Kako doznaje Dnevnik Nove TV, vozač kombija koji je skrivio nesreću na A1 došao je u gospićku policiju u pratnji dva odvjetnika.

Detalji tragedije na 185. kilometru autoceste A-1, koja se dogodila u četvrtak oko 4:32 sata, nisu rasvijetljeni ni nakon gotovo cjelodnevnog očevida na mjestu događaja te istrage. Dvije osobe na motociklu zadarskih oznaka poginule su u stravičnom sudaru s bijelim kombijem ogulinskih registarskih pločica, no policija ni u popodnevnim satima još nije znala tko je upravljao kombijem, niti tko su dvije njegove žrtve - javlja Jutarnji list.

Vozač je pobjegao s mjesta nesreće. No nekoliko sati kasnije pojavio se 22-godišnjak s područja Otočca u prisustvu dvojice zadarskih odvjetnika i pokucao na vrata Policijske postaje u Gospiću i rekao da je on taj kojega traže. S obzirom na to da je riječ o mladiću s podebljim policijskim dosjeom, pogotovo prekršajnim, policija propituje njegovo priznanje. U trenutku pisanja ovog članka mladić je razgovarao s policajcima te nije bilo moguće potvrditi je li on bio vozač, ili samo putnik u kombiju, ili možda čak nije ni u kakvoj vezi s prometnom nesrećom, već možda štiti treću osobu, vozača.

Otežana istraga

Istragu otežava to što su zbog udara tijela poginulih osoba osakaćena do neprepoznatljivosti pa ih nije moguće vizualno identificirati. Policija potvrđuje da je vlasnik motocikla zadarskih oznaka 26-godišnji Nepalac, no zasad se ne zna je li on ujedno i žrtva tragedije. Nije bilo moguće potvrditi neslužbenu informaciju da je on poginuli motociklist te da je u vrijeme nesreće s njime na motoru bio još jedan sunarodnjak. Doznali smo da je kombi u formalnom vlasništvu ženske osobe iz općine Saborsko, no policija nju za sada ni na koji način ne dovodi u vezu s nesrećom.

Zna se da je vozač kombija udario motocikl. U tom su trenutku vozač i putnik pali s motocikla na autocestu, vjerojatno pri velikoj brzini te na mjestu poginuli, dok se vozač kombija nastavio voziti. No, motocikl se zaglavio na lijevoj strani odbojnika pa ga je nastavio gurati stotinjak metara, a potom se zaustavio na zaustavnoj traci. Prema jednoj verziji potom ga je povezao drugi kombi koji je vozio iza i nastavio vožnju u smjeru juga, no izvjesnije je da je vozač napustio svoje vozilo, preskočio zaštitnu ogradu, a onda su ga povezle njemu bliske osobe koje je pozvao. U svakom slučaju, imao je cijelo dopodne da smisli što će reći o udesu.

Za to je vrijeme policija uz pomoć zamjenica županijske državne odvjetnice u Karlovcu provodila očevid. Svi sudionici tih poslova bili su užasnuti prizorima tragedije, osobito osakaćenim tijelima žrtava.

Dokazne radnje

- Poduzimaju se dokazne radnje i prikupljaju podaci radi utvrđivanja okolnosti nastanka prometne nesreće i utvrđivanja svih sudionika. Ovo državno odvjetništvo će po završetku očevida objaviti priopćenje o provedenim radnjama tijekom očevida - javili su jučer iz tužiteljstva.

Promet je i u popodnevnim satima bio potpuno prekinut u smjeru juga na dionici autoceste A-1 između čvorova Gospić i Gornja Ploča pa se prometovalo alternativnim pravcima preko Gospića i Raduča prema A1 i čvoru Sveti Rok (DC534-DC50). Na izlazu s autoceste A1 preko čvora Gospić kolona je bila duža od 3,5 kilometra, javio je HAK, a prenosi Jutarnji list.

Kako doznaje Dnevnik Nove TV, vozač kombija koji je skrivio nesreću na A1 došao je u gospićku policiju u pratnji dva odvjetnika.

Detalji tragedije na 185. kilometru autoceste A-1, koja se dogodila u četvrtak oko 4:32 sata, nisu rasvijetljeni ni nakon gotovo cjelodnevnog očevida na mjestu događaja te istrage. Dvije osobe na motociklu zadarskih oznaka poginule su u stravičnom sudaru s bijelim kombijem ogulinskih registarskih pločica, no policija ni u popodnevnim satima još nije znala tko je upravljao kombijem, niti tko su dvije njegove žrtve - javlja Jutarnji list.

