Gradsko vijeće Vodica donijelo je odluku o visini paušalnog poreza za iznajmljivače i smještaj u turizmu za 2024. godinu. Prema novim odredbama visina paušalnog poreza po krevetu za grad Vodice i Srimu iznosit će 60 eura po krevetu, dok će iznos paušalnog poreza za otok Prvić biti nešto niži – 40 eura po krevetu. Za naselje Gaćeleze, Grabovci, Čista Mala i Čista Velika paušalni porez od sljedeće godine iznosi 30 eura po krevetu.

Došlo je do izmjena kada su u pitanju smještajne jedinice u kampu i/ili kamp-odmorištu.

Tako će novi paušal na području grada Vodica iznositi 70 eura po smještajnoj jedinici u kampu. Visina paušalnog poreza po smještajnoj jedinici u objektu za robinzonski smještaj na području grada Vodica iznosi 30 eura po smještajnoj jedinici.

Prema novom zakonu, grad Vodice će od 1. siječnja 2024. ostati bez sredstva fiskalnog izravnanja iz državnog proračuna, što je rezultiralo manjkom u proračunu Grada. Do sada je prosječni godišnji iznos fiskalnog izravnanja koji je grad Vodice dobivao iz državnog proračuna bio oko pet milijuna kuna.

Ova sredstva su se koristila za financiranje rashoda u dječjem vrtiću “Tamaris”, kao i za javne potrebe u kulturi, sportu te za rashode socijalne i zdravstvene skrbi.

Novom odlukom o povećanju iznosa paušalnog poreza, Grad Vodice namjerava djelomično pokriti manjak u proračunu koji je rezultat izbacivanja Grada iz sustava fiskalnog izravnavanja državnog proračuna.

Gradsko vijeće Vodica donijelo je odluku o visini paušalnog poreza za iznajmljivače i smještaj u turizmu za 2024. godinu. Prema novim odredbama visina paušalnog poreza po krevetu za grad Vodice i Srimu iznosit će 60 eura po krevetu, dok će iznos paušalnog poreza za otok Prvić biti nešto niži – 40 eura po krevetu. Za naselje Gaćeleze, Grabovci, Čista Mala i Čista Velika paušalni porez od sljedeće godine iznosi 30 eura po krevetu.

Došlo je do izmjena kada su u pitanju smještajne jedinice u kampu i/ili kamp-odmorištu.

Tako će novi paušal na području grada Vodica iznositi 70 eura po smještajnoj jedinici u kampu. Visina paušalnog poreza po smještajnoj jedinici u objektu za robinzonski smještaj na području grada Vodica iznosi 30 eura po smještajnoj jedinici.

Prema novom zakonu, grad Vodice će od 1. siječnja 2024. ostati bez sredstva fiskalnog izravnanja iz državnog proračuna, što je rezultiralo manjkom u proračunu Grada. Do sada je prosječni godišnji iznos fiskalnog izravnanja koji je grad Vodice dobivao iz državnog proračuna bio oko pet milijuna kuna.

Ova sredstva su se koristila za financiranje rashoda u dječjem vrtiću “Tamaris”, kao i za javne potrebe u kulturi, sportu te za rashode socijalne i zdravstvene skrbi.

Novom odlukom o povećanju iznosa paušalnog poreza, Grad Vodice namjerava djelomično pokriti manjak u proračunu koji je rezultat izbacivanja Grada iz sustava fiskalnog izravnavanja državnog proračuna.

Važna promjena za iznajmljivače: evo koliki paušalni porez po krevetu će plaćati od iduće godine

Gradsko vijeće Vodica donijelo je odluku o visini paušalnog poreza za iznajmljivače i smještaj u turizmu za 2024. godinu. Prema novim odredbama visina paušalnog poreza po krevetu za grad Vodice i Srimu iznosit će 60 eura po krevetu, dok će iznos paušalnog poreza za otok Prvić biti nešto niži – 40 eura po krevetu. Za naselje Gaćeleze, Grabovci, Čista Mala i Čista Velika paušalni porez od sljedeće godine iznosi 30 eura po krevetu.

Došlo je do izmjena kada su u pitanju smještajne jedinice u kampu i/ili kamp-odmorištu.

Tako će novi paušal na području grada Vodica iznositi 70 eura po smještajnoj jedinici u kampu. Visina paušalnog poreza po smještajnoj jedinici u objektu za robinzonski smještaj na području grada Vodica iznosi 30 eura po smještajnoj jedinici.

Prema novom zakonu, grad Vodice će od 1. siječnja 2024. ostati bez sredstva fiskalnog izravnanja iz državnog proračuna, što je rezultiralo manjkom u proračunu Grada. Do sada je prosječni godišnji iznos fiskalnog izravnanja koji je grad Vodice dobivao iz državnog proračuna bio oko pet milijuna kuna.

Ova sredstva su se koristila za financiranje rashoda u dječjem vrtiću “Tamaris”, kao i za javne potrebe u kulturi, sportu te za rashode socijalne i zdravstvene skrbi.

Novom odlukom o povećanju iznosa paušalnog poreza, Grad Vodice namjerava djelomično pokriti manjak u proračunu koji je rezultat izbacivanja Grada iz sustava fiskalnog izravnavanja državnog proračuna.
