U ovom trenutku na splitskom Zavodu za zapošljavanje ima 15 nezaposlenih liječnika. Od toga broja njih 13 je liječnika opće prakse (obiteljski liječnici), a dvojica su specijalisti psihijatrije.

Ovih 13 liječnika opće prakse mogli bi ovog ljeta u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji odigrati vrlo važnu ulogu. Naime, počinju godišnji odmori i svi oni koji se vole "pržit" na suncu, žele na kupanje, a oni koji izbjegavaju toplinu žele u "planine jer tamo nema zime".

A da bi na more ili u planine išli i liječnici, zaposlenici Doma zdravlja Splitsko-dalatinske županije (DZ SDŽ), njih 109, potrebno je da ih netko na njihovim radnim mjestima i zamijeni. Kako za svih 109 nema zamjene jer je na Zavodu samo 13 nezaposlenih, ovo ljeto bi moglo biti "pakleno vruće" za domske liječnike.

- Na godišnji odmor moći će ići svi liječnici, samo im se mora osigurati zamjena. Kako na Zavodu nema dovoljno liječnika koji bi radili na zamjenama, od ove godine liječnici DZ SDŽ moći će ići na godišnji ako se sami između sebe dogovore kako će mijenjati jedan drugoga.

Tako, recimo, ako na jednoj lokaciji postoje tri liječnika, oni će se morati dogovoriti između sebe kada će koji ići na godišnji odmor. I kada jedan ode, ova ostala dva trebat će "uzeti" njegove pacijente i skrbiti se o njima - kazuje dr. Marko Rađa, ravnatelj županijskog Doma zdravlja.

Uskakanje na zamjene

Prijašnjih je godina bilo više nezaposlenih liječnika koji su uskakali na zamjene pa je i planiranje godišnjih bilo lakše.

- Da bismo svima mogli uslišiti želje za godišnjim, trebali bismo u "rezervi" imati najmanje 18 do 20 liječnika, naravno uz ove koji već rade na zamjenama, a takvih već imamo 10 do 15.

Već smo obavijestili liječnike da će ovo ljeto moći uzeti najviše dva tjedna godišnjeg odmora, kako bi svi mogli otići na taj odmor - kazuje dr. Rađa.

Naš sugovornik kaže kako se nada da će služba u DZ SDŽ i ovo ljeto biti organizirana i da će sve funkcionirati kako treba.

- Već smo uputili zamolbe kolegama da se između sebe organiziraju i dogovore i da rade jedni za druge. Na taj se način odavno već radi i u Zagrebu i ostatku Hrvatske.

Naši liječnici u Splitu i do sada su mijenjali jedni druge najviše dan-dva, kada bi se netko od njih razbolio, ali nikada to nisu radili na tako dulje vrijeme od dva tjedna - kaže dr. Rađa.

Na kraju nas je zanimalo hoće li biti "bježanja" na bolovanja ako liječnici ne budu zadovoljni s dva tjedna godišnjeg i ako ne budu mogli naći zamjenu...

- Takva opasnost uvijek postoji, no to je pitanje etike i morala i nadam se da do tako nečega neće doći - zaključio je dr. Marko Rađa.

U ovom trenutku na splitskom Zavodu za zapošljavanje ima 15 nezaposlenih liječnika. Od toga broja njih 13 je liječnika opće prakse (obiteljski liječnici), a dvojica su specijalisti psihijatrije.

Ovih 13 liječnika opće prakse mogli bi ovog ljeta u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji odigrati vrlo važnu ulogu. Naime, počinju godišnji odmori i svi oni koji se vole "pržit" na suncu, žele na kupanje, a oni koji izbjegavaju toplinu žele u "planine jer tamo nema zime".

A da bi na more ili u planine išli i liječnici, zaposlenici Doma zdravlja Splitsko-dalatinske županije (DZ SDŽ), njih 109, potrebno je da ih netko na njihovim radnim mjestima i zamijeni. Kako za svih 109 nema zamjene jer je na Zavodu samo 13 nezaposlenih, ovo ljeto bi moglo biti "pakleno vruće" za domske liječnike.

- Na godišnji odmor moći će ići svi liječnici, samo im se mora osigurati zamjena. Kako na Zavodu nema dovoljno liječnika koji bi radili na zamjenama, od ove godine liječnici DZ SDŽ moći će ići na godišnji ako se sami između sebe dogovore kako će mijenjati jedan drugoga.

Tako, recimo, ako na jednoj lokaciji postoje tri liječnika, oni će se morati dogovoriti između sebe kada će koji ići na godišnji odmor. I kada jedan ode, ova ostala dva trebat će "uzeti" njegove pacijente i skrbiti se o njima - kazuje dr. Marko Rađa, ravnatelj županijskog Doma zdravlja.

Uskakanje na zamjene

Prijašnjih je godina bilo više nezaposlenih liječnika koji su uskakali na zamjene pa je i planiranje godišnjih bilo lakše.

- Da bismo svima mogli uslišiti želje za godišnjim, trebali bismo u "rezervi" imati najmanje 18 do 20 liječnika, naravno uz ove koji već rade na zamjenama, a takvih već imamo 10 do 15.

Već smo obavijestili liječnike da će ovo ljeto moći uzeti najviše dva tjedna godišnjeg odmora, kako bi svi mogli otići na taj odmor - kazuje dr. Rađa.

Naš sugovornik kaže kako se nada da će služba u DZ SDŽ i ovo ljeto biti organizirana i da će sve funkcionirati kako treba.

- Već smo uputili zamolbe kolegama da se između sebe organiziraju i dogovore i da rade jedni za druge. Na taj se način odavno već radi i u Zagrebu i ostatku Hrvatske.

Naši liječnici u Splitu i do sada su mijenjali jedni druge najviše dan-dva, kada bi se netko od njih razbolio, ali nikada to nisu radili na tako dulje vrijeme od dva tjedna - kaže dr. Rađa.

Na kraju nas je zanimalo hoće li biti "bježanja" na bolovanja ako liječnici ne budu zadovoljni s dva tjedna godišnjeg i ako ne budu mogli naći zamjenu...

- Takva opasnost uvijek postoji, no to je pitanje etike i morala i nadam se da do tako nečega neće doći - zaključio je dr. Marko Rađa.
