Iako su u prekršajnoj prijavi kninski policajci predložili da se Josipi Rimac, bivšoj državnoj tajnici Ministarstva uprave i bivšoj kninskoj gradonačelnici, zbog prekoračenja brzine kretanja izrekne 10.000 kuna kazne i oduzme joj vozačka dozvola na tri mjeseca, Općinski ju je sud nedavno kaznio s 3000 kuna i naložio joj plaćanje 100 kuna sudskih troškova.

Vozačku je uspjela zadržati jer je, osim priznanja i izraženog žaljenja, sudu uz zamolbu objasnila da joj je vozačka dozvola neophodna zbog kaznenog postupka koji USKOK vodi protiv nje daleko od mjesta stanovanja, a autobusne linije su rijetke.

U policijskoj prijavi stoji da je 7. ožujka prošle godine oko 11 sati, dakle nepuna dva mjeseca prije nego je uhićena u USKOK-ovoj akciji zbog indicija u koruptivne radnje, u mjestu Uzdolje u općini Biskupija, točnije ispred kućnog broja 163 Čenićeve ulice njezinu brzinu kretanja Audijem splitskih oznaka snimio policijski uređaj Cordon M2. Kroz naseljeno mjesto gdje je dopušteno kretanje 60 km/h, Rimac se vozila 130 km/h i ta joj je brzina umanjena za deset posto sigurnosne razlike pa je prijavljena da se kretala brzinom koja je veća za 57 km/h od dopuštene. Za policiju je prekršila čl. 53 Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

U svojoj obrani u pisanom obliku Rimac je priznala da je vozila neprilagođenom brzinom.

- Želim samo istaknuti kako inače poštujem sve prometne propise, nadasve ograničenja. Ali toga dana sam neprilagođeno vozila zbog kašnjenja na sastanak u Drnišu želeći na planiranu adresu stići prije štićene kolone koja se kretala na istoj trasi od Knina prema Drnišu. Nisam koristila službenog vozača niti službeno vozilo. Žao mi je zbog počinjenog prekršaja i molim da mi se pri određivanju kazne uzme u obzir da do sada nisam kažnjavana za ovakve prekršaje. I vozačka dozvola mi je nužna zbog učestalog odlaska u Zagreb zbog sudjelovanja u postupku koji se vodi u USKOK-u, jer su autobusne linije Knin-Zagreb svedene na jednu dnevno - stoji u obrani od 1. veljače ove godine koju je Rimac dostavila kninskom Općinskom sudu.

Sud je njezinu obranu uvažio te je stava da će se svrha kažnjavanja postići izricanjem ublažene novčane kazne te da će ista djelovati odgojno na Rimac, trenutno prvoosumnjičenu u aferi Vjetroelektrane, da ubuduće ne čini prekršaje.

Iako su u prekršajnoj prijavi kninski policajci predložili da se Josipi Rimac, bivšoj državnoj tajnici Ministarstva uprave i bivšoj kninskoj gradonačelnici, zbog prekoračenja brzine kretanja izrekne 10.000 kuna kazne i oduzme joj vozačka dozvola na tri mjeseca, Općinski ju je sud nedavno kaznio s 3000 kuna i naložio joj plaćanje 100 kuna sudskih troškova.

Vozačku je uspjela zadržati jer je, osim priznanja i izraženog žaljenja, sudu uz zamolbu objasnila da joj je vozačka dozvola neophodna zbog kaznenog postupka koji USKOK vodi protiv nje daleko od mjesta stanovanja, a autobusne linije su rijetke.

U policijskoj prijavi stoji da je 7. ožujka prošle godine oko 11 sati, dakle nepuna dva mjeseca prije nego je uhićena u USKOK-ovoj akciji zbog indicija u koruptivne radnje, u mjestu Uzdolje u općini Biskupija, točnije ispred kućnog broja 163 Čenićeve ulice njezinu brzinu kretanja Audijem splitskih oznaka snimio policijski uređaj Cordon M2. Kroz naseljeno mjesto gdje je dopušteno kretanje 60 km/h, Rimac se vozila 130 km/h i ta joj je brzina umanjena za deset posto sigurnosne razlike pa je prijavljena da se kretala brzinom koja je veća za 57 km/h od dopuštene. Za policiju je prekršila čl. 53 Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

U svojoj obrani u pisanom obliku Rimac je priznala da je vozila neprilagođenom brzinom.

