Dežurni sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odlučuje o istražnom zatvoru za troje od petero osumnjičenih u aferi oko ilegalnih kampova na Murteru. Odvjetnik Nede Livljanić Krešimir Škarica u razgovoru s našom Veselom Šegvić uoči ročišta rekao je da će još razmisliti o strategiji obrane, piše N1

“Odluka o prijedlogu određivanja istražnog zatvora nije me iznenadila, još jučer je to najavljeno, o tome će odlučiti sudac istrage”, rekao je Krešimir Škarica i dodao:

“Postoji kritična količina dokaza u spisu koji daju osnovu za pokretanje istrage. Ona može trajati šest mjeseci, mi ćemo iznijeti neke dokaze i vidjet ćemo još koju ćemo strategiju primijeniti.”

Na pitanje je li istina da je radila usluge bez primanja novca, odnosno mita: ”

“S obzirom na modus operandi, ured je izdavao preko 3.000 dozvola godišnje, možda je bilo preopterećenje, vidjet ćemo je li bilo tako kako USKOK tvrdi. Branjenicu znam čitav niz godina, kao i cijela županija, znam da nikad nije uzela kunu za naknadu za svoj rad. Jedini njezin motiv bio je da ljudi u Šibenskoj županiji imaju mogućnost ostvariti legalan prihod i samo je prema tome postupala. A je li došlo do prekoračenja ovlasti, podsjetit ću da postoji presumpcija nevinosti dok se ne dokaže suprotno.”

Smatra da nema govora o utjecaju na svjedoke.

Policija je po nalogu Uskoka jučer uhitila pet osoba zbog ilegalnih kampova, a riječ je o poduzetniku Zoranu Pripuzu, bivšoj službenici za gospodarstvo i turizam Šibensko-kninske županije Nedi Livljanić koja je izdala rješenje za kampove, potom Dariju Filipiju, Eduardu Maržiću i Borisu Kulušiću.

Glasnogovornik splitskog Županijskog suda sudac Dinko Mešin je izjavio da je Uskok tražio određivanje istražnog zatvora za tri osobe od čega je jedna žena. Prijedlog je da se istražni zatvor odredi zbog mogućnosti utjecaja na svjedoke.

“U prijedlogu je navedeno pet svjedoka, a nakon što se oni ispitaju prestat će razlozi za istražni zatvor pod uvjetom da sudac istrage prihvati taj prijedlog i odredi im istražni zatvor”, rekao je Mešin.

Žensku osobu se sumnjiči za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti, dodao je, a ostalu četvoricu muškaraca za poticanje na kazneno djelo zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti.

Dvojica jučer puštenih su obuhvaćeni istragom, no za njih nije bio prijedlog za istražnim zatvorom, kazao je Mešin. Privedeni osumnjičenici će se pred istražnim sucem izjašnjavati samo na okolnosti određivanja istražnog zatvora.

Riječ je o kaznenim djelima protiv službene dužnosti u vezi zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, a akcija se provodila na području Zagreba i Šibensko-kninske županije. Još se uvijek ne zna je li i koliki je mogući iznos mita primila osumnjičena županijska službenica, piše N1

Dežurni sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odlučuje o istražnom zatvoru za troje od petero osumnjičenih u aferi oko ilegalnih kampova na Murteru. Odvjetnik Nede Livljanić Krešimir Škarica u razgovoru s našom Veselom Šegvić uoči ročišta rekao je da će još razmisliti o strategiji obrane, piše N1

“Odluka o prijedlogu određivanja istražnog zatvora nije me iznenadila, još jučer je to najavljeno, o tome će odlučiti sudac istrage”, rekao je Krešimir Škarica i dodao:

“Postoji kritična količina dokaza u spisu koji daju osnovu za pokretanje istrage. Ona može trajati šest mjeseci, mi ćemo iznijeti neke dokaze i vidjet ćemo još koju ćemo strategiju primijeniti.”

Na pitanje je li istina da je radila usluge bez primanja novca, odnosno mita: ”

“S obzirom na modus operandi, ured je izdavao preko 3.000 dozvola godišnje, možda je bilo preopterećenje, vidjet ćemo je li bilo tako kako USKOK tvrdi. Branjenicu znam čitav niz godina, kao i cijela županija, znam da nikad nije uzela kunu za naknadu za svoj rad. Jedini njezin motiv bio je da ljudi u Šibenskoj županiji imaju mogućnost ostvariti legalan prihod i samo je prema tome postupala. A je li došlo do prekoračenja ovlasti, podsjetit ću da postoji presumpcija nevinosti dok se ne dokaže suprotno.”

Smatra da nema govora o utjecaju na svjedoke.

Policija je po nalogu Uskoka jučer uhitila pet osoba zbog ilegalnih kampova, a riječ je o poduzetniku Zoranu Pripuzu, bivšoj službenici za gospodarstvo i turizam Šibensko-kninske županije Nedi Livljanić koja je izdala rješenje za kampove, potom Dariju Filipiju, Eduardu Maržiću i Borisu Kulušiću.

Glasnogovornik splitskog Županijskog suda sudac Dinko Mešin je izjavio da je Uskok tražio određivanje istražnog zatvora za tri osobe od čega je jedna žena. Prijedlog je da se istražni zatvor odredi zbog mogućnosti utjecaja na svjedoke.

Žensku osobu se sumnjiči za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti, dodao je, a ostalu četvoricu muškaraca za poticanje na kazneno djelo zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti.

Dežurni sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odlučuje o istražnom zatvoru za troje od petero osumnjičenih u aferi oko ilegalnih kampova na Murteru. Odvjetnik Nede Livljanić Krešimir Škarica u razgovoru s našom Veselom Šegvić uoči ročišta rekao je da će još razmisliti o strategiji obrane, piše N1

“Odluka o prijedlogu određivanja istražnog zatvora nije me iznenadila, još jučer je to najavljeno, o tome će odlučiti sudac istrage”, rekao je Krešimir Škarica i dodao:

“Postoji kritična količina dokaza u spisu koji daju osnovu za pokretanje istrage. Ona može trajati šest mjeseci, mi ćemo iznijeti neke dokaze i vidjet ćemo još koju ćemo strategiju primijeniti.”

Na pitanje je li istina da je radila usluge bez primanja novca, odnosno mita: ”

“S obzirom na modus operandi, ured je izdavao preko 3.000 dozvola godišnje, možda je bilo preopterećenje, vidjet ćemo je li bilo tako kako USKOK tvrdi. Branjenicu znam čitav niz godina, kao i cijela županija, znam da nikad nije uzela kunu za naknadu za svoj rad. Jedini njezin motiv bio je da ljudi u Šibenskoj županiji imaju mogućnost ostvariti legalan prihod i samo je prema tome postupala. A je li došlo do prekoračenja ovlasti, podsjetit ću da postoji presumpcija nevinosti dok se ne dokaže suprotno.”

Smatra da nema govora o utjecaju na svjedoke.

Policija je po nalogu Uskoka jučer uhitila pet osoba zbog ilegalnih kampova, a riječ je o poduzetniku Zoranu Pripuzu, bivšoj službenici za gospodarstvo i turizam Šibensko-kninske županije Nedi Livljanić koja je izdala rješenje za kampove, potom Dariju Filipiju, Eduardu Maržiću i Borisu Kulušiću.

Glasnogovornik splitskog Županijskog suda sudac Dinko Mešin je izjavio da je Uskok tražio određivanje istražnog zatvora za tri osobe od čega je jedna žena. Prijedlog je da se istražni zatvor odredi zbog mogućnosti utjecaja na svjedoke.
