Bivši ministar obrane Mario Banožić iselio je iz prostranog državnog stana u centru Zagreba koji je, kako su isticali mediji, dodijelio sam sebi i koristio ga neprestano od 2019. godine. Banožić je tada prvi puta ušao u Vladu kao ministar državne imovine.

To je iz tvrtke Državne nekretnine koja upravlja državnim stanovima za službene potrebe službeno potvrđeno za 24 sata, kako javlja taj list. No, kako napominju, Banožić je opet prekršio Zakon o sprečavanju sukoba interesa jer nije ispunio svoju zakonsku obvezu i u roku od mjesec dana od razrješenja podnio novu imovinsku karticu te bi stoga trebao dobiti kaznu. Stan još nije nikome dodijeljen.

"Gospodin M. Banožić više ne koristi stan za službene potrebe, a primopredaja stana će biti idući tjedan, nakon Božića. Inventar u svim stanovima pa tako i u onima za službene potrebe je imovina trgovačkog društva Državne nekretnine. Dakle, inventar ostaje u stanovima za službene potrebe s obzirom na to da čini opremu stana. Korisnici stanova za službene potrebe do primopredaje stanova odnose svoje osobne stvari", odgovorili su za 24 sata iz Državnih nekretnina.

Stan od 92 kvadrata se nalazi u Gundulićevoj ulici u Zagrebu, a Banožić ga si je dodijelio u jesen 2019. godine. Povjerenstvo za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa je utvrdilo da je prekršio zakon i dodijelio ga sam sebi. Kada je stan došao u državni portfelj, odredio ga je za službene potrebe, a onda odmah potpisao kao ministar da ga dodjeljuje sam sebi, podsjeća zagrebački dnevnik.

 

Kako je utvrdilo Povjerenstvo, na uređenje tog stana je potrošeno oko 360.000 tadašnjih kuna ili nešto manje od 50.000 eura. Osim što je stan građevinski renoviran, država je za stan kupila i sav namještaj te razne sitne kućne potrepštine.

Banožić ga je plaćao 61 euro mjesečno jer već godinama je cijena službenih stanova pet kuna po kvadratu.

Banožić je razriješen dužnosti 11. studenog ove godine, nakon što je izazvao prometnu nesreću u kojoj je poginuo otac dvoje djece Goran Šarić. Iz bolnice je izašao 24. studenog, ali nije ispunio svoju zakonsku obvezu i podnio imovinsku karticu, što je morao učiniti do 11. prosinca. Iz Povjerenstva za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa su nam potvrdili da kartica nije stigla, odnosno da je prekršio zakon, navodi 24 sata.

Bivši ministar obrane Mario Banožić iselio je iz prostranog državnog stana u centru Zagreba koji je, kako su isticali mediji, dodijelio sam sebi i koristio ga neprestano od 2019. godine. Banožić je tada prvi puta ušao u Vladu kao ministar državne imovine.

To je iz tvrtke Državne nekretnine koja upravlja državnim stanovima za službene potrebe službeno potvrđeno za 24 sata, kako javlja taj list. No, kako napominju, Banožić je opet prekršio Zakon o sprečavanju sukoba interesa jer nije ispunio svoju zakonsku obvezu i u roku od mjesec dana od razrješenja podnio novu imovinsku karticu te bi stoga trebao dobiti kaznu. Stan još nije nikome dodijeljen.

"Gospodin M. Banožić više ne koristi stan za službene potrebe, a primopredaja stana će biti idući tjedan, nakon Božića. Inventar u svim stanovima pa tako i u onima za službene potrebe je imovina trgovačkog društva Državne nekretnine. Dakle, inventar ostaje u stanovima za službene potrebe s obzirom na to da čini opremu stana. Korisnici stanova za službene potrebe do primopredaje stanova odnose svoje osobne stvari", odgovorili su za 24 sata iz Državnih nekretnina.