Vozač je pobjegao s mjesta nesreće. No nekoliko sati kasnije pojavio se 22-godišnjak s područja Otočca u prisustvu dvojice zadarskih odvjetnika i pokucao na vrata Policijske postaje u Gospiću i rekao da je on taj kojega traže. S obzirom na to da je riječ o mladiću s podebljim policijskim dosjeom, pogotovo prekršajnim, policija propituje njegovo priznanje. U trenutku pisanja ovog članka mladić je razgovarao s policajcima te nije bilo moguće potvrditi je li on bio vozač, ili samo putnik u kombiju, ili možda čak nije ni u kakvoj vezi s prometnom nesrećom, već možda štiti treću osobu, vozača.

Otežana istraga

Istragu otežava to što su zbog udara tijela poginulih osoba osakaćena do neprepoznatljivosti pa ih nije moguće vizualno identificirati. Policija potvrđuje da je vlasnik motocikla zadarskih oznaka 26-godišnji Nepalac, no zasad se ne zna je li on ujedno i žrtva tragedije. Nije bilo moguće potvrditi neslužbenu informaciju da je on poginuli motociklist te da je u vrijeme nesreće s njime na motoru bio još jedan sunarodnjak. Doznali smo da je kombi u formalnom vlasništvu ženske osobe iz općine Saborsko, no policija nju za sada ni na koji način ne dovodi u vezu s nesrećom.

Zna se da je vozač kombija udario motocikl. U tom su trenutku vozač i putnik pali s motocikla na autocestu, vjerojatno pri velikoj brzini te na mjestu poginuli, dok se vozač kombija nastavio voziti. No, motocikl se zaglavio na lijevoj strani odbojnika pa ga je nastavio gurati stotinjak metara, a potom se zaustavio na zaustavnoj traci. Prema jednoj verziji potom ga je povezao drugi kombi koji je vozio iza i nastavio vožnju u smjeru juga, no izvjesnije je da je vozač napustio svoje vozilo, preskočio zaštitnu ogradu, a onda su ga povezle njemu bliske osobe koje je pozvao. U svakom slučaju, imao je cijelo dopodne da smisli što će reći o udesu.

Za to je vrijeme policija uz pomoć zamjenica županijske državne odvjetnice u Karlovcu provodila očevid. Svi sudionici tih poslova bili su užasnuti prizorima tragedije, osobito osakaćenim tijelima žrtava.

Dokazne radnje

- Poduzimaju se dokazne radnje i prikupljaju podaci radi utvrđivanja okolnosti nastanka prometne nesreće i utvrđivanja svih sudionika. Ovo državno odvjetništvo će po završetku očevida objaviti priopćenje o provedenim radnjama tijekom očevida - javili su jučer iz tužiteljstva.

Promet je i u popodnevnim satima bio potpuno prekinut u smjeru juga na dionici autoceste A-1 između čvorova Gospić i Gornja Ploča pa se prometovalo alternativnim pravcima preko Gospića i Raduča prema A1 i čvoru Sveti Rok (DC534-DC50). Na izlazu s autoceste A1 preko čvora Gospić kolona je bila duža od 3,5 kilometra, javio je HAK, a prenosi Jutarnji list.

Kako doznaje Dnevnik Nove TV, vozač kombija koji je skrivio nesreću na A1 došao je u gospićku policiju u pratnji dva odvjetnika.

Detalji tragedije na 185. kilometru autoceste A-1, koja se dogodila u četvrtak oko 4:32 sata, nisu rasvijetljeni ni nakon gotovo cjelodnevnog očevida na mjestu događaja te istrage. Dvije osobe na motociklu zadarskih oznaka poginule su u stravičnom sudaru s bijelim kombijem ogulinskih registarskih pločica, no policija ni u popodnevnim satima još nije znala tko je upravljao kombijem, niti tko su dvije njegove žrtve - javlja Jutarnji list.

Vozač je pobjegao s mjesta nesreće. No nekoliko sati kasnije pojavio se 22-godišnjak s područja Otočca u prisustvu dvojice zadarskih odvjetnika i pokucao na vrata Policijske postaje u Gospiću i rekao da je on taj kojega traže. S obzirom na to da je riječ o mladiću s podebljim policijskim dosjeom, pogotovo prekršajnim, policija propituje njegovo priznanje.
