Nakon što smo objavili kako su brojni građani, u strahu od Zakona o turizmu, masovno navalili registrirati apartmane, javilo nam se nekoliko iznajmljivača kako bi nas upozorili na brojne nelogičnosti pri registraciji ove djelatnosti.

Prvenstveno se ovdje misli na minimalne tehničke uvjete koje propisuje Ministarstvo turizma za različite kategorije apartmana - ovisno o tome je li riječ o dvije, tri, četiri ili pet zvjezdica - a koje je moguće pronaći u sklopu Pravilnika o razvrstavanju i kategorizaciji objekata, piše Jutarnji list

"Znate li vi, molim vas, da sam ja za kategoriju četiri zvjezdice morao nabavljati kapice za tuširanje koje nitko ne koristi te sam pod obvezno morao uvesti fiksni telefon, ali internet nije propisan kao uvjet ni za jednu kategoriju", upozorio nas je na apsurdnost jedan iznajmljivač iz južne Dalmacije.

Mi smo, naravno, odmah provjerili u uvjetima i potvrdili da je čovjek u pravu.

Doista, tamo je propisano kako je uvjet za kategorizaciju apartmana ili kuće za odmor kategorije četiri i pet zvjezdica da obvezno moraju imati "telefon povezan s javnom telefonskom mrežom s uputama za korištenje na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku", ali to nije sve.

"O ne, morao sam kupiti i radiouređaj, također s uputama na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku", kroz smijeh nam je rekao.

Točna je i informacija da ove dvije kategorije nije moguće registrirati ako kupaonica nema "kapu za tuširanje ili kupanje", jednu za svaku osobu koja će noćiti u smještaju.

Dostava poruka

Četiri i pet zvjezdica potom nije moguće registrirati ni ako je iznajmljivač u prostor zaboravio staviti pribor za pisanje koji uključuje "omotnice, papir, olovku ili kemijsku olovku", valjda ako gosti svojim najmilijima odluče poslati pismo.

Zanimljivo, sugovornik nas upozorava kako dokument nigdje ne spominje priključak na internet, što bi značilo da postoji obveza fiksnog telefona u najvišim kategorijama, ali pristup internetu nije potreban čak ni za pet zvjezdica, a kamoli za dvije, što je poprilično nevjerojatno za 21. stoljeće.

Dapače, prethodni uvjeti, koji su važili 2016. godine, spominjali su obvezu priključka na internet u kategoriji četiri i pet zvjezdica, što je u međuvremenu isparilo, a, na sreću, isparila je i obveza postavljanja fiksnog telefona u kupaonici, što je donedavno bila obveza za sve tri kategorije.

U propisanim uvjetima pronašli smo još neke apsurde na koje nas upozoravaju naši sugovornici.

Tako je u sve četiri kategorije apartmana propisana obveza "dostave poruke gostima", a u sklopu smještaja obvezno mora biti i stalak za prtljagu.

Propisano je i minimalno ukrašavanje prostora tako da apartman obvezno mora imati ili sliku ili neki drugi ukrasni predmet, a obveza postavljanja sefa postoji samo za četiri i pet zvjezdica.

Dodatni je apsurd da je za registraciju apartmana, koje god kategorije bio, u prostoru dovoljno ostaviti samo jednu slobodnu utičnicu, i to neovisno o broju ležajeva.

Nakon što smo objavili kako su brojni građani, u strahu od Zakona o turizmu, masovno navalili registrirati apartmane, javilo nam se nekoliko iznajmljivača kako bi nas upozorili na brojne nelogičnosti pri registraciji ove djelatnosti.

Prvenstveno se ovdje misli na minimalne tehničke uvjete koje propisuje Ministarstvo turizma za različite kategorije apartmana - ovisno o tome je li riječ o dvije, tri, četiri ili pet zvjezdica - a koje je moguće pronaći u sklopu Pravilnika o razvrstavanju i kategorizaciji objekata, piše Jutarnji list

"Znate li vi, molim vas, da sam ja za kategoriju četiri zvjezdice morao nabavljati kapice za tuširanje koje nitko ne koristi te sam pod obvezno morao uvesti fiksni telefon, ali internet nije propisan kao uvjet ni za jednu kategoriju", upozorio nas je na apsurdnost jedan iznajmljivač iz južne Dalmacije.

