Nakon članka objavljenom na našem portalu 19. kolovoza pod naslovom "Prijetnja primoštenskog načelnika da će nasrnuti bagerom urodila plodom: Mađari sami skinuli rampe i povukli zaštitare”, autorice Vedrane Stočić, reagirala je odvjetnica Ana Šporčić, zastupnica Društva Primošten d.d.

Njen zahtjev za ispravkom prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Suprotno objavljenim informacijama, Primošten d.d. nije uklonilo rampu nastavno na prijetnje predstavnika općine, nego radi postupanja po prvostupanjskom izvršnom rješenju dok se čeka drugostupanjska odluka po žalbi društva Primošten d.d. Naime, Primošten d.d. postupa u skladu s odlukama nadležnih hrvatskih tijela.

Primošten d.d. nije bilo stranka postupka temeljem kojeg je „općina stekla pravo na nerazvrstanu cestu”. Suprotno objavljenim informacijama, sporna rampa nije postavljena kao reakcija na navedeni nepoznati postupak. Parcela u pitanju je jedini pristupni put zgradama na poluotoku, koje su sve u nespornom vlasništvu Primoštena d.d. Predmetna rampa već desetljećima stoji na istom mjestu na poluotoku Raduča, služi kao sredstvo zaštite okoliša, sigurnosti posjetitelja i gostiju, i što je najvažnije, nikad nije bila osporavana od strane općine.

Nadalje, već desetljećima je društvo Primošten d.d. u posjedu predmetnog zemljišta na poluotoku Raduča. Dobro je poznata činjenica da je vlasništvo nad nekretninom bivših društvenih poduzeća regulirano u složenom pravnom okruženju koje je tijekom posljednjih desetljeća bilo podložno brojnim promjenama. Društvo je uredno poduzelo sve pravne radnje propisane važećim zakonima s ciljem uređenja vlasništva nad nekretninama u svom portfelju, te je postupak trenutno u tijeku. Zemljište koje bi trebalo biti u vlasništvu općine na polutooku Raduča, ako takvo bude postojalo, bit će utvrđeno po okončanju navedenih postupka.

Što se tiče ostalih objavljenih izjava, bilo koji postojeći sporovi između trgovačkog društva i općine bit će konačno riješeni u odgovarajućim postupcima pred hrvatskim tijelima. Stoga se društvo suzdržava od bilo kakvih daljnjih komentara u vezi sa sudskim i/ili upravnim postupcima koji su u tijeku. Dodatno, netočno se navodi da je vlasnik društva nepoznat - podaci o stvarnom vlasniku su poznati i upisani u hrvatski javni registar, stoji u reakciji koju je potpisala odvjetnica Ana Šporčić.

Nakon članka objavljenom na našem portalu 19. kolovoza pod naslovom "Prijetnja primoštenskog načelnika da će nasrnuti bagerom urodila plodom: Mađari sami skinuli rampe i povukli zaštitare”, autorice Vedrane Stočić, reagirala je odvjetnica Ana Šporčić, zastupnica Društva Primošten d.d.

Njen zahtjev za ispravkom prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Suprotno objavljenim informacijama, Primošten d.d. nije uklonilo rampu nastavno na prijetnje predstavnika općine, nego radi postupanja po prvostupanjskom izvršnom rješenju dok se čeka drugostupanjska odluka po žalbi društva Primošten d.d. Naime, Primošten d.d. postupa u skladu s odlukama nadležnih hrvatskih tijela.

Primošten d.d. nije bilo stranka postupka temeljem kojeg je „općina stekla pravo na nerazvrstanu cestu”. Suprotno objavljenim informacijama, sporna rampa nije postavljena kao reakcija na navedeni nepoznati postupak. Parcela u pitanju je jedini pristupni put zgradama na poluotoku, koje su sve u nespornom vlasništvu Primoštena d.d. Predmetna rampa već desetljećima stoji na istom mjestu na poluotoku Raduča, služi kao sredstvo zaštite okoliša, sigurnosti posjetitelja i gostiju, i što je najvažnije, nikad nije bila osporavana od strane općine.

