Ministarstvo zdravstva najavilo je da će početkom sljedećeg tjedna biti aktivirana centralna e-mail adresa liste@miz.hr namijenjena nehitnim pacijentima u ostvarivanju prvog termina na dijagnostički pregled.

Nova centralna e-mail adresa otvara se temeljem podataka testnog razdoblja kontaktiranja pacijenata koje je pokazalo da je otkazano gotovo osam posto narudžbi, dok je tri posto zakazanih sadržavalo nepotpune ili netočne kontakt podatke o pacijentu.

Ministarstvo zdravstva i Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO) u testnom su razdoblju do 9. siječnja kontaktirali 6.814 pacijenata koji su imali 17.873 narudžbe te ih podsjetili na zakazan termin.

Otkazano je gotovo 8 posto odnosno 1.387 narudžbi od čega su 852 bile na MR postupke, dok je preko 3 posto zakazanih narudžbi sadržavalo nepotpune ili netočne kontakt podatke o pacijentu.

„Na temelju navedenih podataka, pokrenula se inicijativa aktiviranja centralne e-mail adrese liste@miz.hr koja će pružiti još jedan kanal komunikacije pacijentima, ali i ostalim dionicima zdravstvenog sustava s ciljem očuvanja silaznog trenda lista čekanja kao i dodatnog unaprjeđivanja procesa i otklanjanja eventualnih poteškoća dolaska do prvog termina za dijagnostički pregled“, priopćili su u nedjelju iz Ministarstva.

Najavili su aktiviranje centralne e-mail adrese početkom sljedećeg tjedna u suradnji s područnim uredima HZZO-a.

Dugoročni je cilj, dodaju, pozicionirati novu centralnu e-mail adresu kao glavnu platformu koja će sadržavati sve informacije pacijenata i ostalih dionika u sustavu što će omogućiti i promptno rješavanje eventualnih ‘uskih grla‘ u procesima putem rukovoditelja područnih službi HZZO-a i bolnice na njihovom području.

„S obzirom da su rukovoditelji područnih službi dio Radnog tijela koje ima zadatak održati postignuti indikator vezan za liste čekanja te osigurati daljnje smanjivanje listi čekanja, jedni su od ključnih faktora u povezivanju pacijenata s potrebnom zdravstvenom ustanovom u osiguravanju termina unutar nacionalnog prosjeka čekanja na prvi termin dijagnostičkog pregleda“, objašnjavaju iz Ministarstva.

Povratni izvještaj za svaki pojedini slučaj

Ističu i dodatnu vrijednost u ovom procesu - povratni izvještaj za svaki pojedini slučaj kako bi se u svakom trenutku imao potpuni pregled nad statusom svih eventualnih zaprimljenih poteškoća pacijenata.

Resorni ministar Vili Beroš poručuje da su „organizacija bolničkih radilišta, međusobna komunikacija unutar zdravstvenih ustanova kao i bolničke i primarne razine zdravstvenog sustava, ali i odgovornost pacijenata na dolazak na ugovoreni termin ili pravovremeno otkazivanje istog nužni su preduvjeti za očuvanje silaznog trenda lista čekanja“.

Da zajedno možemo postići navedeni cilj, pokazuju posljednje komunicirane brojke nacionalnog prosjeka na pojedine termine, ističe ministar i zahvaljuje svim dionicima sustava koji su ostvarili dosadašnje smanjivanje listi čekanja na dijagnostičke preglede za nehitne pacijente, ali i prioritetne koji zahtijevaju žurni termin.

 „Upravo zahvaljujući onkološkim uputnicama, kao jednima od dodatnih reformskih mjera, širimo mrežu na nacionalnoj razini u sklopu koje već ostvarujemo dobre rezultate – u Pilot projektu KBC-a Rijeka manje od 4 dana, a u ostalim ustanovama manje od 7 dana do pregleda kod specijalista za pet onkoloških sijela - dojku, prostatu, pluća, probavni sustav i kožu“, naveo je ministar Beroš.

Ministarstvo zdravstva najavilo je da će početkom sljedećeg tjedna biti aktivirana centralna e-mail adresa liste@miz.hr namijenjena nehitnim pacijentima u ostvarivanju prvog termina na dijagnostički pregled.

