[fulltext] => Šest godina nakon što je s tvrtkom “Tele2” raskinuo ugovor, našem čitatelju T.P. (točni podaci poznati redakciji) stigla je obavijest o neplaćenim računima koju mu je poslao spomenuti operater.
Nedugo nakon toga primio je i ovrhu koja ga je doslovno šokirala - fantomski dug prema “Tele2” u iznosu od 120,27 kuna narastao je, s troškovima odvjetnika i javnog bilježnika, na 780 kuna! Operater ga tereti za nepodmirena potraživanja za ukupno osam mjeseci: od veljače do prosinca 2006. godine, a mjesečna dugovanja su minorna - od osam do najviše 36 kuna, tako da T.P. nema predodžbu na što bi se uopće mogla odnositi.
Odmah ‘šibaju’
- Prije ovoga nisam nikad od njih dobio nikakvu obavijest o dugu ili opomenu. Da jesam, sasvim sigurno bih platio osam kuna, koliko me, primjera radi, terete za dug iz veljače 2006. godine. Podmirio bih i taj ukupni dug od 120 kuna jer sam svjestan da odmah “šibaju” ovrhe, bio korisnik kriv ili ne... U splitskoj poslovnici “Tele2” mi uopće ne žele reći o čemu se radi, a ja to sam ne mogu utvrditi jer tko uopće čuva račune stare Šest godina?!
Supruga i ja vodimo evidenciju o plaćenim režijama tri godine, mislio sam da je to razumno razdoblje... Sad vidim da svaki papirić treba sačuvati - ogorčen je naš sugovornik, koji je doznao kako mu je prijedlog za ovrhu poslan dva mjeseca prije nego što bi predmet trebao otići u zastaru. Ovrha iznosi više od trećine njegove penzije i naš je sugovornik odlučan da je ne plati. Glavnicu, odnosno navodni dug za osam mjeseci 2006. godine u iznosu od 120,27 kuna je podmirio, no preostale će troškove ovrhe osporavati.
Tako su mu, među ostalim, savjetovali i u udruzi Dalmatinski odbor solidarnosti (DOS) koja pruža besplatnu pomoć građanima, ponajprije kad su u pitanju ovrhe. Iz DOS-a su našeg sugovornika uputili kako će napisati prigovor na troškove javnog bilježnika i odvjetnika, te druge stavke u ovršnom prijedlogu koje se čine spornima. Za što je točno T.P. ostao dužan, nisu nam znali reći ni u “Tele2” jer im za listanje pojedinih potraživanja treba nekoliko dana.
Glasnogovornica te tvrtke Valentina Junaci poručila je preko nas bivšem pretplatniku koji se smatra oštećenim da se javi Službi za korisnike na broj 095/1000-444 ili e-mailom na adresu korisnik@tele2.com jer bi mu željeli pomoći. Teško da će to zaustaviti ovršni postupak koji je pokrenuo zagrebački Odvjetnički ured Hrvoja Sučića koji zastupa “Tele2”.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Šest godina nakon što je s tvrtkom “Tele2” raskinuo ugovor, našem čitatelju T.P. (točni podaci poznati redakciji) stigla je obavijest o neplaćenim računima koju mu je poslao spomenuti operater.
Nedugo nakon toga primio je i ovrhu koja ga je doslovno šokirala - fantomski dug prema “Tele2” u iznosu od 120,27 kuna narastao je, s troškovima odvjetnika i javnog bilježnika, na 780 kuna! Operater ga tereti za nepodmirena potraživanja za ukupno osam mjeseci: od veljače do prosinca 2006. godine, a mjesečna dugovanja su minorna - od osam do najviše 36 kuna, tako da T.P. nema predodžbu na što bi se uopće mogla odnositi.
Odmah ‘šibaju’
- Prije ovoga nisam nikad od njih dobio nikakvu obavijest o dugu ili opomenu. Da jesam, sasvim sigurno bih platio osam kuna, koliko me, primjera radi, terete za dug iz veljače 2006. godine. Podmirio bih i taj ukupni dug od 120 kuna jer sam svjestan da odmah “šibaju” ovrhe, bio korisnik kriv ili ne... U splitskoj poslovnici “Tele2” mi uopće ne žele reći o čemu se radi, a ja to sam ne mogu utvrditi jer tko uopće čuva račune stare Šest godina?!
Supruga i ja vodimo evidenciju o plaćenim režijama tri godine, mislio sam da je to razumno razdoblje... Sad vidim da svaki papirić treba sačuvati - ogorčen je naš sugovornik, koji je doznao kako mu je prijedlog za ovrhu poslan dva mjeseca prije nego što bi predmet trebao otići u zastaru. Ovrha iznosi više od trećine njegove penzije i naš je sugovornik odlučan da je ne plati. Glavnicu, odnosno navodni dug za osam mjeseci 2006. godine u iznosu od 120,27 kuna je podmirio, no preostale će troškove ovrhe osporavati.
Tako su mu, među ostalim, savjetovali i u udruzi Dalmatinski odbor solidarnosti (DOS) koja pruža besplatnu pomoć građanima, ponajprije kad su u pitanju ovrhe. Iz DOS-a su našeg sugovornika uputili kako će napisati prigovor na troškove javnog bilježnika i odvjetnika, te druge stavke u ovršnom prijedlogu koje se čine spornima. Za što je točno T.P. ostao dužan, nisu nam znali reći ni u “Tele2” jer im za listanje pojedinih potraživanja treba nekoliko dana.
Glasnogovornica te tvrtke Valentina Junaci poručila je preko nas bivšem pretplatniku koji se smatra oštećenim da se javi Službi za korisnike na broj 095/1000-444 ili e-mailom na adresu korisnik@tele2.com jer bi mu željeli pomoći. Teško da će to zaustaviti ovršni postupak koji je pokrenuo zagrebački Odvjetnički ured Hrvoja Sučića koji zastupa “Tele2”.
