Vlada Republike Hrvatske je na sjednici održanoj 3. veljače 2022. godine donijela Odluku o darovanju državne nekretnine Gradu Šibeniku. Riječ je o dijelu bivše vojarne „Bribirski knezovi“, ukupne površine 17.297 m2, tržišne vrijednosti 13,34 milijuna kuna.

Nekretnina se daruje u svrhu izgradnje nove zgrade Vatrogasnog doma, a prema procjeni ovlaštenog sudskog vještaka vrijednost nekretnine iznosi 13.340.000 kuna.

Izgradnja nove zgrade vatrogasnog doma na traženoj lokaciji je od osobitog interesa za Grad Šibenik budući se postojeći vatrogasni dom nalazi u samom središtu grada, pa nije primjeren za obavljanje vatrogasne djelatnosti zbog velike gradske gužve i neprohodnosti vozila središtem grada.

Također, izgradnjom novog vatrogasnog doma Grad Šibenik želi odati počast vatrogascima koji su nastradali u Kornatskoj tragediji.

Ujedno, Grad Šibenik se obvezuje dati suglasnost Zajednici županijskih zajednica, udruga i članova hrvatskih vojnih invalida Domovinskog rata Republike Hrvatske (HVIDRA RH), odnosno Zajednici udruga hrvatskih vojnih invalida Domovinskog rata Šibensko – kninske županije (HVIDRA Šibensko-kninske županije) za daljnjim održavanjem maslinika koji se nalazi na dijelu darovane nekretnine radi navodnjavanja, prihrane i rezidbe stabala, te ubiranja plodova.

Nakon Odluke Vlade, slijedi potpisivanje Ugovora o darovanju.

Darovanu nekretninu Grad Šibenik mora privesti namjeni u roku od pet godina te o tome dokumentirano izvijesti Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Vlada Republike Hrvatske je na sjednici održanoj 3. veljače 2022. godine donijela Odluku o darovanju državne nekretnine Gradu Šibeniku. Riječ je o dijelu bivše vojarne „Bribirski knezovi“, ukupne površine 17.297 m2, tržišne vrijednosti 13,34 milijuna kuna.

Nekretnina se daruje u svrhu izgradnje nove zgrade Vatrogasnog doma, a prema procjeni ovlaštenog sudskog vještaka vrijednost nekretnine iznosi 13.340.000 kuna.

Izgradnja nove zgrade vatrogasnog doma na traženoj lokaciji je od osobitog interesa za Grad Šibenik budući se postojeći vatrogasni dom nalazi u samom središtu grada, pa nije primjeren za obavljanje vatrogasne djelatnosti zbog velike gradske gužve i neprohodnosti vozila središtem grada.

Također, izgradnjom novog vatrogasnog doma Grad Šibenik želi odati počast vatrogascima koji su nastradali u Kornatskoj tragediji.

Ujedno, Grad Šibenik se obvezuje dati suglasnost Zajednici županijskih zajednica, udruga i članova hrvatskih vojnih invalida Domovinskog rata Republike Hrvatske (HVIDRA RH), odnosno Zajednici udruga hrvatskih vojnih invalida Domovinskog rata Šibensko – kninske županije (HVIDRA Šibensko-kninske županije) za daljnjim održavanjem maslinika koji se nalazi na dijelu darovane nekretnine radi navodnjavanja, prihrane i rezidbe stabala, te ubiranja plodova.

Nakon Odluke Vlade, slijedi potpisivanje Ugovora o darovanju.

Darovanu nekretninu Grad Šibenik mora privesti namjeni u roku od pet godina te o tome dokumentirano izvijesti Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Vlada darovala Šibeniku zemljište vrijedno više od 13 milijuna kuna i postavila uvjet: ‘Novi vatrogasni dom mora biti gotov za pet godina‘

Vlada Republike Hrvatske je na sjednici održanoj 3. veljače 2022. godine donijela Odluku o darovanju državne nekretnine Gradu Šibeniku. Riječ je o dijelu bivše vojarne „Bribirski knezovi“, ukupne površine 17.297 m2, tržišne vrijednosti 13,34 milijuna kuna.

Nekretnina se daruje u svrhu izgradnje nove zgrade Vatrogasnog doma, a prema procjeni ovlaštenog sudskog vještaka vrijednost nekretnine iznosi 13.340.000 kuna.

Izgradnja nove zgrade vatrogasnog doma na traženoj lokaciji je od osobitog interesa za Grad Šibenik budući se postojeći vatrogasni dom nalazi u samom središtu grada, pa nije primjeren za obavljanje vatrogasne djelatnosti zbog velike gradske gužve i neprohodnosti vozila središtem grada.

Također, izgradnjom novog vatrogasnog doma Grad Šibenik želi odati počast vatrogascima koji su nastradali u Kornatskoj tragediji.

Ujedno, Grad Šibenik se obvezuje dati suglasnost Zajednici županijskih zajednica, udruga i članova hrvatskih vojnih invalida Domovinskog rata Republike Hrvatske (HVIDRA RH), odnosno Zajednici udruga hrvatskih vojnih invalida Domovinskog rata Šibensko – kninske županije (HVIDRA Šibensko-kninske županije) za daljnjim održavanjem maslinika koji se nalazi na dijelu darovane nekretnine radi navodnjavanja, prihrane i rezidbe stabala, te ubiranja plodova.

Nakon Odluke Vlade, slijedi potpisivanje Ugovora o darovanju.

Darovanu nekretninu Grad Šibenik mora privesti namjeni u roku od pet godina te o tome dokumentirano izvijesti Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.
