Stotinjak roditelja i djece okupilo se u subotu na mirnom prosvjedu u centru Zagreba s kojeg su članovi građanske inicijative "ZA djecu" tražili ukidanje cenzusa i fiksni dječji doplatak za svako dijete u iznosu od 100 eura, te povećanje uvećanog doplatka za djecu s teškoćama u razvoju.
Mirni prosvjed "Dječji doplatak za svu djecu" u organizaciji Građanske inicijative "ZA djecu" održao se istoga dana u 20-ak gradova.
Uz ukidanje cenzusa i fiksni dječji doplatak, traže povećanje uvećanog doplatka za djecu s teškoćama u razvoju za prvi i drugi stupanj oštećenja na 150 eura, a treći i četvrti na 200 eura.
Na prosvjedu su bili roditelji s djecom držeći transparente na kojima je pisalo "Dječji doplatak za svu djecu", "Dječji doplatak je pravo svakog djeteta" i "Dječji doplatak EU - mjera obiteljske politike, Hrvatska (EU) - socijalna mjera".
"Ovdje je riječ o pravu na dječji doplatak, a naša je dužnost da zaštitimo to pravo", rekla je članica i organizatorica građanske inicijative "ZA djecu"  Renata Turujlija.
Iz inicijative kažu da se zakon nije mijenjao već desetljećima, izuzev male izmjene 2018. kada je podignut cenzus.
"Bilo bi dosta da smo dio statistike gdje smo na zadnjem mjestu što se tiče dječjeg doplatka, koji sada iznosi od 26 eura po djetetu", poručila je Turujlija vladajućima.
Mnogi ostali bez doplatka jer prelaze cenzus - za nekoliko centi
Na prosvjedu je rečeno da veliki broj roditelja ove godine ponovno nije primio dječji doplatak zbog dohodovnog cenzusa te da manje od 300 tisuća djece uopće ima pravo na dječji doplatak.
Roditelji su zakinuti trenutnim zakonom, smatraju prosvjednici, a mnogo njih ne prima doplatak i to zbog nekoliko centi jer prelaze cenzus.
"Dječji doplatak nije socijalna pomoć, ali po trenutnom zakonu koji je na snazi on spada pod socijalnu pomoć", ocijenili su organizatori prosvjeda, a naveli su i da se izmjenama zakona želi da dječji doplatak postane dio politike i pravo svakog djeteta, neovisno o tome koliko njihovi roditelji imaju prihoda.
"Dječji doplatak kao socijalna mjera je nedopustiva činjenica, jer u Njemačkoj zakonodavac nije predvidio mjeru dječjeg doplatka kao socijalnu mjeru već kao pravo" rekla je medijima Turujlija.
Prosvjednici se slažu da zakon o dječjem doplatku nije jedini zakon koji se treba mijenjati te da Građanska inicijativa planira poraditi i na drugim pitanjima, od zakona o radu koji, kažu, diskriminira trudnice i rodilje, preko zakona o socijalnim naknadama, sve do mirovina.
Kažu i da oni koji su protiv fiksnog dječjeg doplataka za svako dijete tvrde da to pravo uzimaju takozvani neradnici. 
"Naša djeca imaju pravo na dječji doplatak, ali mi koji dobijemo dječji doplatak smo neradnici. Da pitam majke koje su donijele zakon protiv dječjeg doplatka, koliko rade sa svojom djecom u 24 sata?", kazala je okupljenim prosvjednicima Turujlija.

