Hm, baš je neka 'gladna ura' i misli nam same bježe prema ručku. Ako smo na istoj valnoj duljini, i vi se upravo premišljate što biste mogli pojesti, a ako je i vama ostalo kruha od jučer kojeg vam je žao baciti, ali vam ga se baš ne da jesti, imamo prijedlog. Lazanje od kruha riješit će vam oba problema i uštedjeti poneku kunicu.

Lako ih je napraviti, a ako ne znate kako, evo vam recept. Ovaj kojeg donosimo uključuje samo rajčice i sir te je, zapravo, poprilično štedljiv, no ako biste vi u vaše lazanje radije stavili umak bolonjeze, ostatke od pečenja, gljive, tikvice, šunku i sir ili čak sve to skupa - samo naprijed.

Što se tiče kruha, najbolji će biti onaj za sendviče, iz kalupa, jer će se ploškice najbolje složiti jedna uz drugu, no proći će i obični kruh, samo mu odstranite koru ako je već pretvrda. Ovo je, također, odlično rješenje za preostali kruh za tost, kojeg ste zaboravili potrošiti, a niste ga dobro zatvorili pa se sasušio.

Lasagne di pane (lazanje od kruha)

12 ploški kruha

1 crveni luk

1 režanj češnjaka

300 grama oguljenih rajčica

maslinovo ulje

sol, papar

2 pakiranja mozzarelle

malo parmezana

béchamel umak

bosiljak

Najprije napravite umak od rajčica: nasjeckajte luk i češnjak, bacite ih na zagrijano ulje pa kuhajte uz miješanje dok malo ne omekšaju. Dodajte rajčice, sol i papar pa prokuhajte. Pred kraj dodajte bosiljak. Ako želite, umak možete ispasirati ili izblendati.

Ako nemate gotovi béchamel, skuhajte i njega od 50 grama brašna, 50 grama maslaca i oko 750 mililitara vrućeg mlijeka tako da najprije na maslacu prepržite brašno pa ga podlijete mlijekom. Na kraju dotjerajte okus uz pomoć soli, papra i muškatnog oraščića.

Potom uzmite prikladnu posudu i na dno stavite par žlica umaka od rajčice. Zatim na to poslažite kruh, na kojeg ćete staviti sloj umaka od rajčice, mozzarellu narezanu na ploškice, sloj béchamela pa naribani parmezan. Ponavljajte dok ne potrošite sastojke, a završite sa slojem sira.

Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva, dvadesetak minuta. Primijetite li da vrh brzo tamni, prekrijte ga papirom za pečenje kojeg ćete ukloniti par minuta prije kraja pripreme.

Hm, baš je neka 'gladna ura' i misli nam same bježe prema ručku. Ako smo na istoj valnoj duljini, i vi se upravo premišljate što biste mogli pojesti, a ako je i vama ostalo kruha od jučer kojeg vam je žao baciti, ali vam ga se baš ne da jesti, imamo prijedlog. Lazanje od kruha riješit će vam oba problema i uštedjeti poneku kunicu.

Lako ih je napraviti, a ako ne znate kako, evo vam recept. Ovaj kojeg donosimo uključuje samo rajčice i sir te je, zapravo, poprilično štedljiv, no ako biste vi u vaše lazanje radije stavili umak bolonjeze, ostatke od pečenja, gljive, tikvice, šunku i sir ili čak sve to skupa - samo naprijed.

Što se tiče kruha, najbolji će biti onaj za sendviče, iz kalupa, jer će se ploškice najbolje složiti jedna uz drugu, no proći će i obični kruh, samo mu odstranite koru ako je već pretvrda. Ovo je, također, odlično rješenje za preostali kruh za tost, kojeg ste zaboravili potrošiti, a niste ga dobro zatvorili pa se sasušio.