Mi smo, naravno, odmah provjerili u uvjetima i potvrdili da je čovjek u pravu.

Doista, tamo je propisano kako je uvjet za kategorizaciju apartmana ili kuće za odmor kategorije četiri i pet zvjezdica da obvezno moraju imati "telefon povezan s javnom telefonskom mrežom s uputama za korištenje na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku", ali to nije sve.

"O ne, morao sam kupiti i radiouređaj, također s uputama na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku", kroz smijeh nam je rekao.

Točna je i informacija da ove dvije kategorije nije moguće registrirati ako kupaonica nema "kapu za tuširanje ili kupanje", jednu za svaku osobu koja će noćiti u smještaju.

Dostava poruka

Četiri i pet zvjezdica potom nije moguće registrirati ni ako je iznajmljivač u prostor zaboravio staviti pribor za pisanje koji uključuje "omotnice, papir, olovku ili kemijsku olovku", valjda ako gosti svojim najmilijima odluče poslati pismo.

Zanimljivo, sugovornik nas upozorava kako dokument nigdje ne spominje priključak na internet, što bi značilo da postoji obveza fiksnog telefona u najvišim kategorijama, ali pristup internetu nije potreban čak ni za pet zvjezdica, a kamoli za dvije, što je poprilično nevjerojatno za 21. stoljeće.

Dapače, prethodni uvjeti, koji su važili 2016. godine, spominjali su obvezu priključka na internet u kategoriji četiri i pet zvjezdica, što je u međuvremenu isparilo, a, na sreću, isparila je i obveza postavljanja fiksnog telefona u kupaonici, što je donedavno bila obveza za sve tri kategorije.

U propisanim uvjetima pronašli smo još neke apsurde na koje nas upozoravaju naši sugovornici.

Tako je u sve četiri kategorije apartmana propisana obveza "dostave poruke gostima", a u sklopu smještaja obvezno mora biti i stalak za prtljagu.

Propisano je i minimalno ukrašavanje prostora tako da apartman obvezno mora imati ili sliku ili neki drugi ukrasni predmet, a obveza postavljanja sefa postoji samo za četiri i pet zvjezdica.

Dodatni je apsurd da je za registraciju apartmana, koje god kategorije bio, u prostoru dovoljno ostaviti samo jednu slobodnu utičnicu, i to neovisno o broju ležajeva.

Nakon što smo objavili kako su brojni građani, u strahu od Zakona o turizmu, masovno navalili registrirati apartmane, javilo nam se nekoliko iznajmljivača kako bi nas upozorili na brojne nelogičnosti pri registraciji ove djelatnosti.

Prvenstveno se ovdje misli na minimalne tehničke uvjete koje propisuje Ministarstvo turizma za različite kategorije apartmana - ovisno o tome je li riječ o dvije, tri, četiri ili pet zvjezdica - a koje je moguće pronaći u sklopu Pravilnika o razvrstavanju i kategorizaciji objekata, piše Jutarnji list

"Znate li vi, molim vas, da sam ja za kategoriju četiri zvjezdice morao nabavljati kapice za tuširanje koje nitko ne koristi te sam pod obvezno morao uvesti fiksni telefon, ali internet nije propisan kao uvjet ni za jednu kategoriju", upozorio nas je na apsurdnost jedan iznajmljivač iz južne Dalmacije.

Mi smo, naravno, odmah provjerili u uvjetima i potvrdili da je čovjek u pravu.

Doista, tamo je propisano kako je uvjet za kategorizaciju apartmana ili kuće za odmor kategorije četiri i pet zvjezdica da obvezno moraju imati "telefon povezan s javnom telefonskom mrežom s uputama za korištenje na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku", ali to nije sve.

"O ne, morao sam kupiti i radiouređaj, također s uputama na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku", kroz smijeh nam je rekao.

Točna je i informacija da ove dvije kategorije nije moguće registrirati ako kupaonica nema "kapu za tuširanje ili kupanje", jednu za svaku osobu koja će noćiti u smještaju.

Dostava poruka

Četiri i pet zvjezdica potom nije moguće registrirati ni ako je iznajmljivač u prostor zaboravio staviti pribor za pisanje koji uključuje "omotnice, papir, olovku ili kemijsku olovku", valjda ako gosti svojim najmilijima odluče poslati pismo.
