Portal Severe Weather objavio je prognozu za ostatak listopada po kojoj se čini da će početak jeseni više nalikovati sredini ljeta. Naime, nakon rekordno toplog rujna čeka nas isto takav listopad.

Mjesec rujan 2023. bio je najtopliji u cijelom svijetu još od 1979. s prosječnom globalnom temperaturom od 16,38 stupnjeva Celzija. U Europi je tako u rujnu prosječna temperatura bila 2,5 stupnja viša nego prosječna u skoro tridesetogodišnjem razdoblju od 1991. do 2020. Rujan ove godine bio je, nakon lipnja, srpnja i kolovoza, četvrti mjesec koji je postavio novi globalni temperaturni mjesečni rekord pa je, prema tome, 2023. godina na najboljem putu da postane najtoplija godina od kad postoje mjerenja.

Prvih dana listopada zabilježeni su brojni temperaturni rekordi u mnogim zemljama, poglavito Francuskoj, Španjolskoj, Austriji i Poljskoj. No zapadnu Europu uskoro očekuje još jedan toplinski val i to već za vikend.

U nekim su zemljama temperaturni rekordi za listopad već pali, piše Severe Weather. U nedjelju 1. listopada u Montoru u Španjolskoj zabilježena su 38,2 stupnja čime je oboren dotadašnji rekord u listopadu u toj zemlji, postavljen 2014. godine, a koji je iznosio 37,5. Dan poslije, u francuskom je Navarrenxu izmjereno 35,8 stupnjeva Celzija, dok je u Langenlebarnu nedaleko Beča temperatura bila 30,3 stupnja. I u Poljskoj je pao 57 godina star rekord pa je 3. listopada izmjereno 29,3 Celzijevih stupnjeva.

I u idućim danima mnogi bi dijelovi Europe mogli imati temperature preko 30 stupnjeva, na primjer na jugu Francuske, dok će u sjevernim dijelovima kontinenta - zemljama Beneluxa, Njemačkoj te na jugu Engleske - biti više od 25 stupnjeva. U Irskoj će biti možda tek koji stupanj svježije, a Italija bi mogla ‘zakuhati‘ na temperaturi preko 30.

Glavni ‘krivac‘ za ovako visoke temperature je tzv. ‘toplinska kupola‘. Naime, nakon duljeg razdoblja stabilnog vremena, kupola pojačava učinak topline. Ta pojava uglavnom zagrijava Europu i Sjevernu Ameriku ljeti, ali može se dogoditi i na jesen, kao što je slučaj ove godine. Kupola djeluje kao poklopac koji zadržava topli zrak i stišće ga prema tlu, a upravo takva kupola nadvit će se nad zapadnom Europom. Djelomično će biti zahvaćen i sjeverni Mediteran te dijelovi srednje Europe. Hladnija zračna masa sa sjevera malo će rashladiti istok kontinenta.

Osvježenje ipak stiže u ponedjeljak, no prije toga temperature će biti natprosječno visoke u južnoj Hrvatskoj i BiH, a mogle bi doseći i 28 stupnjeva Celzija.

Portal Severe Weather objavio je prognozu za ostatak listopada po kojoj se čini da će početak jeseni više nalikovati sredini ljeta. Naime, nakon rekordno toplog rujna čeka nas isto takav listopad.

Mjesec rujan 2023. bio je najtopliji u cijelom svijetu još od 1979. s prosječnom globalnom temperaturom od 16,38 stupnjeva Celzija. U Europi je tako u rujnu prosječna temperatura bila 2,5 stupnja viša nego prosječna u skoro tridesetogodišnjem razdoblju od 1991. do 2020. Rujan ove godine bio je, nakon lipnja, srpnja i kolovoza, četvrti mjesec koji je postavio novi globalni temperaturni mjesečni rekord pa je, prema tome, 2023. godina na najboljem putu da postane najtoplija godina od kad postoje mjerenja.

Prvih dana listopada zabilježeni su brojni temperaturni rekordi u mnogim zemljama, poglavito Francuskoj, Španjolskoj, Austriji i Poljskoj. No zapadnu Europu uskoro očekuje još jedan toplinski val i to već za vikend.