- Želim samo istaknuti kako inače poštujem sve prometne propise, nadasve ograničenja. Ali toga dana sam neprilagođeno vozila zbog kašnjenja na sastanak u Drnišu želeći na planiranu adresu stići prije štićene kolone koja se kretala na istoj trasi od Knina prema Drnišu. Nisam koristila službenog vozača niti službeno vozilo. Žao mi je zbog počinjenog prekršaja i molim da mi se pri određivanju kazne uzme u obzir da do sada nisam kažnjavana za ovakve prekršaje. I vozačka dozvola mi je nužna zbog učestalog odlaska u Zagreb zbog sudjelovanja u postupku koji se vodi u USKOK-u, jer su autobusne linije Knin-Zagreb svedene na jednu dnevno - stoji u obrani od 1. veljače ove godine koju je Rimac dostavila kninskom Općinskom sudu.

Sud je njezinu obranu uvažio te je stava da će se svrha kažnjavanja postići izricanjem ublažene novčane kazne te da će ista djelovati odgojno na Rimac, trenutno prvoosumnjičenu u aferi Vjetroelektrane, da ubuduće ne čini prekršaje.

Josipa Rimac kroz naselje vozila čak 130 km/h! Nisu joj uzeli vozačku...: ‘Pa kako ću iz Knina u Uskok bez auta? Bus rijetko vozi‘

Iako su u prekršajnoj prijavi kninski policajci predložili da se Josipi Rimac, bivšoj državnoj tajnici Ministarstva uprave i bivšoj kninskoj gradonačelnici, zbog prekoračenja brzine kretanja izrekne 10.000 kuna kazne i oduzme joj vozačka dozvola na tri mjeseca, Općinski ju je sud nedavno kaznio s 3000 kuna i naložio joj plaćanje 100 kuna sudskih troškova.

Vozačku je uspjela zadržati jer je, osim priznanja i izraženog žaljenja, sudu uz zamolbu objasnila da joj je vozačka dozvola neophodna zbog kaznenog postupka koji USKOK vodi protiv nje daleko od mjesta stanovanja, a autobusne linije su rijetke.

U policijskoj prijavi stoji da je 7. ožujka prošle godine oko 11 sati, dakle nepuna dva mjeseca prije nego je uhićena u USKOK-ovoj akciji zbog indicija u koruptivne radnje, u mjestu Uzdolje u općini Biskupija, točnije ispred kućnog broja 163 Čenićeve ulice njezinu brzinu kretanja Audijem splitskih oznaka snimio policijski uređaj Cordon M2. Kroz naseljeno mjesto gdje je dopušteno kretanje 60 km/h, Rimac se vozila 130 km/h i ta joj je brzina umanjena za deset posto sigurnosne razlike pa je prijavljena da se kretala brzinom koja je veća za 57 km/h od dopuštene. Za policiju je prekršila čl. 53 Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

U svojoj obrani u pisanom obliku Rimac je priznala da je vozila neprilagođenom brzinom.

- Želim samo istaknuti kako inače poštujem sve prometne propise, nadasve ograničenja. Ali toga dana sam neprilagođeno vozila zbog kašnjenja na sastanak u Drnišu želeći na planiranu adresu stići prije štićene kolone koja se kretala na istoj trasi od Knina prema Drnišu. Nisam koristila službenog vozača niti službeno vozilo. Žao mi je zbog počinjenog prekršaja i molim da mi se pri određivanju kazne uzme u obzir da do sada nisam kažnjavana za ovakve prekršaje. I vozačka dozvola mi je nužna zbog učestalog odlaska u Zagreb zbog sudjelovanja u postupku koji se vodi u USKOK-u, jer su autobusne linije Knin-Zagreb svedene na jednu dnevno - stoji u obrani od 1. veljače ove godine koju je Rimac dostavila kninskom Općinskom sudu.

Sud je njezinu obranu uvažio te je stava da će se svrha kažnjavanja postići izricanjem ublažene novčane kazne te da će ista djelovati odgojno na Rimac, trenutno prvoosumnjičenu u aferi Vjetroelektrane, da ubuduće ne čini prekršaje.
