Općina Tisno raspisala je ponovljeni javni natječaj za prodaju građevinskog zemljišta, površine 1401 četvorni metar, smještenog uz državnu cestu u Dazlini.

Prema važećem Prostornom planu, parcela se nalazi u zoni stambene namjene, a početna cijena iznosi 111 kuna ili oko 15 eura po kvadratu. Kako doznajemo, prodaja će se provesti po principu zatvorenih ponuda.

- Zemljište je u građevinskoj zoni, a Općina ga je dobila od države. Imali smo zainteresirane kupce za to područje, ali su od njega ipak odustali, zbog čega smo raspisali ponovljeni natječaj - tvrdi Kristijan Jareb, tišnjanski načelnik, te dodaje:

- Prema procjeni sudskog vještaka, vrijednost zemljišta iznosi 111 kuna po četvornome metru. To je početna cijena, na natječaj se mogu prijaviti svi, pa ćemo vidjeti što će biti.

Teren koji je ponuđen potencijalnim kupcima predstavlja buduću stambenu zonu, a nalazi se uz državnu prometnicu što od Jadranske magistrale vodi prema autocesti A1 i Stankovcima, čime se potencijal i mogućnosti tog područja uvelike povećavaju. Svoja predviđanja što bi se moglo graditi u Dazlini iznio nam je i načelnik Jareb:

- Pretpostavljam da će to zemljište kupiti privatna osoba i izgraditi stambene objekte na tom području, interesa ne manjka, ali s tim informacijama još uvijek ne bih izlazio u javnost.

Općina Tisno raspisala je ponovljeni javni natječaj za prodaju građevinskog zemljišta, površine 1401 četvorni metar, smještenog uz državnu cestu u Dazlini.

Prema važećem Prostornom planu, parcela se nalazi u zoni stambene namjene, a početna cijena iznosi 111 kuna ili oko 15 eura po kvadratu. Kako doznajemo, prodaja će se provesti po principu zatvorenih ponuda.

- Zemljište je u građevinskoj zoni, a Općina ga je dobila od države. Imali smo zainteresirane kupce za to područje, ali su od njega ipak odustali, zbog čega smo raspisali ponovljeni natječaj - tvrdi Kristijan Jareb, tišnjanski načelnik, te dodaje:

- Prema procjeni sudskog vještaka, vrijednost zemljišta iznosi 111 kuna po četvornome metru. To je početna cijena, na natječaj se mogu prijaviti svi, pa ćemo vidjeti što će biti.

Teren koji je ponuđen potencijalnim kupcima predstavlja buduću stambenu zonu, a nalazi se uz državnu prometnicu što od Jadranske magistrale vodi prema autocesti A1 i Stankovcima, čime se potencijal i mogućnosti tog područja uvelike povećavaju. Svoja predviđanja što bi se moglo graditi u Dazlini iznio nam je i načelnik Jareb:

- Pretpostavljam da će to zemljište kupiti privatna osoba i izgraditi stambene objekte na tom području, interesa ne manjka, ali s tim informacijama još uvijek ne bih izlazio u javnost.

Općina Tisno raspisala je ponovljeni javni natječaj za prodaju građevinskog zemljišta, površine 1401 četvorni metar, smještenog uz državnu cestu u Dazlini.

Prema važećem Prostornom planu, parcela se nalazi u zoni stambene namjene, a početna cijena iznosi 111 kuna ili oko 15 eura po kvadratu. Kako doznajemo, prodaja će se provesti po principu zatvorenih ponuda.

- Zemljište je u građevinskoj zoni, a Općina ga je dobila od države. Imali smo zainteresirane kupce za to područje, ali su od njega ipak odustali, zbog čega smo raspisali ponovljeni natječaj - tvrdi Kristijan Jareb, tišnjanski načelnik, te dodaje:

- Prema procjeni sudskog vještaka, vrijednost zemljišta iznosi 111 kuna po četvornome metru. To je početna cijena, na natječaj se mogu prijaviti svi, pa ćemo vidjeti što će biti.

Teren koji je ponuđen potencijalnim kupcima predstavlja buduću stambenu zonu, a nalazi se uz državnu prometnicu što od Jadranske magistrale vodi prema autocesti A1 i Stankovcima, čime se potencijal i mogućnosti tog područja uvelike povećavaju. Svoja predviđanja što bi se moglo graditi u Dazlini iznio nam je i načelnik Jareb:

- Pretpostavljam da će to zemljište kupiti privatna osoba i izgraditi stambene objekte na tom području, interesa ne manjka, ali s tim informacijama još uvijek ne bih izlazio u javnost.

Dodatne informacije u vezi s nadmetanjem mogu se vidjeti na službenim internetskim stranicama Općine Tisno (www.tisno.hr) ili u lokalnom Upravnom odjelu za imovinskopravne poslove, prostorno uređenje i planiranje te komunalne poslove, svakim radnim danom od 8 do 15 sati.
