Privatnim iznajmljivačima, uz poskupljenje energenata i inflaciju, od ove sezone enormno rastu i izdaci za paušalni porez, pristojbu i odvoz otpada. Prisiljeni su, kako prenosi HRT, stoga podignuti cijene svojih usluga, no konkurencija na Mediteranu sve je jača pa će i gosti dobro razmisliti što im i po kojoj cijeni nudi pojedino turističko odredište.

Iznajmljivači u središtu Splita u šoku - paušalni porez porastao je na maksimalnih, vrtoglavih 200 eura po krevetu.

- Možda bi lakše bilo prihvaćeno bilo kakvo povećanje bilo kakvih davanja kada bi bilo donekle argumentirano i kada bi ljudi mogli razumjeti zbog čega se to traži, rekla je Martina Nimac Kalcina, vlasnica obiteljskog smještaja.

Ne razumiju iznajmljivači ni zašto će fiksni dio usluge odvoza otpada, zbog zakonskog usklađivanja, za sve gospodarstvenike biti jednak.

- Mislim da nije u redu da nas se stavlja u isti paket kao nekakve velike hotelske firme, koje su i firme i obrti, dok su većina iznajmljivača privatni iznajmljivači u domaćinstvu, kazala je Zvonimira Krvavica, vlasnica obiteljskog smještaja.

Uz inflaciju te poskupljenje struje, vode i komunalija - računica se traži u podizanju cijena, od 5 do 20 posto, ovisno o odredištu.

- Jesu nam zaista porasli troškovi. Vidjet ćemo kako ćemo, što ćemo. Moramo se boriti prvenstveno za gosta, poručila je Dragica Lukina, predsjednica Udruge iznajmljivača sjeverozapadne Istre.

A taj će gost ove sezone prevrnuti svaki euro namijenjen za godišnji odmor. Jer konkurentske mediteranske zemlje imaju niže cijene i smještaja i ostalih turističkih usluga.

- Na žalost, u ovom momentu, ako želimo biti boutique destinacija, onda doista moramo neke stvari, neke sadržaje, implementirati unutar same destinacije kako bi se istakli od konkurencije jer mislim da to ove godine baš neće biti tako lako, rekla je za HRT, Barbara Marković, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge obiteljskog smještaja.

Oni kojima nije lako cijelu godinu plaćati izdatke za sezonsku djelatnost, dosjetili su se privremeno je odjaviti, a onda uoči sezone opet prijaviti.

- Međutim i tu postoji jedan problem a to je da će trebati možda dva mjeseca do izlaska uopće ljudi na teren da bi kategorizirali tako veliki broj smještaja ponovno i onda se bojim da će dosta ljudi započeti sezonu radeći na crno, dakle u sivoj zoni, rekla je Marković.

Priželjkuju vlasnici obiteljskog smještaja primjereniji odnos države prema tom dijelu turističkog sektora, u kojem je više od polovine ukupnih smještajnih kapaciteta. Traže njegovu rekategorizaciju jer obiteljski smještaj ima dugu tradiciju na našem priobalnom području pa žele da ga se razdvoji od sve češćeg samo pukog iznajmljivanja nekretnina.

Privatnim iznajmljivačima, uz poskupljenje energenata i inflaciju, od ove sezone enormno rastu i izdaci za paušalni porez, pristojbu i odvoz otpada. Prisiljeni su, kako prenosi HRT, stoga podignuti cijene svojih usluga, no konkurencija na Mediteranu sve je jača pa će i gosti dobro razmisliti što im i po kojoj cijeni nudi pojedino turističko odredište.

Iznajmljivači u središtu Splita u šoku - paušalni porez porastao je na maksimalnih, vrtoglavih 200 eura po krevetu.

- Možda bi lakše bilo prihvaćeno bilo kakvo povećanje bilo kakvih davanja kada bi bilo donekle argumentirano i kada bi ljudi mogli razumjeti zbog čega se to traži, rekla je Martina Nimac Kalcina, vlasnica obiteljskog smještaja.

Ne razumiju iznajmljivači ni zašto će fiksni dio usluge odvoza otpada, zbog zakonskog usklađivanja, za sve gospodarstvenike biti jednak.

- Mislim da nije u redu da nas se stavlja u isti paket kao nekakve velike hotelske firme, koje su i firme i obrti, dok su većina iznajmljivača privatni iznajmljivači u domaćinstvu, kazala je Zvonimira Krvavica, vlasnica obiteljskog smještaja.

