Na sjednici je prisutno 28 od 35 vijećnika. Na startu sjednice gradonačelnik Ivo Baldasar vijećnicima je potvrdio medijske natpise o tužbi dvije banke prema gradu Splitu.

- Točan je taj podatak. Jučer na kraju radnog vremena stigle su nam tužbe dvije banke, u ukupnom iznosu od oko 53 milijuna eura. To je ono što sam vam već govorio da se može dogoditi. Očekuje se arbitražni postupak, tzv. zagrebačka arbitraža. U postupku arbitraže bit će tri suca, jedan predsjednik te po jedan kojeg daju tužitelj i tuženik. Imamo 15 dana za odgovor na optužni prijedlog. Sinoć sam razgovarao s ministrom Andričevićem, razgovarat ću danas i s ministrom Mornarom. Nikakav bankrot ne dolazi u obzir, zakoni to sprječavaju. Niti banke to traže, niti su to tako postavile, banke su korektne – rekao je Baldasar.

- Ako izgubimo taj spor u trenutku kada se druga strana namiruje radi se to na način da na računu mora ostati dovoljno novca za normalno funkcioniranje Grada. Taj cijeli postupak može trajati tri, četiri, pet godina... - dodao je predsjednik GV-a Boris Ćurković.

- Točan je taj podatak. Jučer na kraju radnog vremena stigle su nam tužbe dvije banke, u ukupnom iznosu od oko 53 milijuna eura. To je ono što sam vam već govorio da se može dogoditi. Očekuje se arbitražni postupak, tzv. zagrebačka arbitraža. U postupku arbitraže bit će tri suca, jedan predsjednik te po jedan kojeg daju tužitelj i tuženik. Imamo 15 dana za odgovor na optužni prijedlog. Sinoć sam razgovarao s ministrom Andričevićem, razgovarat ću danas i s ministrom Mornarom. Nikakav bankrot ne dolazi u obzir, zakoni to sprječavaju. Niti banke to traže, niti su to tako postavile, banke su korektne – rekao je Baldasar.

- Ako izgubimo taj spor u trenutku kada se druga strana namiruje radi se to na način da na računu mora ostati dovoljno novca za normalno funkcioniranje Grada. Taj cijeli postupak može trajati tri, četiri, pet godina... - dodao je predsjednik GV-a Boris Ćurković.