Nova centralna e-mail adresa otvara se temeljem podataka testnog razdoblja kontaktiranja pacijenata koje je pokazalo da je otkazano gotovo osam posto narudžbi, dok je tri posto zakazanih sadržavalo nepotpune ili netočne kontakt podatke o pacijentu.

Ministarstvo zdravstva i Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO) u testnom su razdoblju do 9. siječnja kontaktirali 6.814 pacijenata koji su imali 17.873 narudžbe te ih podsjetili na zakazan termin.

Otkazano je gotovo 8 posto odnosno 1.387 narudžbi od čega su 852 bile na MR postupke, dok je preko 3 posto zakazanih narudžbi sadržavalo nepotpune ili netočne kontakt podatke o pacijentu.

„Na temelju navedenih podataka, pokrenula se inicijativa aktiviranja centralne e-mail adrese liste@miz.hr koja će pružiti još jedan kanal komunikacije pacijentima, ali i ostalim dionicima zdravstvenog sustava s ciljem očuvanja silaznog trenda lista čekanja kao i dodatnog unaprjeđivanja procesa i otklanjanja eventualnih poteškoća dolaska do prvog termina za dijagnostički pregled“, priopćili su u nedjelju iz Ministarstva.

Najavili su aktiviranje centralne e-mail adrese početkom sljedećeg tjedna u suradnji s područnim uredima HZZO-a.

Dugoročni je cilj, dodaju, pozicionirati novu centralnu e-mail adresu kao glavnu platformu koja će sadržavati sve informacije pacijenata i ostalih dionika u sustavu što će omogućiti i promptno rješavanje eventualnih ‘uskih grla‘ u procesima putem rukovoditelja područnih službi HZZO-a i bolnice na njihovom području.

„S obzirom da su rukovoditelji područnih službi dio Radnog tijela koje ima zadatak održati postignuti indikator vezan za liste čekanja te osigurati daljnje smanjivanje listi čekanja, jedni su od ključnih faktora u povezivanju pacijenata s potrebnom zdravstvenom ustanovom u osiguravanju termina unutar nacionalnog prosjeka čekanja na prvi termin dijagnostičkog pregleda“, objašnjavaju iz Ministarstva.

Povratni izvještaj za svaki pojedini slučaj

Ističu i dodatnu vrijednost u ovom procesu - povratni izvještaj za svaki pojedini slučaj kako bi se u svakom trenutku imao potpuni pregled nad statusom svih eventualnih zaprimljenih poteškoća pacijenata.

Resorni ministar Vili Beroš poručuje da su „organizacija bolničkih radilišta, međusobna komunikacija unutar zdravstvenih ustanova kao i bolničke i primarne razine zdravstvenog sustava, ali i odgovornost pacijenata na dolazak na ugovoreni termin ili pravovremeno otkazivanje istog nužni su preduvjeti za očuvanje silaznog trenda lista čekanja“.

Da zajedno možemo postići navedeni cilj, pokazuju posljednje komunicirane brojke nacionalnog prosjeka na pojedine termine, ističe ministar i zahvaljuje svim dionicima sustava koji su ostvarili dosadašnje smanjivanje listi čekanja na dijagnostičke preglede za nehitne pacijente, ali i prioritetne koji zahtijevaju žurni termin.

 „Upravo zahvaljujući onkološkim uputnicama, kao jednima od dodatnih reformskih mjera, širimo mrežu na nacionalnoj razini u sklopu koje već ostvarujemo dobre rezultate – u Pilot projektu KBC-a Rijeka manje od 4 dana, a u ostalim ustanovama manje od 7 dana do pregleda kod specijalista za pet onkoloških sijela - dojku, prostatu, pluća, probavni sustav i kožu“, naveo je ministar Beroš.

Ministarstvo zdravstva najavilo je da će početkom sljedećeg tjedna biti aktivirana centralna e-mail adresa liste@miz.hr namijenjena nehitnim pacijentima u ostvarivanju prvog termina na dijagnostički pregled.

Nova centralna e-mail adresa otvara se temeljem podataka testnog razdoblja kontaktiranja pacijenata koje je pokazalo da je otkazano gotovo osam posto narudžbi, dok je tri posto zakazanih sadržavalo nepotpune ili netočne kontakt podatke o pacijentu.

Ministarstvo zdravstva i Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO) u testnom su razdoblju do 9. siječnja kontaktirali 6.814 pacijenata koji su imali 17.873 narudžbe te ih podsjetili na zakazan termin.
