Spomen-park Šubićevac i njegova, blago rečeno, otužna vizura napokon je dočekala vedrije dane. Zahvati na rekonstrukciji glavnog zida uz samu prometnicu, ulaznog platoa te dvaju bočnih zidova prema stadionu HNK Šibenik su pri samom završetku. Ono što slijedi je pjeskarenje glavnog spomenika a potom i uređenje ostalog dijela parka, koje će, prema riječima Petra Mišure, pročelnika gradskog odjela za gospodarstvo, startati sljedeće godine.

- Radovi napreduju sukladno dinamici. Obnovljen je, kako ga zovemo u projektnoj dokumentaciji zid „A“, točnije najduži zid koji se nalazi uz samu cestu. Trenutno su radovi na bočnim zidovima i na samom ulaznom platou. Posljednje što nas čeka je pjeskarenje središnjeg spomenika. To su radovi koji su ugovoreni u ovoj fazi – naglasio je Mišura.

Upravo je spomenuti zid uz prometnicu bio jedan od najvećih problema. Sanacija je bila nužna i hitna, s obzirom na to da je uslijed proboja vode dolazilo do pucanja i otpadanja kamenih ploča.

- Napravljena je hidroizolacija zida s gornje strane. Upravo zato je zid i propadao, nije bio zaštićen od vode koja je prodirala što je u konačnici rezultiralo pucanjem ploča. Taj problem je sada trajno riješen – istaknuo je Mišura.

Ono što se vidi golim okom je razlika u boji starih kamenih ploča na zidu, i novih, koje su nedavno postavljene. Mišura i za to ima objašnjenje.
- Stare kamene ploče su izuzetno tanke, zbog čega ih nismo mogli pjeskariti. Stoga smo se odlučili na tretiranje, odnosno čišćenje kamena kemijskim preparatima. Procjena je da će se za tri godine boja na zidu ujednačiti. Nismo htjeli mijenjati originalne ploče, zato smo se odlučili na tu metodu obnove. Sve je naravno, usklađeno s konzervatorima – napominje Mišura.

Podsjetimo da vrijednost radova na rekonstrukciji ovog spomen područja iznosi 690.000 kuna s uključenim PDV-om. Rok za dovršetak radova je šest mjeseci, s tim da je od početka obnove prošlo već dva mjeseca.

- Ne vjerujem da će doći do probijanja roka – naglasio je Mišura.

Radovi u parku, kako smo napomenuli, trebali bi se nastaviti sljedeće godine. Naglasio je pri tom Mišura, te odbacio glasine da će ulaz u park u budućnosti biti zatvoren za posjetitelje.

- Moram napomenuti da neće doći, ni u kom slučaju od zaključavanja parka, već je namjera da se on zaštiti od potencijalnog vandalizma i devastacija. U parku su predviđene nove intervencije gdje nam je plan obogatiti taj prostor dodatnim sadržajima. Nekakve konkretne odluke o daljnjim potezima još uvijek nisu donesene – zaključio je Mišura.

Spomen-park Šubićevac i njegova, blago rečeno, otužna vizura napokon je dočekala vedrije dane. Zahvati na rekonstrukciji glavnog zida uz samu prometnicu, ulaznog platoa te dvaju bočnih zidova prema stadionu HNK Šibenik su pri samom završetku. Ono što slijedi je pjeskarenje glavnog spomenika a potom i uređenje ostalog dijela parka, koje će, prema riječima Petra Mišure, pročelnika gradskog odjela za gospodarstvo, startati sljedeće godine.

- Radovi napreduju sukladno dinamici. Obnovljen je, kako ga zovemo u projektnoj dokumentaciji zid „A“, točnije najduži zid koji se nalazi uz samu cestu. Trenutno su radovi na bočnim zidovima i na samom ulaznom platou. Posljednje što nas čeka je pjeskarenje središnjeg spomenika. To su radovi koji su ugovoreni u ovoj fazi – naglasio je Mišura.

Upravo je spomenuti zid uz prometnicu bio jedan od najvećih problema. Sanacija je bila nužna i hitna, s obzirom na to da je uslijed proboja vode dolazilo do pucanja i otpadanja kamenih ploča.

- Napravljena je hidroizolacija zida s gornje strane. Upravo zato je zid i propadao, nije bio zaštićen od vode koja je prodirala što je u konačnici rezultiralo pucanjem ploča. Taj problem je sada trajno riješen – istaknuo je Mišura.

Ono što se vidi golim okom je razlika u boji starih kamenih ploča na zidu, i novih, koje su nedavno postavljene. Mišura i za to ima objašnjenje.
- Stare kamene ploče su izuzetno tanke, zbog čega ih nismo mogli pjeskariti. Stoga smo se odlučili na tretiranje, odnosno čišćenje kamena kemijskim preparatima. Procjena je da će se za tri godine boja na zidu ujednačiti. Nismo htjeli mijenjati originalne ploče, zato smo se odlučili na tu metodu obnove. Sve je naravno, usklađeno s konzervatorima – napominje Mišura.

Podsjetimo da vrijednost radova na rekonstrukciji ovog spomen područja iznosi 690.000 kuna s uključenim PDV-om. Rok za dovršetak radova je šest mjeseci, s tim da je od početka obnove prošlo već dva mjeseca.

- Ne vjerujem da će doći do probijanja roka – naglasio je Mišura.

Radovi u parku, kako smo napomenuli, trebali bi se nastaviti sljedeće godine. Naglasio je pri tom Mišura, te odbacio glasine da će ulaz u park u budućnosti biti zatvoren za posjetitelje.

- Moram napomenuti da neće doći, ni u kom slučaju od zaključavanja parka, već je namjera da se on zaštiti od potencijalnog vandalizma i devastacija. U parku su predviđene nove intervencije gdje nam je plan obogatiti taj prostor dodatnim sadržajima. Nekakve konkretne odluke o daljnjim potezima još uvijek nisu donesene – zaključio je Mišura.