Lasagne di pane (lazanje od kruha)

12 ploški kruha

1 crveni luk

1 režanj češnjaka

300 grama oguljenih rajčica

maslinovo ulje

sol, papar

2 pakiranja mozzarelle

malo parmezana

béchamel umak

bosiljak

Najprije napravite umak od rajčica: nasjeckajte luk i češnjak, bacite ih na zagrijano ulje pa kuhajte uz miješanje dok malo ne omekšaju. Dodajte rajčice, sol i papar pa prokuhajte. Pred kraj dodajte bosiljak. Ako želite, umak možete ispasirati ili izblendati.

Ako nemate gotovi béchamel, skuhajte i njega od 50 grama brašna, 50 grama maslaca i oko 750 mililitara vrućeg mlijeka tako da najprije na maslacu prepržite brašno pa ga podlijete mlijekom. Na kraju dotjerajte okus uz pomoć soli, papra i muškatnog oraščića.

Potom uzmite prikladnu posudu i na dno stavite par žlica umaka od rajčice. Zatim na to poslažite kruh, na kojeg ćete staviti sloj umaka od rajčice, mozzarellu narezanu na ploškice, sloj béchamela pa naribani parmezan. Ponavljajte dok ne potrošite sastojke, a završite sa slojem sira.

Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva, dvadesetak minuta. Primijetite li da vrh brzo tamni, prekrijte ga papirom za pečenje kojeg ćete ukloniti par minuta prije kraja pripreme.

Hm, baš je neka 'gladna ura' i misli nam same bježe prema ručku. Ako smo na istoj valnoj duljini, i vi se upravo premišljate što biste mogli pojesti, a ako je i vama ostalo kruha od jučer kojeg vam je žao baciti, ali vam ga se baš ne da jesti, imamo prijedlog. Lazanje od kruha riješit će vam oba problema i uštedjeti poneku kunicu.

Lako ih je napraviti, a ako ne znate kako, evo vam recept. Ovaj kojeg donosimo uključuje samo rajčice i sir te je, zapravo, poprilično štedljiv, no ako biste vi u vaše lazanje radije stavili umak bolonjeze, ostatke od pečenja, gljive, tikvice, šunku i sir ili čak sve to skupa - samo naprijed.

Što se tiče kruha, najbolji će biti onaj za sendviče, iz kalupa, jer će se ploškice najbolje složiti jedna uz drugu, no proći će i obični kruh, samo mu odstranite koru ako je već pretvrda. Ovo je, također, odlično rješenje za preostali kruh za tost, kojeg ste zaboravili potrošiti, a niste ga dobro zatvorili pa se sasušio.

Lasagne di pane (lazanje od kruha)

12 ploški kruha

1 crveni luk

1 režanj češnjaka

300 grama oguljenih rajčica

maslinovo ulje

sol, papar

2 pakiranja mozzarelle

malo parmezana

béchamel umak

bosiljak

Najprije napravite umak od rajčica: nasjeckajte luk i češnjak, bacite ih na zagrijano ulje pa kuhajte uz miješanje dok malo ne omekšaju. Dodajte rajčice, sol i papar pa prokuhajte. Pred kraj dodajte bosiljak. Ako želite, umak možete ispasirati ili izblendati.

Ako nemate gotovi béchamel, skuhajte i njega od 50 grama brašna, 50 grama maslaca i oko 750 mililitara vrućeg mlijeka tako da najprije na maslacu prepržite brašno pa ga podlijete mlijekom. Na kraju dotjerajte okus uz pomoć soli, papra i muškatnog oraščića.

Potom uzmite prikladnu posudu i na dno stavite par žlica umaka od rajčice. Zatim na to poslažite kruh, na kojeg ćete staviti sloj umaka od rajčice, mozzarellu narezanu na ploškice, sloj béchamela pa naribani parmezan. Ponavljajte dok ne potrošite sastojke, a završite sa slojem sira.

Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva, dvadesetak minuta. Primijetite li da vrh brzo tamni, prekrijte ga papirom za pečenje kojeg ćete ukloniti par minuta prije kraja pripreme.
