Iako na razini Hrvatske nije provedena odluka koja bi u potpunosti zabranila upotrebu mobitela u osnovnim školama, sve je više gradova koji se odlučuju na taj, barem kod djece, nepopularan korak. Primjera je nekoliko. Od Osijeka, Pule pa sve do Splita, koji je početkom listopada zabranio mobitele u svih svojih 28 osnovnih škola.

Aktiv ravnatelja splitskih osnovnih škola usvojio je naime uredbu o novom Kućnom redu, a on kaže da djeci za vrijeme nastave mobitel mora biti ugašen i spremljen u torbi te ga smiju upaliti tek kada napuste prostor škole a iznimno u obrazovne svrhe tijekom školskog sata. Šibenske osnovne škole još uvijek su daleko od odluke koja je nastupila u Splitu, no naznaka da će se sličan ili isti pravilnik prenijeti i u Krešimirov grad – itekako postoje. Primjer je OŠ Vidici.

- Moramo biti oprezni u donošenju takvih odluka, ali mogu vam potvrditi da o tome razmišljamo – kazuje nam u telefonskom razgovoru ravnatelj OŠ Vidici, Darko Relja. Potrebno je, dodaje Relja, prije ikakve odluke napraviti konzultacije, sjesti s vijećem roditelja, školskim odborom a potom izglasati novi kućni red.

- To je procedura koju moramo ispoštovati. Još uvijek čekamo izmjene i dopune zakona, ali mislim da je zabrana mobitela u školi – neophodna. Vjerujem da će se i većina roditelja složiti s tim razmišljanjem – jasno će Relja.

Ali i ne samo roditelji. Prema istraživanju Instituta za društvena istraživanja koje je provedeno na više od 1.700 učitelja i 7.000 učenika petih i sedmih razred u svibnju i lipnju prošle godine, više od 85 posto učitelja podržava zabranu korištenja mobitela u školama. Ako u školi na Vidicima uistinu dođe do promjene pravilnika, odnosno Kućnog reda, on će se, tvrdi ravnatelj, odnositi ne samo na učenike, već i na učitelje.

- Ne bih žurio s nikakvim najavama jer ne znamo kakva će biti konačna odluka, međutim ako uvedemo zabranu korištenja mobitela u školi onda očekujem da će se toga pridržavati i učitelji. Moramo djeci biti primjer – kazuje ravnatelj, ističući kako do sada nisu imali većih problema s upotrebom mobitela tijekom nastave.

- Ipak je riječ o osnovnoj školi tako da problema nismo imali. Očekujem kod dijela učenika da će se protiviti zabrani, ali ponavljam, u razgovoru s roditeljima stekao sam dojam da će je, ako odluka stupi na snagu, podržati – ističe Relja.

Većih problema s korištenjem mobitela za vrijeme nastave nemaju ni u Katoličkoj osnovnoj školi, međutim, ipak su se odlučili na malu izmjenu u Kućnom redu.

- U izradi smo novog Kućnog reda koji će dozvoljavati upotrebu mobitela tijekom nastave u iznimnim slučajevima, dakle kada učitelji to zatraže, a za potrebe izvođenja nastave, primjerice za edukativne kvizove i slično – kazuje nam ravnateljica s. Mandica Starčević.

Prema trenutnom pravilniku škole, učenici Katoličke škole, baš kao i u gotovo svim osnovnim školama, mogu unijeti mobitel u školu ali on za vrijeme nastave treba biti isključen i ostavljen u torbi. O potpunoj zabrani, kakva je početkom mjeseca nastupila u splitskim školama, u Katoličkoj – ne razmišljaju.

- Ako djeca koriste mobitel za vrijeme nastave učitelj ga oduzima i poziva se roditelj da ga preuzme u školi. To nam je bila dosadašnja praksa. Moram istaknuti da su se djeca naučila na školska pravila i primjećujem kod njih da bez mobitela imaju bolju komunikaciju, kako s kolegama učenicima tako i s učiteljima - zaključuje ravnateljica.

Iako na razini Hrvatske nije provedena odluka koja bi u potpunosti zabranila upotrebu mobitela u osnovnim školama, sve je više gradova koji se odlučuju na taj, barem kod djece, nepopularan korak. Primjera je nekoliko. Od Osijeka, Pule pa sve do Splita, koji je početkom listopada zabranio mobitele u svih svojih 28 osnovnih škola.

Aktiv ravnatelja splitskih osnovnih škola usvojio je naime uredbu o novom Kućnom redu, a on kaže da djeci za vrijeme nastave mobitel mora biti ugašen i spremljen u torbi te ga smiju upaliti tek kada napuste prostor škole a iznimno u obrazovne svrhe tijekom školskog sata. Šibenske osnovne škole još uvijek su daleko od odluke koja je nastupila u Splitu, no naznaka da će se sličan ili isti pravilnik prenijeti i u Krešimirov grad – itekako postoje. Primjer je OŠ Vidici.