Stotinjak roditelja i djece okupilo se u subotu na mirnom prosvjedu u centru Zagreba s kojeg su članovi građanske inicijative "ZA djecu" tražili ukidanje cenzusa i fiksni dječji doplatak za svako dijete u iznosu od 100 eura, te povećanje uvećanog doplatka za djecu s teškoćama u razvoju.
Mirni prosvjed "Dječji doplatak za svu djecu" u organizaciji Građanske inicijative "ZA djecu" održao se istoga dana u 20-ak gradova.
Uz ukidanje cenzusa i fiksni dječji doplatak, traže povećanje uvećanog doplatka za djecu s teškoćama u razvoju za prvi i drugi stupanj oštećenja na 150 eura, a treći i četvrti na 200 eura.
Na prosvjedu su bili roditelji s djecom držeći transparente na kojima je pisalo "Dječji doplatak za svu djecu", "Dječji doplatak je pravo svakog djeteta" i "Dječji doplatak EU - mjera obiteljske politike, Hrvatska (EU) - socijalna mjera".
"Ovdje je riječ o pravu na dječji doplatak, a naša je dužnost da zaštitimo to pravo", rekla je članica i organizatorica građanske inicijative "ZA djecu"  Renata Turujlija.
Iz inicijative kažu da se zakon nije mijenjao već desetljećima, izuzev male izmjene 2018. kada je podignut cenzus.

Mnogi ostali bez doplatka jer prelaze cenzus - za nekoliko centi
Na prosvjedu je rečeno da veliki broj roditelja ove godine ponovno nije primio dječji doplatak zbog dohodovnog cenzusa te da manje od 300 tisuća djece uopće ima pravo na dječji doplatak.
Roditelji su zakinuti trenutnim zakonom, smatraju prosvjednici, a mnogo njih ne prima doplatak i to zbog nekoliko centi jer prelaze cenzus.
"Dječji doplatak nije socijalna pomoć, ali po trenutnom zakonu koji je na snazi on spada pod socijalnu pomoć", ocijenili su organizatori prosvjeda, a naveli su i da se izmjenama zakona želi da dječji doplatak postane dio politike i pravo svakog djeteta, neovisno o tome koliko njihovi roditelji imaju prihoda.
"Dječji doplatak kao socijalna mjera je nedopustiva činjenica, jer u Njemačkoj zakonodavac nije predvidio mjeru dječjeg doplatka kao socijalnu mjeru već kao pravo" rekla je medijima Turujlija.
Prosvjednici se slažu da zakon o dječjem doplatku nije jedini zakon koji se treba mijenjati te da Građanska inicijativa planira poraditi i na drugim pitanjima, od zakona o radu koji, kažu, diskriminira trudnice i rodilje, preko zakona o socijalnim naknadama, sve do mirovina.
Kažu i da oni koji su protiv fiksnog dječjeg doplataka za svako dijete tvrde da to pravo uzimaju takozvani neradnici. 
"Naša djeca imaju pravo na dječji doplatak, ali mi koji dobijemo dječji doplatak smo neradnici. Da pitam majke koje su donijele zakon protiv dječjeg doplatka, koliko rade sa svojom djecom u 24 sata?", kazala je okupljenim prosvjednicima Turujlija.

Fiksni dječji doplatak od 100 eura treba dobiti svako dijete, a djeci s teškoćama u razvoju 150 i 200 eura mjesečno

Stotinjak roditelja i djece okupilo se u subotu na mirnom prosvjedu u centru Zagreba s kojeg su članovi građanske inicijative "ZA djecu" tražili ukidanje cenzusa i fiksni dječji doplatak za svako dijete u iznosu od 100 eura, te povećanje uvećanog doplatka za djecu s teškoćama u razvoju.
Mirni prosvjed "Dječji doplatak za svu djecu" u organizaciji Građanske inicijative "ZA djecu" održao se istoga dana u 20-ak gradova.
Uz ukidanje cenzusa i fiksni dječji doplatak, traže povećanje uvećanog doplatka za djecu s teškoćama u razvoju za prvi i drugi stupanj oštećenja na 150 eura, a treći i četvrti na 200 eura.
Na prosvjedu su bili roditelji s djecom držeći transparente na kojima je pisalo "Dječji doplatak za svu djecu", "Dječji doplatak je pravo svakog djeteta" i "Dječji doplatak EU - mjera obiteljske politike, Hrvatska (EU) - socijalna mjera".
"Ovdje je riječ o pravu na dječji doplatak, a naša je dužnost da zaštitimo to pravo", rekla je članica i organizatorica građanske inicijative "ZA djecu"  Renata Turujlija.
Iz inicijative kažu da se zakon nije mijenjao već desetljećima, izuzev male izmjene 2018. kada je podignut cenzus.
