom: dolilo je ulja na vatru jedne vrlo zanimljive debate, u domaćem slengu poznate kao pitanje "Je li bolje da ljulja ili da žulja?" Prema tom istraživanju, koje je - eto vam odmah indikatora za moguću neobjektivnost - provela stranica Dating.com, opušteni oblik tijela mnogima je "napetiji" od utegnutog.

Rušeći stereotipe, samo je 15 posto ispitanih navelo da preferira isklesani oblik tijela, dok je čak 75 posto njih priznalo da im je draži mekši i zaobljeniji tip muškog tijela, u američkom slengu poznat kao "dad bod", odnosno u slobodnom prijevodu, "tatasto tijelo". Možda je bitno napomenuti da se taj pojam razlikuje od standardnog bucmastog tijela po tome što ipak uključuje ponešto mišićne mase, baš onako kao kod muškaraca izvjesnih godina iza kojih je ostala faza mukotrpnog vježbanja, bilo stoga što su otkrili draži slatke dokolice, jer više nemaju vremena ili zato što su konačno prerasli određene komplekse.

Istraživanje čiji su rezultati u dijelu javnosti iščitani kao znak za "povratak tatastog tijela" tek je jedno u nizu i teško se oteti dojmu da se takva propitkivanja uvijek rade sa skrivenim ciljem. Slično je ispitivanje provedeno prošle godine u režiji časopisa Muscle&Fitness i otkrilo je da 38 posto ispitanica privlače muškarci u dobroj formi. Međutim, istim je istraživanjem utvrđeno da 15 posto ispitanica gotovo isključivo izlazi samo s muškarcima "tatastog tijela". Još su interesantniji podaci koje je objavio Planet Fitness - oni su ustvrdili da popularnost "tatastog tijela" raste iz godine u godinu, što je, morate priznati, ipak malo čudno čuti od kompanije koja zarađuje na ljudima koji su nezadovoljni svojim opuštenim trbušnjacima.

Vratimo se onom prvom istraživanju, koje je otkrilo nešto daleko važnije, ali to je nekako palo u sjenu priče o "tatastom tijelu", koja je mnogima baš lijepo sjela kao utjeha nakon duge, lijene zime u izolaciji: za 20 posto ispitanih oblik tijela uopće nije važan kad je riječ o pronalaženju partnera i eto nas, usudim se reći, na onome što bi zapravo trebala biti poanta ove priče. "Tatasto tijelo" niti se vraća u modu niti izlazi iz nje, ono je tu, za sve one koji ga se usude nositi i za sve one koji ga se usude voljeti. Baš kao i "napucano", baš kao i bucmasto. Svako će od njih naći svoj krug zainteresiranih, no ono što se krije iza fasade bit će zaslužno za to koliko će interes potrajati. Pritom će u nekim slučajevima na rok trajanja spomenutog interesa utjecati koliko vremena vlasnik dotičnog tijela troši na održavanje istog, a koliko na pokazivanje pažnje svojoj boljoj polovici. Ali, to je već jedna druga priča. Ili nije?

Jedno malo, površno provedeno i slobodno interpretirano istraživanje nedavno je podiglo puno prašine. S dobrim razlogom: dolilo je ulja na vatru jedne vrlo zanimljive debate, u domaćem slengu poznate kao pitanje "Je li bolje da ljulja ili da žulja?" Prema tom istraživanju, koje je - eto vam odmah indikatora za moguću neobjektivnost - provela stranica Dating.com, opušteni oblik tijela mnogima je "napetiji" od utegnutog.

Rušeći stereotipe, samo je 15 posto ispitanih navelo da preferira isklesani oblik tijela, dok je čak 75 posto njih priznalo da im je draži mekši i zaobljeniji tip muškog tijela, u američkom slengu poznat kao "dad bod", odnosno u slobodnom prijevodu, "tatasto tijelo". Možda je bitno napomenuti da se taj pojam razlikuje od standardnog bucmastog tijela po tome što ipak uključuje ponešto mišićne mase, baš onako kao kod muškaraca izvjesnih godina iza kojih je ostala faza mukotrpnog vježbanja, bilo stoga što su otkrili draži slatke dokolice, jer više nemaju vremena ili zato što su konačno prerasli određene komplekse.

Istraživanje čiji su rezultati u dijelu javnosti iščitani kao znak za "povratak tatastog tijela" tek je jedno u nizu i teško se oteti dojmu da se takva propitkivanja uvijek rade sa skrivenim ciljem. Slično je ispitivanje provedeno prošle godine u režiji časopisa Muscle&Fitness i otkrilo je da 38 posto ispitanica privlače muškarci u dobroj formi. Međutim, istim je istraživanjem utvrđeno da 15 posto ispitanica gotovo isključivo izlazi samo s muškarcima "tatastog tijela". Još su interesantniji podaci koje je objavio Planet Fitness - oni su ustvrdili da popularnost "tatastog tijela" raste iz godine u godinu, što je, morate priznati, ipak malo čudno čuti od kompanije koja zarađuje na ljudima koji su nezadovoljni svojim opuštenim trbušnjacima.

Vratimo se onom prvom istraživanju, koje je otkrilo nešto daleko važnije, ali to je nekako palo u sjenu priče o "tatastom tijelu", koja je mnogima baš lijepo sjela kao utjeha nakon duge, lijene zime u izolaciji: za 20 posto ispitanih oblik tijela uopće nije važan kad je riječ o pronalaženju partnera i eto nas, usudim se reći, na onome što bi zapravo trebala biti poanta ove priče. "Tatasto tijelo" niti se vraća u modu niti izlazi iz nje, ono je tu, za sve one koji ga se usude nositi i za sve one koji ga se usude voljeti. Baš kao i "napucano", baš kao i bucmasto. Svako će od njih naći svoj krug zainteresiranih, no ono što se krije iza fasade bit će zaslužno za to koliko će interes potrajati. Pritom će u nekim slučajevima na rok trajanja spomenutog interesa utjecati koliko vremena vlasnik dotičnog tijela troši na održavanje istog, a koliko na pokazivanje pažnje svojoj boljoj polovici. Ali, to je već jedna druga priča. Ili nije?
