Grad Šibenik izradio je idejno rješenje elektrifikacije gradskih autobusnih linija, a do kraja godine očekuje se natječaj ministarstva za nabavku novih električnih autobusa.

U sklopu politika Republike Hrvatske i Europske unije potiču se ulaganja u zelenu i digitalnu tranziciju, a osobito u održiv gradski promet s nultim emisijama štetnih plinova, sve kroz modernizaciju prometne infrastrukture, ekološku održivost te učinkovitost razvojem pametnih rješenja u prometnom sustavu. Na tom tragu Grad Šibenik razmatra mogućnosti elektrifikacije voznog parka te primjene tehnologija budućnosti u sustavu javnog autobusnog prijevoza grada Šibenika, odnosno analizira potencijal autobusa pogonjenih isključivo električnom energijom, zajedno sa svim potrebnim nadogradnjama prateće infrastrukture. 

Shodno tome je Gradu Šibeniku tvrtka Smart Horizon isporučila 32,5 tisuće eura vrijedno idejno rješenje i tehničku specifikaciju koji će poslužiti kao tehnička podloga za provođenje postupka javne nabave za izradu glavnog, odnosno izvedbenog projekta te implementaciju i fizičku realizaciju pojedinih ili objedinjenih dijelova sustava. 

Unutar idejnog rješenja se na postojećim gradskim autobusnim linijama analizirao omjer uloženo/dobiveno u smislu utvrđivanja i kvantificiranja očekivanih koristi za prijevoznika Gradski parking d.o.o. i za građane Šibenika, kao što su: smanjenje negativnog utjecaja prometa na okoliš, ublažavanje negativnog utjecaja klimatskih promjena i prilagodba, zeleni rast kroz pozitivan utjecaj na kvalitetu javnog prostora i zelenu infrastrukturu, očekivane dugoročne uštede na troškovima energije za pogon, ali i troškovima održavanja autobusa, zelena tranzicija javnog gradskog prijevoza prema smanjenju uporabe fosilnih goriva kao pogonskih energenata (dekarbonizacija, tj. smanjenje emisija CO2), uređenje Prometno-logističkog centra za autobuse, pouzdanija i učinkovitija usluga javnog gradskog prijevoza, digitalizacija sustava upravljanja i praćenja vozila, te smanjenje buke i vibracija na čitavom gradskom području. 

U idejno rješenje je uključeno uređenje Prometno-logističkog centra u šibenskoj gospodarskoj zoni Podi, tj. njegov dio potreban za prihvat električnih autobusa, što uključuje ugradnju punjača, izgradnju fotonaponske elektrane, ugradnju baterijskog spremnika električne energije i centralnu digitalnu aplikaciju. Zatim opremanje stanica odabranih autobusnih linija, priključke na distribucijsku elektroenergetsku mrežu za opskrbu Prometno-logističkog centra i opreme na stanicama, definiranje potrebnog broja i tipa električnih gradskih autobusa, izrada projiciranja investicije kroz kreditni angažman ili subvencije fondova i izrada studije izvodljivosti s analizom troškova i koristi za potrebe projekta elektrifikacije javnog gradskog autobusnog prijevoza. 

„Nabavkom 11 suvremenih niskopodnih i prepoznatljivih autobusa i prebacivanjem organizacije javnog gradskog autobusnog prijevoza na Gradski parking, tek smo završili prvu fazu modernizacije gradskih autobusnih linija. Sukladno Ernst&Young studiji krećemo se prema drugoj fazi za koju je potrebna nabavka još autobusa. Ovo idejno rješenje je nužno za prijavu na javni poziv Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture kojim će jedinicama lokalne samouprave i njihovim prijevozničkim poduzećima bespovratno financirati nabavku novih električnih autobusa i potrebne infrastrukture, a koji se očekuje u ovoj godini. Dok čekamo natječaj ministarstva radimo na dokumentaciji za nova autobusna ugibališta na cijelom administrativnom području Šibenika, čime ćemo podići protočnost, sigurnost i kvalitetu javnog gradskog autobusnog prijevoza. Kruna cijele ove prometne priče bit će izgradnja Prometno-logističkog centra unutar naše Poslovne zone Podi, a koji će sadržavati svu potrebnu logistiku za autobuse poput praonice, servisa, punionica, natkrivenog parkirališta i drugo.“, kazao je mr. sc. Grad Šibenik izradio je idejno rješenje elektrifikacije gradskih autobusnih linija, a do kraja godine očekuje se natječaj ministarstva za nabavku novih električnih autobusa.

