Radost. E, upravo s tim na umu više od stotinjak naših sugrađana je skočilo u more na punti Čiova i doplivalo do Instituta za oceanografiju i ribarstvo na Marjanu.
Udaljenost od oko 2,2 kilometra najbrže je preplivao mladić kojemu je trebalo svega 32 minute da bi stigao na odredište. Najsporiji, premda to ni najmanje nije bilo bitno, su plivali sat i deset minuta. Najmlađi su plivači imali oko osam godina, najstariji su ispuhali tek 67 svjećica na torti.

Bitno je i kazati da su u daljinskom plivanju mogli sudjelovati baš svi, nije tu bilo ni startnina ni nagrada. Nije bilo važno tko je stigao prvi, tko posljednji, a tko je možda odustao. Samo je važno bilo pokazati da je svaki član zajednice prihvaćen, bez obzira na njegove mogućnosti i da se slave sve pobjede, ma kako se sitne činile.
Ove godine je plivače na njihovu putu štitila i bodrila cijela flotila brodica, jedrilica, kajaka, SUP-ova. Osigurana je bila pratnja i liječnika i ronioca, Lučka kapetanija i pomorska policija su budno pazile na sudionike, a Institut ih je toplo primio kao i svih ovih pet godina ranije.

E, upravo s tim na umu više od stotinjak naših sugrađana je skočilo u more na punti Čiova i doplivalo do Instituta za oceanografiju i ribarstvo na Marjanu.
Udaljenost od oko 2,2 kilometra najbrže je preplivao mladić kojemu je trebalo svega 32 minute da bi stigao na odredište. Najsporiji, premda to ni najmanje nije bilo bitno, su plivali sat i deset minuta. Najmlađi su plivači imali oko osam godina, najstariji su ispuhali tek 67 svjećica na torti.

- Zato jer okupljamo zajednicu u kojoj svaki član ima svoje mjesto i doprinosi joj na svoj način, zato jer time ističemo važnost prijateljstva, zajedništva i međusobne podrške i prihvaćanja, zato jer tako stvaramo pozitivno ozračje, zato jer pokazujemo da svatko može, uz podršku, stići do druge obale, zato jer pružamo podršku djeci s posebnim potrebama i njihovim obiteljima, kao i svima onima koji se suočavaju s teškim morskim strujama, zato jer pomičemo osobne granice, zato jer je važno igrati se i, najvažnije, zato jer ovako nitko nije sam - objasnila nam je nasmijana Timea Marušić Hren iz Udruge za podršku u razvijanju komunikacijskih sposobnosti Dlan-o-dlan.

Bitno je i kazati da su u daljinskom plivanju mogli sudjelovati baš svi, nije tu bilo ni startnina ni nagrada. Nije bilo važno tko je stigao prvi, tko posljednji, a tko je možda odustao. Samo je važno bilo pokazati da je svaki član zajednice prihvaćen, bez obzira na njegove mogućnosti i da se slave sve pobjede, ma kako se sitne činile.
Ove godine je plivače na njihovu putu štitila i bodrila cijela flotila brodica, jedrilica, kajaka, SUP-ova. Osigurana je bila pratnja i liječnika i ronioca, Lučka kapetanija i pomorska policija su budno pazile na sudionike, a Institut ih je toplo primio kao i svih ovih pet godina ranije.