Uz inflaciju te poskupljenje struje, vode i komunalija - računica se traži u podizanju cijena, od 5 do 20 posto, ovisno o odredištu.

- Jesu nam zaista porasli troškovi. Vidjet ćemo kako ćemo, što ćemo. Moramo se boriti prvenstveno za gosta, poručila je Dragica Lukina, predsjednica Udruge iznajmljivača sjeverozapadne Istre.

A taj će gost ove sezone prevrnuti svaki euro namijenjen za godišnji odmor. Jer konkurentske mediteranske zemlje imaju niže cijene i smještaja i ostalih turističkih usluga.

- Na žalost, u ovom momentu, ako želimo biti boutique destinacija, onda doista moramo neke stvari, neke sadržaje, implementirati unutar same destinacije kako bi se istakli od konkurencije jer mislim da to ove godine baš neće biti tako lako, rekla je za HRT, Barbara Marković, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge obiteljskog smještaja.

Oni kojima nije lako cijelu godinu plaćati izdatke za sezonsku djelatnost, dosjetili su se privremeno je odjaviti, a onda uoči sezone opet prijaviti.

- Međutim i tu postoji jedan problem a to je da će trebati možda dva mjeseca do izlaska uopće ljudi na teren da bi kategorizirali tako veliki broj smještaja ponovno i onda se bojim da će dosta ljudi započeti sezonu radeći na crno, dakle u sivoj zoni, rekla je Marković.

Priželjkuju vlasnici obiteljskog smještaja primjereniji odnos države prema tom dijelu turističkog sektora, u kojem je više od polovine ukupnih smještajnih kapaciteta. Traže njegovu rekategorizaciju jer obiteljski smještaj ima dugu tradiciju na našem priobalnom području pa žele da ga se razdvoji od sve češćeg samo pukog iznajmljivanja nekretnina.

Privatnim iznajmljivačima, uz poskupljenje energenata i inflaciju, od ove sezone enormno rastu i izdaci za paušalni porez, pristojbu i odvoz otpada. Prisiljeni su, kako prenosi HRT, stoga podignuti cijene svojih usluga, no konkurencija na Mediteranu sve je jača pa će i gosti dobro razmisliti što im i po kojoj cijeni nudi pojedino turističko odredište.

Iznajmljivači u središtu Splita u šoku - paušalni porez porastao je na maksimalnih, vrtoglavih 200 eura po krevetu.

- Možda bi lakše bilo prihvaćeno bilo kakvo povećanje bilo kakvih davanja kada bi bilo donekle argumentirano i kada bi ljudi mogli razumjeti zbog čega se to traži, rekla je Martina Nimac Kalcina, vlasnica obiteljskog smještaja.

Ne razumiju iznajmljivači ni zašto će fiksni dio usluge odvoza otpada, zbog zakonskog usklađivanja, za sve gospodarstvenike biti jednak.

- Mislim da nije u redu da nas se stavlja u isti paket kao nekakve velike hotelske firme, koje su i firme i obrti, dok su većina iznajmljivača privatni iznajmljivači u domaćinstvu, kazala je Zvonimira Krvavica, vlasnica obiteljskog smještaja.

Uz inflaciju te poskupljenje struje, vode i komunalija - računica se traži u podizanju cijena, od 5 do 20 posto, ovisno o odredištu.

- Jesu nam zaista porasli troškovi. Vidjet ćemo kako ćemo, što ćemo. Moramo se boriti prvenstveno za gosta, poručila je Dragica Lukina, predsjednica Udruge iznajmljivača sjeverozapadne Istre.

A taj će gost ove sezone prevrnuti svaki euro namijenjen za godišnji odmor. Jer konkurentske mediteranske zemlje imaju niže cijene i smještaja i ostalih turističkih usluga.

- Na žalost, u ovom momentu, ako želimo biti boutique destinacija, onda doista moramo neke stvari, neke sadržaje, implementirati unutar same destinacije kako bi se istakli od konkurencije jer mislim da to ove godine baš neće biti tako lako, rekla je za HRT, Barbara Marković, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge obiteljskog smještaja.

Oni kojima nije lako cijelu godinu plaćati izdatke za sezonsku djelatnost, dosjetili su se privremeno je odjaviti, a onda uoči sezone opet prijaviti.