Nadalje, već desetljećima je društvo Primošten d.d. u posjedu predmetnog zemljišta na poluotoku Raduča. Dobro je poznata činjenica da je vlasništvo nad nekretninom bivših društvenih poduzeća regulirano u složenom pravnom okruženju koje je tijekom posljednjih desetljeća bilo podložno brojnim promjenama. Društvo je uredno poduzelo sve pravne radnje propisane važećim zakonima s ciljem uređenja vlasništva nad nekretninama u svom portfelju, te je postupak trenutno u tijeku. Zemljište koje bi trebalo biti u vlasništvu općine na polutooku Raduča, ako takvo bude postojalo, bit će utvrđeno po okončanju navedenih postupka.

Što se tiče ostalih objavljenih izjava, bilo koji postojeći sporovi između trgovačkog društva i općine bit će konačno riješeni u odgovarajućim postupcima pred hrvatskim tijelima. Stoga se društvo suzdržava od bilo kakvih daljnjih komentara u vezi sa sudskim i/ili upravnim postupcima koji su u tijeku. Dodatno, netočno se navodi da je vlasnik društva nepoznat - podaci o stvarnom vlasniku su poznati i upisani u hrvatski javni registar, stoji u reakciji koju je potpisala odvjetnica Ana Šporčić.

‘Primošten d.d. nije skinuo rampu zbog prijetnji Stipe Petrine, postupamo u skladu s odlukama nadležnih hrvatskih tijela‘

Nakon članka objavljenom na našem portalu 19. kolovoza pod naslovom "Prijetnja primoštenskog načelnika da će nasrnuti bagerom urodila plodom: Mađari sami skinuli rampe i povukli zaštitare”, autorice Vedrane Stočić, reagirala je odvjetnica Ana Šporčić, zastupnica Društva Primošten d.d.

Njen zahtjev za ispravkom prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Suprotno objavljenim informacijama, Primošten d.d. nije uklonilo rampu nastavno na prijetnje predstavnika općine, nego radi postupanja po prvostupanjskom izvršnom rješenju dok se čeka drugostupanjska odluka po žalbi društva Primošten d.d. Naime, Primošten d.d. postupa u skladu s odlukama nadležnih hrvatskih tijela.

Primošten d.d. nije bilo stranka postupka temeljem kojeg je „općina stekla pravo na nerazvrstanu cestu”. Suprotno objavljenim informacijama, sporna rampa nije postavljena kao reakcija na navedeni nepoznati postupak. Parcela u pitanju je jedini pristupni put zgradama na poluotoku, koje su sve u nespornom vlasništvu Primoštena d.d. Predmetna rampa već desetljećima stoji na istom mjestu na poluotoku Raduča, služi kao sredstvo zaštite okoliša, sigurnosti posjetitelja i gostiju, i što je najvažnije, nikad nije bila osporavana od strane općine.

Nadalje, već desetljećima je društvo Primošten d.d. u posjedu predmetnog zemljišta na poluotoku Raduča. Dobro je poznata činjenica da je vlasništvo nad nekretninom bivših društvenih poduzeća regulirano u složenom pravnom okruženju koje je tijekom posljednjih desetljeća bilo podložno brojnim promjenama. Društvo je uredno poduzelo sve pravne radnje propisane važećim zakonima s ciljem uređenja vlasništva nad nekretninama u svom portfelju, te je postupak trenutno u tijeku. Zemljište koje bi trebalo biti u vlasništvu općine na polutooku Raduča, ako takvo bude postojalo, bit će utvrđeno po okončanju navedenih postupka.

Što se tiče ostalih objavljenih izjava, bilo koji postojeći sporovi između trgovačkog društva i općine bit će konačno riješeni u odgovarajućim postupcima pred hrvatskim tijelima. Stoga se društvo suzdržava od bilo kakvih daljnjih komentara u vezi sa sudskim i/ili upravnim postupcima koji su u tijeku. Dodatno, netočno se navodi da je vlasnik društva nepoznat - podaci o stvarnom vlasniku su poznati i upisani u hrvatski javni registar, stoji u reakciji koju je potpisala odvjetnica Ana Šporčić.