U nekim su zemljama temperaturni rekordi za listopad već pali, piše Severe Weather. U nedjelju 1. listopada u Montoru u Španjolskoj zabilježena su 38,2 stupnja čime je oboren dotadašnji rekord u listopadu u toj zemlji, postavljen 2014. godine, a koji je iznosio 37,5. Dan poslije, u francuskom je Navarrenxu izmjereno 35,8 stupnjeva Celzija, dok je u Langenlebarnu nedaleko Beča temperatura bila 30,3 stupnja. I u Poljskoj je pao 57 godina star rekord pa je 3. listopada izmjereno 29,3 Celzijevih stupnjeva.

I u idućim danima mnogi bi dijelovi Europe mogli imati temperature preko 30 stupnjeva, na primjer na jugu Francuske, dok će u sjevernim dijelovima kontinenta - zemljama Beneluxa, Njemačkoj te na jugu Engleske - biti više od 25 stupnjeva. U Irskoj će biti možda tek koji stupanj svježije, a Italija bi mogla ‘zakuhati‘ na temperaturi preko 30.

Glavni ‘krivac‘ za ovako visoke temperature je tzv. ‘toplinska kupola‘. Naime, nakon duljeg razdoblja stabilnog vremena, kupola pojačava učinak topline. Ta pojava uglavnom zagrijava Europu i Sjevernu Ameriku ljeti, ali može se dogoditi i na jesen, kao što je slučaj ove godine. Kupola djeluje kao poklopac koji zadržava topli zrak i stišće ga prema tlu, a upravo takva kupola nadvit će se nad zapadnom Europom. Djelomično će biti zahvaćen i sjeverni Mediteran te dijelovi srednje Europe. Hladnija zračna masa sa sjevera malo će rashladiti istok kontinenta.

Osvježenje ipak stiže u ponedjeljak, no prije toga temperature će biti natprosječno visoke u južnoj Hrvatskoj i BiH, a mogle bi doseći i 28 stupnjeva Celzija.

Portal Severe Weather objavio je prognozu za ostatak listopada po kojoj se čini da će početak jeseni više nalikovati sredini ljeta. Naime, nakon rekordno toplog rujna čeka nas isto takav listopad.

Mjesec rujan 2023. bio je najtopliji u cijelom svijetu još od 1979. s prosječnom globalnom temperaturom od 16,38 stupnjeva Celzija. U Europi je tako u rujnu prosječna temperatura bila 2,5 stupnja viša nego prosječna u skoro tridesetogodišnjem razdoblju od 1991. do 2020. Rujan ove godine bio je, nakon lipnja, srpnja i kolovoza, četvrti mjesec koji je postavio novi globalni temperaturni mjesečni rekord pa je, prema tome, 2023. godina na najboljem putu da postane najtoplija godina od kad postoje mjerenja.

Prvih dana listopada zabilježeni su brojni temperaturni rekordi u mnogim zemljama, poglavito Francuskoj, Španjolskoj, Austriji i Poljskoj. No zapadnu Europu uskoro očekuje još jedan toplinski val i to već za vikend.

U nekim su zemljama temperaturni rekordi za listopad već pali, piše Severe Weather. U nedjelju 1. listopada u Montoru u Španjolskoj zabilježena su 38,2 stupnja čime je oboren dotadašnji rekord u listopadu u toj zemlji, postavljen 2014. godine, a koji je iznosio 37,5. Dan poslije, u francuskom je Navarrenxu izmjereno 35,8 stupnjeva Celzija, dok je u Langenlebarnu nedaleko Beča temperatura bila 30,3 stupnja. I u Poljskoj je pao 57 godina star rekord pa je 3. listopada izmjereno 29,3 Celzijevih stupnjeva.

I u idućim danima mnogi bi dijelovi Europe mogli imati temperature preko 30 stupnjeva, na primjer na jugu Francuske, dok će u sjevernim dijelovima kontinenta - zemljama Beneluxa, Njemačkoj te na jugu Engleske - biti više od 25 stupnjeva. U Irskoj će biti možda tek koji stupanj svježije, a Italija bi mogla ‘zakuhati‘ na temperaturi preko 30.

Glavni ‘krivac‘ za ovako visoke temperature je tzv. ‘toplinska kupola‘. Naime, nakon duljeg razdoblja stabilnog vremena, kupola pojačava učinak topline. Ta pojava uglavnom zagrijava Europu i Sjevernu Ameriku ljeti, ali može se dogoditi i na jesen, kao što je slučaj ove godine.