Stan od 92 kvadrata se nalazi u Gundulićevoj ulici u Zagrebu, a Banožić ga si je dodijelio u jesen 2019. godine. Povjerenstvo za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa je utvrdilo da je prekršio zakon i dodijelio ga sam sebi. Kada je stan došao u državni portfelj, odredio ga je za službene potrebe, a onda odmah potpisao kao ministar da ga dodjeljuje sam sebi, podsjeća zagrebački dnevnik.

 

Kako je utvrdilo Povjerenstvo, na uređenje tog stana je potrošeno oko 360.000 tadašnjih kuna ili nešto manje od 50.000 eura. Osim što je stan građevinski renoviran, država je za stan kupila i sav namještaj te razne sitne kućne potrepštine.

Banožić ga je plaćao 61 euro mjesečno jer već godinama je cijena službenih stanova pet kuna po kvadratu.

Banožić je razriješen dužnosti 11. studenog ove godine, nakon što je izazvao prometnu nesreću u kojoj je poginuo otac dvoje djece Goran Šarić. Iz bolnice je izašao 24. studenog, ali nije ispunio svoju zakonsku obvezu i podnio imovinsku karticu, što je morao učiniti do 11. prosinca. Iz Povjerenstva za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa su nam potvrdili da kartica nije stigla, odnosno da je prekršio zakon, navodi 24 sata.

Banožić vratio državni stan od 92 kvadrata u Zagrebu, ali je opet prekršio zakon. Čeka ga kazna

Bivši ministar obrane Mario Banožić iselio je iz prostranog državnog stana u centru Zagreba koji je, kako su isticali mediji, dodijelio sam sebi i koristio ga neprestano od 2019. godine. Banožić je tada prvi puta ušao u Vladu kao ministar državne imovine.

To je iz tvrtke Državne nekretnine koja upravlja državnim stanovima za službene potrebe službeno potvrđeno za 24 sata, kako javlja taj list. No, kako napominju, Banožić je opet prekršio Zakon o sprečavanju sukoba interesa jer nije ispunio svoju zakonsku obvezu i u roku od mjesec dana od razrješenja podnio novu imovinsku karticu te bi stoga trebao dobiti kaznu. Stan još nije nikome dodijeljen.

"Gospodin M. Banožić više ne koristi stan za službene potrebe, a primopredaja stana će biti idući tjedan, nakon Božića. Inventar u svim stanovima pa tako i u onima za službene potrebe je imovina trgovačkog društva Državne nekretnine. Dakle, inventar ostaje u stanovima za službene potrebe s obzirom na to da čini opremu stana. Korisnici stanova za službene potrebe do primopredaje stanova odnose svoje osobne stvari", odgovorili su za 24 sata iz Državnih nekretnina.

Stan od 92 kvadrata se nalazi u Gundulićevoj ulici u Zagrebu, a Banožić ga si je dodijelio u jesen 2019. godine. Povjerenstvo za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa je utvrdilo da je prekršio zakon i dodijelio ga sam sebi. Kada je stan došao u državni portfelj, odredio ga je za službene potrebe, a onda odmah potpisao kao ministar da ga dodjeljuje sam sebi, podsjeća zagrebački dnevnik.

 

Kako je utvrdilo Povjerenstvo, na uređenje tog stana je potrošeno oko 360.000 tadašnjih kuna ili nešto manje od 50.000 eura. Osim što je stan građevinski renoviran, država je za stan kupila i sav namještaj te razne sitne kućne potrepštine.

Banožić ga je plaćao 61 euro mjesečno jer već godinama je cijena službenih stanova pet kuna po kvadratu.

Banožić je razriješen dužnosti 11. studenog ove godine, nakon što je izazvao prometnu nesreću u kojoj je poginuo otac dvoje djece Goran Šarić. Iz bolnice je izašao 24. studenog, ali nije ispunio svoju zakonsku obvezu i podnio imovinsku karticu, što je morao učiniti do 11. prosinca. Iz Povjerenstva za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa su nam potvrdili da kartica nije stigla, odnosno da je prekršio zakon, navodi 24 sata.
