A sad kad ste, sigurni smo, motivirani dovoljno da se bacite u isprobavanje, evo vam Marthina inačica poznatog recepta.

Sporo kuhano varivo od govedine

Sastojci:

1,5 kilogram govedine
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
6 ljutika
 1/2 šalice crnog vina
1 konzerva pelata
1 lukovica koromača
1 grančica ružmarina
1 naranča
1 šalica zelenih maslina bez koštica
sol, papar

Govedinu narežite na kockice pa začinite govedinu solju i paprom. U velikoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijte 1 žlicu ulja pa dodajte pola količine mesa. Miješajte dok ne porumeni, 5 do 7 minuta. Prebacite u posudu primjerenu za korištenje u pećnici, zapremnine 5 do 6 litara. Ponovite s preostalim uljem i govedinom.

U tavu dodajte ljutiku i vino, kuhajte stružući posmeđene komadiće dok vino gotovo ne ispari, oko 3 minute. Prebacite u posudu s mesom. Dodajte rajčice, narezani komorač, ružmarin i 2 trake narančine korice. Pokrijte i pecite na nižoj temperarturi oko 4 1/2 sata, dok meso nije toliko mekano da otpada s vilice.

Na kraju dodajte masline, provjerite treba li još soli i papra te uklonite ružmarin. Poslužite, uz pire krumpir ili malo rjeđe skuhanu palentu, po želji dodajte kriške naranče kao ukras.

Zima je kao stvorena za krepka i moćna jela poput ovog specijaliteta kontinentalne kuhinje, osobito kad ga u svojoj interpretaciji objavi slavna Martha Stewart. A sad kad ste, sigurni smo, motivirani dovoljno da se bacite u isprobavanje, evo vam Marthina inačica poznatog recepta.

Sporo kuhano varivo od govedine

Sastojci:

1,5 kilogram govedine
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
6 ljutika
 1/2 šalice crnog vina
1 konzerva pelata
1 lukovica koromača
1 grančica ružmarina
1 naranča
1 šalica zelenih maslina bez koštica
sol, papar

Govedinu narežite na kockice pa začinite govedinu solju i paprom. U velikoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijte 1 žlicu ulja pa dodajte pola količine mesa. Miješajte dok ne porumeni, 5 do 7 minuta. Prebacite u posudu primjerenu za korištenje u pećnici, zapremnine 5 do 6 litara. Ponovite s preostalim uljem i govedinom.

U tavu dodajte ljutiku i vino, kuhajte stružući posmeđene komadiće dok vino gotovo ne ispari, oko 3 minute. Prebacite u posudu s mesom. Dodajte rajčice, narezani komorač, ružmarin i 2 trake narančine korice. Pokrijte i pecite na nižoj temperarturi oko 4 1/2 sata, dok meso nije toliko mekano da otpada s vilice.

Na kraju dodajte masline, provjerite treba li još soli i papra te uklonite ružmarin. Poslužite, uz pire krumpir ili malo rjeđe skuhanu palentu, po želji dodajte kriške naranče kao ukras.

Moćan recept koji će vas lijepo zagrijati! Isprobajte gastronomski klasik u interpretaciji slavne kuharice: meso se rastapa od mekoće u gustom umaku

Zima je kao stvorena za krepka i moćna jela poput ovog specijaliteta kontinentalne kuhinje, osobito kad ga u svojoj interpretaciji objavi slavna Martha Stewart. Ako do sada niste imali priliku isprobati recept za sporo kuhano varivo od goveđe lopatice, savjetujemo vam da to pod hitno ispravite. Prenosimo vam naputke slavne kuharice, a ako vam pomisao na sočno meso u gustom umaku nije dovoljna motivacija, pogledajte samo fotografiju gotovog jela...

A sad kad ste, sigurni smo, motivirani dovoljno da se bacite u isprobavanje, evo vam Marthina inačica poznatog recepta.

Sporo kuhano varivo od govedine

Sastojci:

1,5 kilogram govedine
2 žlice maslinovog ulja
6 ljutika
 1/2 šalice crnog vina
1 konzerva pelata
1 lukovica koromača
1 grančica ružmarina
1 naranča
1 šalica zelenih maslina bez koštica
sol, papar

Govedinu narežite na kockice pa začinite govedinu solju i paprom. U velikoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijte 1 žlicu ulja pa dodajte pola količine mesa. Miješajte dok ne porumeni, 5 do 7 minuta. Prebacite u posudu primjerenu za korištenje u pećnici, zapremnine 5 do 6 litara. Ponovite s preostalim uljem i govedinom.

U tavu dodajte ljutiku i vino, kuhajte stružući posmeđene komadiće dok vino gotovo ne ispari, oko 3 minute. Prebacite u posudu s mesom. Dodajte rajčice, narezani komorač, ružmarin i 2 trake narančine korice. Pokrijte i pecite na nižoj temperarturi oko 4 1/2 sata, dok meso nije toliko mekano da otpada s vilice.

Na kraju dodajte masline, provjerite treba li još soli i papra te uklonite ružmarin. Poslužite, uz pire krumpir ili malo rjeđe skuhanu palentu, po želji dodajte kriške naranče kao ukras.
