Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku je, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1940.) zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela ubojstva u pokušaju.

Optužnicom se okrivljeniku stavlja na teret da je 15. travnja 2020. oko 10,30 sati u Uzdolju, nakon verbalne prepirke s ošećenikom (1946.), pod utjecajem alkohola, krenuo prema njemu držeći u ruci kosir sa zakrivljenim vrhom vičući da će ga usmrtiti, te ga potom udario drvenim dijelom kosira po ramenu uslijed čega je oštećenik pao na koljena.

Tereti ga se da je, kad je oštećenik ustao, ponovno došao do njega i u cilju da ga usmrti, oštricu kosira sa zakrivljenim vrhom usmjerio prema njemu ponovo vičući da će ga usmrtiti, nakon čega je držeći kosir s obje ruke zamahnuo prema oštećeniku koji je uspio izmaknuti glavu i izbjeći izravni udarac.

Oštećenika je oštrica kosira zahvatila po lijevom uhu te je zadobio tjelesnu ozljedu u vidu posjekotine kroz sve slojeve donje trećine lijeve uške i ogoljutinu kože lijeve parotidomaseterične regije.

U optužnici je predloženo da se protiv okrivljenika produlji mjera opreza zabrane približavanja oštećeniku.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku je, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1940.) zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela ubojstva u pokušaju.

Optužnicom se okrivljeniku stavlja na teret da je 15. travnja 2020. oko 10,30 sati u Uzdolju, nakon verbalne prepirke s ošećenikom (1946.), pod utjecajem alkohola, krenuo prema njemu držeći u ruci kosir sa zakrivljenim vrhom vičući da će ga usmrtiti, te ga potom udario drvenim dijelom kosira po ramenu uslijed čega je oštećenik pao na koljena.

Tereti ga se da je, kad je oštećenik ustao, ponovno došao do njega i u cilju da ga usmrti, oštricu kosira sa zakrivljenim vrhom usmjerio prema njemu ponovo vičući da će ga usmrtiti, nakon čega je držeći kosir s obje ruke zamahnuo prema oštećeniku koji je uspio izmaknuti glavu i izbjeći izravni udarac.

Oštećenika je oštrica kosira zahvatila po lijevom uhu te je zadobio tjelesnu ozljedu u vidu posjekotine kroz sve slojeve donje trećine lijeve uške i ogoljutinu kože lijeve parotidomaseterične regije.

U optužnici je predloženo da se protiv okrivljenika produlji mjera opreza zabrane približavanja oštećeniku.

Podignuta optužnica: pijani 80-godišnjak u zaleđu Šibenika pokušao kosirom ubiti susjeda, nesretnik je preživio s ozljedama glave

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku je, nakon provedene istrage, podiglo optužnicu protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1940.) zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela ubojstva u pokušaju.

Optužnicom se okrivljeniku stavlja na teret da je 15. travnja 2020. oko 10,30 sati u Uzdolju, nakon verbalne prepirke s ošećenikom (1946.), pod utjecajem alkohola, krenuo prema njemu držeći u ruci kosir sa zakrivljenim vrhom vičući da će ga usmrtiti, te ga potom udario drvenim dijelom kosira po ramenu uslijed čega je oštećenik pao na koljena.

Tereti ga se da je, kad je oštećenik ustao, ponovno došao do njega i u cilju da ga usmrti, oštricu kosira sa zakrivljenim vrhom usmjerio prema njemu ponovo vičući da će ga usmrtiti, nakon čega je držeći kosir s obje ruke zamahnuo prema oštećeniku koji je uspio izmaknuti glavu i izbjeći izravni udarac.

Oštećenika je oštrica kosira zahvatila po lijevom uhu te je zadobio tjelesnu ozljedu u vidu posjekotine kroz sve slojeve donje trećine lijeve uške i ogoljutinu kože lijeve parotidomaseterične regije.

U optužnici je predloženo da se protiv okrivljenika produlji mjera opreza zabrane približavanja oštećeniku.
