Hrvatski građani će prema planovima Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova moći podnositi zahtjev za izdavanjem osobne iskaznice u bilo kojoj policijskoj postaji, a ne samo iznimno kao što je to sada slučaj.

MUP je javno savjetovanje poslao obrazac prethodne procjene za izmjene Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici kojima se predviđa ukidanje mjesne nadležnosti.

Umjesto važeće odredbe po kojoj građani zahtjeve za izdavanje osobne iskaznice podnose prema prebivalištu i boravištu, izmjenama se predlaže da se zahtjev može podnijeti u bilo kojoj policijskoj upravi ili postaji, kao što je to već moguće za izdavanje putovnice i vozačke dozvole.

Trenutno osobnu iskaznicu izdaje policijska uprava ili postaja mjesno nadležna prema prebivalištu podnositelja zahtjeva, a osoba koja uz prijavljeno prebivalište ima i prijavljeno boravište, zahtjev može podnijeti i u upravi ili postaji mjesno nadležnoj prema mjestu boravišta.

U izvanrednim okolnostima uvjetovanim elementarnim ili drugim nepogodama ili u drugim iznimnim situacijama, zahtjev za izdavanje osobne iskaznice trenutno se može podnijeti i u policijskoj upravi ili postaji koja nije mjesno nadležna.

MUP je odredbu o ukidanju mjesne nadležnosti zbog izvanrednih okolnosti počeo primjenjivati od 24. srpnja zbog iznimno povećanog broja stranaka koje su se obraćale zahtjevima za izdavanje osobnih iskaznica, što je dobrim dijelom bilo uvjetovano epidemijom koronavirusa, odnosno "izvanrednim i nepredvidivim okolnostima".

Primjena te odredbe kojom se nastojalo građanima olakšati ishođenje osobne iskaznice i rasteretiti policijske urede u kojima se podnosi veliki broj zahtjeva pokazala je dobre rezultate i razlog je za predlaganje izmjena zakona, kažu u MUP-u.

Analiza broja podnesenih zahtjeva za izdavanje osobnih iskaznica pokazala je, obrazlaže MUP da je primjena odredbe o ukidanju mjesne nadležnosti zbog izvanrednih okolnosti "dala pozitivne rezultate".

Povećan je broj zahtjeva u policijskim postajama koje su prije imale manji broj stranaka, odnosno građani su iskoristili mogućnost da u njima na brži način ishode osobne iskaznice, a to je i rasteretilo uprave i postaje s velikim brojem stranaka, pokazala je analiza.

MUP je stoga u elektroničko javno savjetovanje uputio obrazac prethodne procjene za izmjene Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici, odnosno ukidanje mjesne nadležnosti za izdavanje osobne iskaznice, a vremenski okvir za donošenje izmjena je drugi kvartal iduće godine.

Hrvatski građani će prema planovima Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova moći podnositi zahtjev za izdavanjem osobne iskaznice u bilo kojoj policijskoj postaji, a ne samo iznimno kao što je to sada slučaj.

MUP je javno savjetovanje poslao obrazac prethodne procjene za izmjene Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici kojima se predviđa ukidanje mjesne nadležnosti.

Umjesto važeće odredbe po kojoj građani zahtjeve za izdavanje osobne iskaznice podnose prema prebivalištu i boravištu, izmjenama se predlaže da se zahtjev može podnijeti u bilo kojoj policijskoj upravi ili postaji, kao što je to već moguće za izdavanje putovnice i vozačke dozvole.

Trenutno osobnu iskaznicu izdaje policijska uprava ili postaja mjesno nadležna prema prebivalištu podnositelja zahtjeva, a osoba koja uz prijavljeno prebivalište ima i prijavljeno boravište, zahtjev može podnijeti i u upravi ili postaji mjesno nadležnoj prema mjestu boravišta.

U izvanrednim okolnostima uvjetovanim elementarnim ili drugim nepogodama ili u drugim iznimnim situacijama, zahtjev za izdavanje osobne iskaznice trenutno se može podnijeti i u policijskoj upravi ili postaji koja nije mjesno nadležna.

