Domovinski pokret Šibensko-kninske županije odlučio je prvi u javnosti progovoriti o novoj činjenici povezanoj s projektom Centra za gospodarenje otpadom kod Lećevice u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji.
Budući da je kompleks planiran u kontaktnoj zoni dviju županija, centar nosi potencijalno štetni ekološki utjecaj na šibensko-kninski prostor i zdravlje ljudi.
Kako je jučer izvijestio Mario Kovač, predsjednik regionalnog stranačkog ogranka, na mrežnim stranicama Fonda za zaštitu okoliša početkom prosinca lani objavljeno je da je sklopljen ugovor o projektiranju i izgradnji centra koji od 2000. godine izaziva oštre prijepore i podjele u javnosti. Kovača začuđuje i zabrinjava da o tome šute župan šibensko-kninski Marko Jelić (nezavisni) i Željko Burić (HDZ), šibenski gradonačelnik, budući da će taj "projekt najvjerojatnije zagaditi izvorišta pitke vode u šibenskom kraju, iz kojih se opskrbljuje i dio stanovnika na zadarskom području".
- To je ono što nas najviše zabrinjava. I turizam koji želimo razvijati s time dolazi u pitanje te smatramo da nam je zadatak alarmirati javnost i medije što se sprema u nedalekom zaleđu - kazao je Kovač.
Osim njega, novinarima su se obratili prof. dr. Slaven Dobrović, stručnjak za ekologiju i nekadašnji ministar zaštite okoliša iz kvote Mosta, te predstavnici "glasa naroda" iz Lećevice i šire: Anđelko Parčina, potpredsjednik Udruge za zaštitu pitkih voda u Hrvatskoj, te njegov suradnik Vinko Grgurević iz udruge "Fra Luka Delić".
- Lećevica je jedan od oko 25 centara zamišljenih 2005. godine s kojima se namjeravalo riješiti problem otpada u zemlji. I Lećevica je jedna od nesretno odabranih lokacija - naglasio je Dobrović.
Kako je ustvrdio, on je otpočetka, zajedno još s nekim stručnjacima, kritizirao koncept, budući da on ne može ispuniti ciljeve gospodarenja otpadom.
- Potvrđuju to nalazi Državne revizije unatrag dva-tri mjeseca pri čemu su dosad izgrađeni centri "djelomično učinkoviti", što je zapravo, ravno ocjeni "dovoljan". Dva centra koji su prva izgrađena, a to su Marinščina kod Rijeke i pulski Kaštijun, u svome su radu pokazali loše rezultate – pojasnio je Dobrović i dodao:
- Ljudi su šokirani činjenicom da unatoč potrošenih sedamdesetak milijuna eura iz europskih projekata sa svom tehnologijom i studijama koje sam tada kritizirao, ljudi u blizini tih centara ne mogu živjeti. S druge strane Hrvatska nije ispunila ni jedan cilj – recikliranje 50 posto otpada i smanjenje količina biorazgradivog otpada, na što smo se obvezali pristupajući u EU. I sada, 2023., odlučujemo graditi centar koji dokazano, ne može udovoljiti ciljevima, (pre)skup je i sasvim sigurno predstavlja ekološku ugrozu toga prelijepoga kraja.
Anđelko Parčina kazao je da se za odlagališta otpada namjerno biraju lokacije koje će ugroziti pitke vode, pa da građani, umjesto 15 kuna za "kubik" pitke vode, kupuju skupu, flaširanu.
- Sve ide prema tome, ratujem 22 godine kao aktivist na terenu gdje se dodiruju tokovi rijeka Jadro i Pantan na splitskom području, te Krka i Čikola u šibensko - kninskom kraju. Trasiranja su obavljena 2015. godine kada je utvrđena vodna veza između lokacije i Jadra, no političarima to ne znači ništa, nego se pouzdaju u "suvremenu tehnologiju".
Ako se centar Lećevica izgradi, u početku na 35 hektara, a u punom obujmu na gotovo četiri puta većem prostoru, izgradit ćemo veliko zlo, doslovce septičku jamu nad splitskim i šibenskim prostorom. No još uvijek nije kasno - istaknuo je Parčina te pozvao građane da budu inicijativni i hrabri i tome se odupru.

