U Općini Rogoznica visina godišnjeg poreza na dohodak u idućoj godini neće se ni povećati ni smanjiti, ostat će ista. Odlučilo je tako, i to jednoglasno, Općinsko vijeće.

Niža porezna stopa iznosi 20, a veća 30 posto, a valja istaknuti da Općina Rogoznica nije nikada uvela dodatni porez na dohodak, odnosno prirez.

Ostali su isti i paušalni porezi u turizmu. Tako će se, zavisno od atraktivnosti lokacije, visina paušalnog poreza na dohodak po krevetu kretati od 40 do 20 eura, u kampovima paušalni porez je malo veći i zavisno od lokacije iznosit će od od 46 do 32 eura. Iste stope paušalnog poreza kao u kampovima plaćat će i vlasnici koji nude robinzonski smještaj.

Neke porezne stope su se ipak povećale, naime, vlasnici kuće za odmor ili vikendica od 1.1. 2024. godine umjesto dva plaćat će godišnje tri eura po metru kvadratnom korisne površine i to na cijelom području Općine.

Vijećnici su pred Božić odlučili s višom naknadom za novorođenu djecu razveseliti buduće roditelje. Jednokratna naknada prema novoj odluci iznosi 700 eura.

U Općini Rogoznica visina godišnjeg poreza na dohodak u idućoj godini neće se ni povećati ni smanjiti, ostat će ista. Odlučilo je tako, i to jednoglasno, Općinsko vijeće.

Niža porezna stopa iznosi 20, a veća 30 posto, a valja istaknuti da Općina Rogoznica nije nikada uvela dodatni porez na dohodak, odnosno prirez.

Ostali su isti i paušalni porezi u turizmu. Tako će se, zavisno od atraktivnosti lokacije, visina paušalnog poreza na dohodak po krevetu kretati od 40 do 20 eura, u kampovima paušalni porez je malo veći i zavisno od lokacije iznosit će od od 46 do 32 eura. Iste stope paušalnog poreza kao u kampovima plaćat će i vlasnici koji nude robinzonski smještaj.

Neke porezne stope su se ipak povećale, naime, vlasnici kuće za odmor ili vikendica od 1.1. 2024. godine umjesto dva plaćat će godišnje tri eura po metru kvadratnom korisne površine i to na cijelom području Općine.

Vijećnici su pred Božić odlučili s višom naknadom za novorođenu djecu razveseliti buduće roditelje. Jednokratna naknada prema novoj odluci iznosi 700 eura.

Šok za vlasnike vikendica na jugu Šibensko-kninske županije, u novoj godini značajno im skače porez

U Općini Rogoznica visina godišnjeg poreza na dohodak u idućoj godini neće se ni povećati ni smanjiti, ostat će ista. Odlučilo je tako, i to jednoglasno, Općinsko vijeće.

Niža porezna stopa iznosi 20, a veća 30 posto, a valja istaknuti da Općina Rogoznica nije nikada uvela dodatni porez na dohodak, odnosno prirez.

Ostali su isti i paušalni porezi u turizmu. Tako će se, zavisno od atraktivnosti lokacije, visina paušalnog poreza na dohodak po krevetu kretati od 40 do 20 eura, u kampovima paušalni porez je malo veći i zavisno od lokacije iznosit će od od 46 do 32 eura. Iste stope paušalnog poreza kao u kampovima plaćat će i vlasnici koji nude robinzonski smještaj.

Neke porezne stope su se ipak povećale, naime, vlasnici kuće za odmor ili vikendica od 1.1. 2024. godine umjesto dva plaćat će godišnje tri eura po metru kvadratnom korisne površine i to na cijelom području Općine.

Vijećnici su pred Božić odlučili s višom naknadom za novorođenu djecu razveseliti buduće roditelje. Jednokratna naknada prema novoj odluci iznosi 700 eura.