MUP je odredbu o ukidanju mjesne nadležnosti zbog izvanrednih okolnosti počeo primjenjivati od 24. srpnja zbog iznimno povećanog broja stranaka koje su se obraćale zahtjevima za izdavanje osobnih iskaznica, što je dobrim dijelom bilo uvjetovano epidemijom koronavirusa, odnosno "izvanrednim i nepredvidivim okolnostima".

Primjena te odredbe kojom se nastojalo građanima olakšati ishođenje osobne iskaznice i rasteretiti policijske urede u kojima se podnosi veliki broj zahtjeva pokazala je dobre rezultate i razlog je za predlaganje izmjena zakona, kažu u MUP-u.

Analiza broja podnesenih zahtjeva za izdavanje osobnih iskaznica pokazala je, obrazlaže MUP da je primjena odredbe o ukidanju mjesne nadležnosti zbog izvanrednih okolnosti "dala pozitivne rezultate".

Povećan je broj zahtjeva u policijskim postajama koje su prije imale manji broj stranaka, odnosno građani su iskoristili mogućnost da u njima na brži način ishode osobne iskaznice, a to je i rasteretilo uprave i postaje s velikim brojem stranaka, pokazala je analiza.

MUP je stoga u elektroničko javno savjetovanje uputio obrazac prethodne procjene za izmjene Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici, odnosno ukidanje mjesne nadležnosti za izdavanje osobne iskaznice, a vremenski okvir za donošenje izmjena je drugi kvartal iduće godine.

Stiže novost vezana za osobne iskaznice: Veliko olakšanje za građane, ali i za policijske urede

Hrvatski građani će prema planovima Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova moći podnositi zahtjev za izdavanjem osobne iskaznice u bilo kojoj policijskoj postaji, a ne samo iznimno kao što je to sada slučaj.

MUP je javno savjetovanje poslao obrazac prethodne procjene za izmjene Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici kojima se predviđa ukidanje mjesne nadležnosti.

Umjesto važeće odredbe po kojoj građani zahtjeve za izdavanje osobne iskaznice podnose prema prebivalištu i boravištu, izmjenama se predlaže da se zahtjev može podnijeti u bilo kojoj policijskoj upravi ili postaji, kao što je to već moguće za izdavanje putovnice i vozačke dozvole.

Trenutno osobnu iskaznicu izdaje policijska uprava ili postaja mjesno nadležna prema prebivalištu podnositelja zahtjeva, a osoba koja uz prijavljeno prebivalište ima i prijavljeno boravište, zahtjev može podnijeti i u upravi ili postaji mjesno nadležnoj prema mjestu boravišta.

U izvanrednim okolnostima uvjetovanim elementarnim ili drugim nepogodama ili u drugim iznimnim situacijama, zahtjev za izdavanje osobne iskaznice trenutno se može podnijeti i u policijskoj upravi ili postaji koja nije mjesno nadležna.

MUP je odredbu o ukidanju mjesne nadležnosti zbog izvanrednih okolnosti počeo primjenjivati od 24. srpnja zbog iznimno povećanog broja stranaka koje su se obraćale zahtjevima za izdavanje osobnih iskaznica, što je dobrim dijelom bilo uvjetovano epidemijom koronavirusa, odnosno "izvanrednim i nepredvidivim okolnostima".

Primjena te odredbe kojom se nastojalo građanima olakšati ishođenje osobne iskaznice i rasteretiti policijske urede u kojima se podnosi veliki broj zahtjeva pokazala je dobre rezultate i razlog je za predlaganje izmjena zakona, kažu u MUP-u.

Analiza broja podnesenih zahtjeva za izdavanje osobnih iskaznica pokazala je, obrazlaže MUP da je primjena odredbe o ukidanju mjesne nadležnosti zbog izvanrednih okolnosti "dala pozitivne rezultate".

Povećan je broj zahtjeva u policijskim postajama koje su prije imale manji broj stranaka, odnosno građani su iskoristili mogućnost da u njima na brži način ishode osobne iskaznice, a to je i rasteretilo uprave i postaje s velikim brojem stranaka, pokazala je analiza.

MUP je stoga u elektroničko javno savjetovanje uputio obrazac prethodne procjene za izmjene Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici, odnosno ukidanje mjesne nadležnosti za izdavanje osobne iskaznice, a vremenski okvir za donošenje izmjena je drugi kvartal iduće godine.