U sklopu politika Republike Hrvatske i Europske unije potiču se ulaganja u zelenu i digitalnu tranziciju, a osobito u održiv gradski promet s nultim emisijama štetnih plinova, sve kroz modernizaciju prometne infrastrukture, ekološku održivost te učinkovitost razvojem pametnih rješenja u prometnom sustavu. Na tom tragu Grad Šibenik razmatra mogućnosti elektrifikacije voznog parka te primjene tehnologija budućnosti u sustavu javnog autobusnog prijevoza grada Šibenika, odnosno analizira potencijal autobusa pogonjenih isključivo električnom energijom, zajedno sa svim potrebnim nadogradnjama prateće infrastrukture. 

Shodno tome je Gradu Šibeniku tvrtka Smart Horizon isporučila 32,5 tisuće eura vrijedno idejno rješenje i tehničku specifikaciju koji će poslužiti kao tehnička podloga za provođenje postupka javne nabave za izradu glavnog, odnosno izvedbenog projekta te implementaciju i fizičku realizaciju pojedinih ili objedinjenih dijelova sustava. 

Unutar idejnog rješenja se na postojećim gradskim autobusnim linijama analizirao omjer uloženo/dobiveno u smislu utvrđivanja i kvantificiranja očekivanih koristi za prijevoznika Gradski parking d.o.o. i za građane Šibenika, kao što su: smanjenje negativnog utjecaja prometa na okoliš, ublažavanje negativnog utjecaja klimatskih promjena i prilagodba, zeleni rast kroz pozitivan utjecaj na kvalitetu javnog prostora i zelenu infrastrukturu, očekivane dugoročne uštede na troškovima energije za pogon, ali i troškovima održavanja autobusa, zelena tranzicija javnog gradskog prijevoza prema smanjenju uporabe fosilnih goriva kao pogonskih energenata (dekarbonizacija, tj. smanjenje emisija CO2), uređenje Prometno-logističkog centra za autobuse, pouzdanija i učinkovitija usluga javnog gradskog prijevoza, digitalizacija sustava upravljanja i praćenja vozila, te smanjenje buke i vibracija na čitavom gradskom području. 

U idejno rješenje je uključeno uređenje Prometno-logističkog centra u šibenskoj gospodarskoj zoni Podi, tj. njegov dio potreban za prihvat električnih autobusa, što uključuje ugradnju punjača, izgradnju fotonaponske elektrane, ugradnju baterijskog spremnika električne energije i centralnu digitalnu aplikaciju. Zatim opremanje stanica odabranih autobusnih linija, priključke na distribucijsku elektroenergetsku mrežu za opskrbu Prometno-logističkog centra i opreme na stanicama, definiranje potrebnog broja i tipa električnih gradskih autobusa, izrada projiciranja investicije kroz kreditni angažman ili subvencije fondova i izrada studije izvodljivosti s analizom troškova i koristi za potrebe projekta elektrifikacije javnog gradskog autobusnog prijevoza. 

„Nabavkom 11 suvremenih niskopodnih i prepoznatljivih autobusa i prebacivanjem organizacije javnog gradskog autobusnog prijevoza na Gradski parking, tek smo završili prvu fazu modernizacije gradskih autobusnih linija. Sukladno Ernst&Young studiji krećemo se prema drugoj fazi za koju je potrebna nabavka još autobusa. Ovo idejno rješenje je nužno za prijavu na javni poziv Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture kojim će jedinicama lokalne samouprave i njihovim prijevozničkim poduzećima bespovratno financirati nabavku novih električnih autobusa i potrebne infrastrukture, a koji se očekuje u ovoj godini. Dok čekamo natječaj ministarstva radimo na dokumentaciji za nova autobusna ugibališta na cijelom administrativnom području Šibenika, čime ćemo podići protočnost, sigurnost i kvalitetu javnog gradskog autobusnog prijevoza. Kruna cijele ove prometne priče bit će izgradnja Prometno-logističkog centra unutar naše Poslovne zone Podi, a koji će sadržavati svu potrebnu logistiku za autobuse poput praonice, servisa, punionica, natkrivenog parkirališta i drugo.“, kazao je mr. sc. Grad Šibenik izradio je idejno rješenje elektrifikacije gradskih autobusnih linija, a do kraja godine očekuje se natječaj ministarstva za nabavku novih električnih autobusa.

U sklopu politika Republike Hrvatske i Europske unije potiču se ulaganja u zelenu i digitalnu tranziciju, a osobito u održiv gradski promet s nultim emisijama štetnih plinova, sve kroz modernizaciju prometne infrastrukture, ekološku održivost te učinkovitost razvojem pametnih rješenja u prometnom sustavu.
