Tako glasi zaplet jednog od filmova koje se isplati pogledati svako par godina, kako bismo se podsjetili kako je Depp dobro izgledao prije eyelinera, dreadlocksa i lažnog britanskog naglaska te, što je ipak malo važnije, da u ztreba uživati u svakom trenutku ovog kratkog života.

I tako je Luc pojepo čokoladu. Zapravo čokoladnu tortu.
I baš smo za tu tortu pronašli recept, na jednom od blogova posvećenih hrani iz poznatih filmova. Zapravo, pronašli smo nekoliko "torti iz filma Čokolada", jer očito je gornja scena nadahnula mnoge za pokušaj repliciranja tog deserta zbog kojeg se tako lako pada u iskušenje, ali odabrali smo baš ovaj, jer nam se čini najbolji. Kladimo se da bi je Vianne uvrstila u svoju ponudu i da bi Luc još jednom pokleknuo pa bi se opet, kao u jednoj od zabvnijih scena, žalio ispovjedniku: "Svaki put kažem sam sebi da je to zadnji, ali tada me zapahne miris njene vruće čokolade ili..."

Evo vam, dakle, recepta za tortu kojoj je nemoguće odoljeti. Ne sadrži brašno, stoga joj se slobodno prepustite, čak i ako izbjegavate pšenicu i druge ugljikohidrate.
Neodoljiva čokoladna torta bez brašna
Sastojci:
5 jaja velika
142 grama šećera
230 grama maslaca
175 grama tamne čokolade
160 grama bademovog brašna
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije
malo soli
Postupak:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 175 stupnjeva, a kalup za tortu obložite papirom za pečenje.
Rastopite maslac i nasjeckanu čokoladu na srednje jakoj vatri. Ostavite da se ohladi.
Umutite žumanjke, ekstrakt vanilije i šećer dok ne posvijetle. Polako ulijte otopljeni maslac i čokoladu. Dodajte bademovo brašno i sol pa miješajte dok se temeljito ne sjedine.
U drugoj zdjeli umutite bjelanjke. Umiješajte polovicu bjelanjaka u tijesto. Smjesa bi sada trebala biti svjetlija. Nježno lopaticom umiješajte ostatak bjelanjaka. Ulijte tijesto u pripremljeni kalup i pecite 40-45 minuta, odnosno dok čačkalica zabodena u tijesto ne izađe čista.
Vianne je, ako dobro pamtimo, ovu tortu posluživala posutu kakaom, no nama se sviđa i ideja o čokoladnoj glazuri...

I tako je Luc pojepo čokoladu. Zapravo čokoladnu tortu.
I baš smo za tu tortu pronašli recept, na jednom od blogova posvećenih hrani iz poznatih filmova. Zapravo, pronašli smo nekoliko "torti iz filma Čokolada", jer očito je gornja scena nadahnula mnoge za pokušaj repliciranja tog deserta zbog kojeg se tako lako pada u iskušenje, ali odabrali smo baš ovaj, jer nam se čini najbolji. Kladimo se da bi je Vianne uvrstila u svoju ponudu i da bi Luc još jednom pokleknuo pa bi se opet, kao u jednoj od zabvnijih scena, žalio ispovjedniku: "Svaki put kažem sam sebi da je to zadnji, ali tada me zapahne miris njene vruće čokolade ili..."

Evo vam, dakle, recepta za tortu kojoj je nemoguće odoljeti. Ne sadrži brašno, stoga joj se slobodno prepustite, čak i ako izbjegavate pšenicu i druge ugljikohidrate.
Neodoljiva čokoladna torta bez brašna
Sastojci:
5 jaja velika
142 grama šećera
230 grama maslaca
175 grama tamne čokolade
160 grama bademovog brašna
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije
malo soli
Postupak:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 175 stupnjeva, a kalup za tortu obložite papirom za pečenje.
Rastopite maslac i nasjeckanu čokoladu na srednje jakoj vatri. Ostavite da se ohladi.
Umutite žumanjke, ekstrakt vanilije i šećer dok ne posvijetle. Polako ulijte otopljeni maslac i čokoladu. Dodajte bademovo brašno i sol pa miješajte dok se temeljito ne sjedine.
U drugoj zdjeli umutite bjelanjke. Umiješajte polovicu bjelanjaka u tijesto. Smjesa bi sada trebala biti svjetlija. Nježno lopaticom umiješajte ostatak bjelanjaka. Ulijte tijesto u pripremljeni kalup i pecite 40-45 minuta, odnosno dok čačkalica zabodena u tijesto ne izađe čista.
Vianne je, ako dobro pamtimo, ovu tortu posluživala posutu kakaom, no nama se sviđa i ideja o čokoladnoj glazuri...