- Moramo biti oprezni u donošenju takvih odluka, ali mogu vam potvrditi da o tome razmišljamo – kazuje nam u telefonskom razgovoru ravnatelj OŠ Vidici, Darko Relja. Potrebno je, dodaje Relja, prije ikakve odluke napraviti konzultacije, sjesti s vijećem roditelja, školskim odborom a potom izglasati novi kućni red.

- To je procedura koju moramo ispoštovati. Još uvijek čekamo izmjene i dopune zakona, ali mislim da je zabrana mobitela u školi – neophodna. Vjerujem da će se i većina roditelja složiti s tim razmišljanjem – jasno će Relja.

Ali i ne samo roditelji. Prema istraživanju Instituta za društvena istraživanja koje je provedeno na više od 1.700 učitelja i 7.000 učenika petih i sedmih razred u svibnju i lipnju prošle godine, više od 85 posto učitelja podržava zabranu korištenja mobitela u školama. Ako u školi na Vidicima uistinu dođe do promjene pravilnika, odnosno Kućnog reda, on će se, tvrdi ravnatelj, odnositi ne samo na učenike, već i na učitelje.

- Ne bih žurio s nikakvim najavama jer ne znamo kakva će biti konačna odluka, međutim ako uvedemo zabranu korištenja mobitela u školi onda očekujem da će se toga pridržavati i učitelji. Moramo djeci biti primjer – kazuje ravnatelj, ističući kako do sada nisu imali većih problema s upotrebom mobitela tijekom nastave.

- Ipak je riječ o osnovnoj školi tako da problema nismo imali. Očekujem kod dijela učenika da će se protiviti zabrani, ali ponavljam, u razgovoru s roditeljima stekao sam dojam da će je, ako odluka stupi na snagu, podržati – ističe Relja.

Većih problema s korištenjem mobitela za vrijeme nastave nemaju ni u Katoličkoj osnovnoj školi, međutim, ipak su se odlučili na malu izmjenu u Kućnom redu.

- U izradi smo novog Kućnog reda koji će dozvoljavati upotrebu mobitela tijekom nastave u iznimnim slučajevima, dakle kada učitelji to zatraže, a za potrebe izvođenja nastave, primjerice za edukativne kvizove i slično – kazuje nam ravnateljica s. Mandica Starčević.

Prema trenutnom pravilniku škole, učenici Katoličke škole, baš kao i u gotovo svim osnovnim školama, mogu unijeti mobitel u školu ali on za vrijeme nastave treba biti isključen i ostavljen u torbi. O potpunoj zabrani, kakva je početkom mjeseca nastupila u splitskim školama, u Katoličkoj – ne razmišljaju.

- Ako djeca koriste mobitel za vrijeme nastave učitelj ga oduzima i poziva se roditelj da ga preuzme u školi. To nam je bila dosadašnja praksa. Moram istaknuti da su se djeca naučila na školska pravila i primjećujem kod njih da bez mobitela imaju bolju komunikaciju, kako s kolegama učenicima tako i s učiteljima - zaključuje ravnateljica.

Hoće li i u Šibeniku biti zabranjeni mobiteli? Evo što o tome kažu ravnatelji nekoliko škola

Iako na razini Hrvatske nije provedena odluka koja bi u potpunosti zabranila upotrebu mobitela u osnovnim školama, sve je više gradova koji se odlučuju na taj, barem kod djece, nepopularan korak. Primjera je nekoliko. Od Osijeka, Pule pa sve do Splita, koji je početkom listopada zabranio mobitele u svih svojih 28 osnovnih škola.

Aktiv ravnatelja splitskih osnovnih škola usvojio je naime uredbu o novom Kućnom redu, a on kaže da djeci za vrijeme nastave mobitel mora biti ugašen i spremljen u torbi te ga smiju upaliti tek kada napuste prostor škole a iznimno u obrazovne svrhe tijekom školskog sata. Šibenske osnovne škole još uvijek su daleko od odluke koja je nastupila u Splitu, no naznaka da će se sličan ili isti pravilnik prenijeti i u Krešimirov grad – itekako postoje. Primjer je OŠ Vidici.

- Moramo biti oprezni u donošenju takvih odluka, ali mogu vam potvrditi da o tome razmišljamo – kazuje nam u telefonskom razgovoru ravnatelj OŠ Vidici, Darko Relja. Potrebno je, dodaje Relja, prije ikakve odluke napraviti konzultacije, sjesti s vijećem roditelja, školskim odborom a potom izglasati novi kućni red.
