Sezona paprika je na vrhuncu, no ona rajčica i patlidžana već je pomalo u silaznoj putanji što znači da nam je krajnje vrijeme za napraviti ajvar.

Ukusni namaz od pečenog povrća lako je napraviti ako znate prave trikove, a mi smo ih doznali sve. Stoga vam ponosno predstavljamo najbolji recept za ajvar, od kojeg ta povrtna poslastica bude tako kremasta i aromatična da ju poželite pojesti cijelu, onako na žličicu ravno iz staklenke.

Kremasti ajvar

3 kilograma paprika

1 kliogram patlidžana

1 glavica češnjaka

500 mililitara ulja

po želji: 1 feferon

Patlidžane operite, presijecite na pola pa ispecite u pećnici. Skinite im koru i odstranite sjemenke pa usitnite ili sameljite. Ocijedite višak tekućine.

Paprike ispecite i ogulite pa sameljite i njih, skupa sa češnjakom. Povrće dodajte u lonac debelog dna pa lagano kuhajte uz stalno miješanje dok ne ispari sva tekućina koju je povrće pustilo.

Tada uz dodajte sol, a zatim, uz stalno miješanje počnite malo po malo dodavati ulje. Gotovo je kad je gusto i kremasto.

rebacite u sterilizirane staklenke i dobro zatvorite pa stavite oko sat ipol u pećnicu zagrijanu na 100 stupnjeva.

Sezona paprika je na vrhuncu, no ona rajčica i patlidžana već je pomalo u silaznoj putanji što znači da nam je krajnje vrijeme za napraviti ajvar.

Ukusni namaz od pečenog povrća lako je napraviti ako znate prave trikove, a mi smo ih doznali sve. Stoga vam ponosno predstavljamo najbolji recept za ajvar, od kojeg ta povrtna poslastica bude tako kremasta i aromatična da ju poželite pojesti cijelu, onako na žličicu ravno iz staklenke.

Kremasti ajvar

3 kilograma paprika

1 kliogram patlidžana

1 glavica češnjaka

500 mililitara ulja

po želji: 1 feferon

Patlidžane operite, presijecite na pola pa ispecite u pećnici. Skinite im koru i odstranite sjemenke pa usitnite ili sameljite. Ocijedite višak tekućine.

Paprike ispecite i ogulite pa sameljite i njih, skupa sa češnjakom. Povrće dodajte u lonac debelog dna pa lagano kuhajte uz stalno miješanje dok ne ispari sva tekućina koju je povrće pustilo.

Tada uz dodajte sol, a zatim, uz stalno miješanje počnite malo po malo dodavati ulje. Gotovo je kad je gusto i kremasto.

rebacite u sterilizirane staklenke i dobro zatvorite pa stavite oko sat ipol u pećnicu zagrijanu na 100 stupnjeva.

Sezona paprika je na vrhuncu, no ona rajčica i patlidžana već je pomalo u silaznoj putanji što znači da nam je krajnje vrijeme za napraviti ajvar.

Ukusni namaz od pečenog povrća lako je napraviti ako znate prave trikove, a mi smo ih doznali sve. Stoga vam ponosno predstavljamo najbolji recept za ajvar, od kojeg ta povrtna poslastica bude tako kremasta i aromatična da ju poželite pojesti cijelu, onako na žličicu ravno iz staklenke.

Kremasti ajvar

3 kilograma paprika

1 kliogram patlidžana

1 glavica češnjaka

500 mililitara ulja

po želji: 1 feferon

Patlidžane operite, presijecite na pola pa ispecite u pećnici. Skinite im koru i odstranite sjemenke pa usitnite ili sameljite. Ocijedite višak tekućine.

Paprike ispecite i ogulite pa sameljite i njih, skupa sa češnjakom. Povrće dodajte u lonac debelog dna pa lagano kuhajte uz stalno miješanje dok ne ispari sva tekućina koju je povrće pustilo.

Tada uz dodajte sol, a zatim, uz stalno miješanje počnite malo po malo dodavati ulje. Gotovo je kad je gusto i kremasto.

rebacite u sterilizirane staklenke i dobro zatvorite pa stavite oko sat ipol u pećnicu zagrijanu na 100 stupnjeva.