Domovinski pokret Šibensko-kninske županije odlučio je prvi u javnosti progovoriti o novoj činjenici povezanoj s projektom Centra za gospodarenje otpadom kod Lećevice u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji.
Budući da je kompleks planiran u kontaktnoj zoni dviju županija, centar nosi potencijalno štetni ekološki utjecaj na šibensko-kninski prostor i zdravlje ljudi.
Kako je jučer izvijestio Mario Kovač, predsjednik regionalnog stranačkog ogranka, na mrežnim stranicama Fonda za zaštitu okoliša početkom prosinca lani objavljeno je da je sklopljen ugovor o projektiranju i izgradnji centra koji od 2000. godine izaziva oštre prijepore i podjele u javnosti. Kovača začuđuje i zabrinjava da o tome šute župan šibensko-kninski Marko Jelić (nezavisni) i Željko Burić (HDZ), šibenski gradonačelnik, budući da će taj "projekt najvjerojatnije zagaditi izvorišta pitke vode u šibenskom kraju, iz kojih se opskrbljuje i dio stanovnika na zadarskom području".
- To je ono što nas najviše zabrinjava. I turizam koji želimo razvijati s time dolazi u pitanje te smatramo da nam je zadatak alarmirati javnost i medije što se sprema u nedalekom zaleđu - kazao je Kovač.
Osim njega, novinarima su se obratili prof. dr. Slaven Dobrović, stručnjak za ekologiju i nekadašnji ministar zaštite okoliša iz kvote Mosta, te predstavnici "glasa naroda" iz Lećevice i šire: Anđelko Parčina, potpredsjednik Udruge za zaštitu pitkih voda u Hrvatskoj, te njegov suradnik Vinko Grgurević iz udruge "Fra Luka Delić".
- Lećevica je jedan od oko 25 centara zamišljenih 2005. godine s kojima se namjeravalo riješiti problem otpada u zemlji. I Lećevica je jedna od nesretno odabranih lokacija - naglasio je Dobrović.
Kako je ustvrdio, on je otpočetka, zajedno još s nekim stručnjacima, kritizirao koncept, budući da on ne može ispuniti ciljeve gospodarenja otpadom.
- Potvrđuju to nalazi Državne revizije unatrag dva-tri mjeseca pri čemu su dosad izgrađeni centri "djelomično učinkoviti", što je zapravo, ravno ocjeni "dovoljan". Dva centra koji su prva izgrađena, a to su Marinščina kod Rijeke i pulski Kaštijun, u svome su radu pokazali loše rezultate – pojasnio je Dobrović i dodao:
- Ljudi su šokirani činjenicom da unatoč potrošenih sedamdesetak milijuna eura iz europskih projekata sa svom tehnologijom i studijama koje sam tada kritizirao, ljudi u blizini tih centara ne mogu živjeti. S druge strane Hrvatska nije ispunila ni jedan cilj – recikliranje 50 posto otpada i smanjenje količina biorazgradivog otpada, na što smo se obvezali pristupajući u EU. I sada, 2023., odlučujemo graditi centar koji dokazano, ne može udovoljiti ciljevima, (pre)skup je i sasvim sigurno predstavlja ekološku ugrozu toga prelijepoga kraja.
Anđelko Parčina kazao je da se za odlagališta otpada namjerno biraju lokacije koje će ugroziti pitke vode, pa da građani, umjesto 15 kuna za "kubik" pitke vode, kupuju skupu, flaširanu.
- Sve ide prema tome, ratujem 22 godine kao aktivist na terenu gdje se dodiruju tokovi rijeka Jadro i Pantan na splitskom području, te Krka i Čikola u šibensko - kninskom kraju. Trasiranja su obavljena 2015. godine kada je utvrđena vodna veza između lokacije i Jadra, no političarima to ne znači ništa, nego se pouzdaju u "suvremenu tehnologiju".
Ako se centar Lećevica izgradi, u početku na 35 hektara, a u punom obujmu na gotovo četiri puta većem prostoru, izgradit ćemo veliko zlo, doslovce septičku jamu nad splitskim i šibenskim prostorom. No još uvijek nije kasno - istaknuo je Parčina te pozvao građane da budu inicijativni i hrabri i tome se odupru.
